The high energy coordination compounds Cu(TZCA)_(2)(ClO_(4))_(2)(ECCs-1) was prepared by 1H-tetrazole-5-carbohydrazide(TZCA) with a high energy skeleton and a strong coordination ability group.At the same time,the reaction activity of the ligand was explored,and the single crystal structure of it and intermediate were obtained.The structures of all substances were characterized by IR and EA.And the structure and composition of ECCs-1 are confirmed by ESP,AC,SEM and ICP-OES.Physical and chemical properties tests show that ECCs-1 has an acceptable thermal stability(T_(d)=177℃) and extremely sensitive mechanical stimulation(IS=1 J,FS=5 N).The comprehensive performance test results show that ECCs-1 has excellent initiation ability.In addition,the decomposition mechanism of ECCs-1 is explored from two aspects of experiment and theoretical calculation.

This study explores the effect of H_(2)O on the characteristics of the oxy-fuel combustion process preheated by a circulating fluidized bed.The preheating and combustion characteristics have been studied in O_(2)/CO_(2)/H_(2)O and O_(2)/N_(2)/H_(2)O atmospheres.It was observed that the preheating temperature decreased with adding steam.Meanwhile,the addition of steam enhanced the C-H_(2)O gasification reaction,while weakened the C-CO_(2)gasification reaction.As a result,the H2 concentration was increased,while the CO concentration was reduced.H_(2)O was conducive towards increasing the surface area and pore formation of the preheated char,though it had an insignificant effect on the particle size.Moreover,H_(2)O enhanced the preheated char activity,which was helpful for ignition and stable combustion.The NO_(x)emission was observed to increase from 68 to 79 mg/MJ and 62 to 81 mg/MJ in O_(2)/CO_(2)and O_(2)/N_(2)atmospheres,respectively,after adding steam.

This article presents a highly efficient method for substrate-integrated-waveguide（SIW） filters to achieve very wide stopbands. By employing the proposed trisection slots in addition to the bisection slots as the inter-coupling structures, all spurious modes below TE505 of a SIW filter working in the fundamental mode TE101（f0）can be eliminated without requiring additional structure or complex theoretical analysis, without affecting the design of the fundamental passbands, and without degrading the performance of the filters. For verification, two prototype filters are designed, fabricated, and measured with wide stopbands up to 4.15f0 and 4.83f0, respectively. The proposed technique could facilitate the development of high-performance wide-stopband SIW filters for microwave/wireless circuits and systems.

Background:Inhibitor of NF-κB kinase-interacting protein(IKIP)is known to promote proliferation of glioblastoma(GBM)cells,but how it affects migration and invasion by those cells is unclear.Methods:We compared levels of IKIP between glioma tissues and normal brain tissue in clinical samples and public databases.We examined the effects of IKIP overexpression and knockdown on the migration and invasion of GBM using transwell and wound healing assays,and we compared the transcriptomes under these different conditions to identify the molecular mechanisms involved.Results:Based on data from our clinical samples and from public databases,IKIP was overexpressed in GBM tumors,and its expression level correlated inversely with survival.IKIP overexpression in GBM cells inhibited migration and invasion in transwell and wound healing assays,whereas IKIP knockdown exerted the opposite effects.IKIP overexpression in GBM cells that were injected into mouse brain promoted tumor growth but inhibited tumor invasion of surrounding tissue.The effects of IKIP were associated with downregulation of THBS1 mRNA and concomitant inhibition of THBS1/FAK signaling.Conclusions:IKIP inhibits THBS1/FAK signaling to suppress migration and invasion of GBM cells.

煤泥灰含量大、颗粒细、热值低,煤泥的高效清洁燃烧是固废资源化利用的重要方式之一。采用煤粉流态化预热耦合循环流化床燃烧技术,在30 kW预热燃烧综合评价试验台上,控制煤泥掺混比、给料量、还原区当量比、二/三次风比例及过剩空气系数等参数不变,并借助煤气分析仪和烟气分析仪等测量仪器,开展了循环流化床烟煤掺混煤泥的预热燃烧试验。结果表明,循环流化床预热燃烧系统运行稳定可靠,预热温度800℃以上,预热燃料可持续稳定输送到循环流化床中;烟煤掺混高灰分的煤泥,循环灰量增加,循环流化床燃烧室温差小,温度均匀;预热空气当量比由0.36增至0.51时,预热器内温度增加,预热煤气中CO_(2)、HCN体积分数增加,CO、H_(2)、CH_(4)及NH_(3)体积分数降低,煤气热值由2.02 MJ/m^(3)降至1.49 MJ/m^(3);且随着预热空气当量比的增加,循环流化床燃烧室沿程NO体积分数增加,CO体积分数底部高、上部低,NO_(x)排放量由172 mg/m^(3)增至242 mg/m^(3)(6%O_(2)),可见,较低预热当量比有利于烟煤掺混煤泥的高效清洁燃烧。研究结果可为煤泥的高效燃烧利用提供新型技术路线和数据支持。

Simulation of residual stresses and their effects on thermal barrier coating systems using finite element method

Thermal barrier coating(TBC)systems are widely used in industrial gas-turbine engines.However,premature failures have impaired the use of TBCs and cut down their lifetime,which requires a better understanding of their failure mechanisms.In the present study,experimental studies of isothermal cycling are firstly carried out with the observation and estimation of microstructures.According to the experimental results,a finite element model is established for the analysis of stress perpendicular to the TBC/BC interface.Detailed residual stress distributions in TBC are obtained to reflect the influence of mechanical properties,oxidation,and interfacial roughness.The calculated results show that the maximum tensile stress concentration appears at the peak of TBC and continues to increase with thermal cycles.Because of the microstructural characteristics of plasma-sprayed TBCs,cracks initialize in tensile stress concentration(TSC)regions at the peaks of TBC and propagate along the TBC/BC interface resulting in the spallation of TBC.Also,the inclusion of creep is crucial to failure prediction and is more important than the inclusion of sintering in the simulation.

Characteristics of Preheating Combustion of Power Coal with High Coking Properties

Yankuang coal with the high coking property is difficult to use through direct combustion.The main purpose of this paper is to study the combustion characteristics and NO_(x)emissions of this type of coal using preheating combustion technology.The experimental results show that after the pulverized coal is preheated,the char residue characteristic is significantly reduced from 5 to 1.During the preheating process,the preheating temperature is stable at about 910°C,and the particle size of char after preheating is reduced,and the pore structure and specific surface areas are increased.The combustion temperature of preheated fuel is stable at around 1100℃,and the combustion efficiency can reach more than 99%under different conditions.Changing the structure of the secondary air nozzles during the preheating combustion process can influence the characteristics of NO_(x)emissions.The NO_(x)emission of the central nozzle is about 112 mg/Nm~(3)lower than that of the annular nozzle.Changing the tertiary air distribution modes can reduce the final NO_(x)emissions to 215 mg/Nm~3(@6%O_2),and the corresponding conversion ratio of fuel N to the final NO_(x)is 4.2%.The results of this experiment prove that the Yankuang coal can achieve stable combustion by preheating combustion technology,and this proposed a new way for the utilization of Yankuang coal.

Four years of free-air CO_2 enrichment enhance soil C concentrations in a Chinese wheat field

Elevated atmospheric CO2 can influence soil C dynamics in agroecosystems. The effects of free-air CO2 enrichment （FACE） and N fertilization on soil organic C （Corg）, dissolved organic C （DOC）, microbial biomass C （Cmic） and soil basal respiration （SBR） were investigated in a Chinese wheat field after expose to elevated CO2 for four full years. The results indicated that elevated CO2 has stimulative effects on soil C concentrations regardless of N fertilization. Following the elevated CO2, the concentrations of Corg and SBR were increased at wheat jointing stage, and those of DOC and Cmic were enhanced obviously across the wheat jointing stage and the fallow period after wheat harvest. On the other hand, N fertilization did not significantly affect the content of soil C. Significant correlations were found among DOC, Cmic, and SBR in this study.

Preheating Characteristics of Datong Coal in O2/CO2 and Air Atmospheres

Experimental studies were carried out to find the difference of preheating characteristics of Datong coal in O_2/CO_2 and air atmospheres by a circulating fluidized bed. It is found that pulverized coal could be both steadily preheated to above 800°C in the two different atmospheres, but the temperature distribution was more uniform along the riser in O_2/CO_2 atmosphere. During the preheating, the content of CO in the flue gas can reach 12.32% under the O_2/CO_2 atmosphere, far higher than that in air(5.94%). Simultaneously, the conversion rate of fixed carbon was higher in O_2/CO_2 atmosphere compared with that in air. It can be inferred the higher oxygen concentration and higher partial pressure of CO_2 have greatly accelerated the gasification reaction. The BET analysis indicated a number of large pores were transformed into micropores during the preheating progress, and the major contributors for overall pore volume of chars and specific surface area are the micro-pores and the mesopores with diameter ranging from 2 nm to 10 nm. The inner pore structure was more developed in O_2/CO_2 atmosphere.

Experimental Study on Preheated Combustion of Pulverized Semi-coke

In a test rig,pulverized semi-coke was preheated to 850℃in a circulating fluidized bed(CFB)and then cornbusted at 1100℃in a down-fired combustor(DFC).Experiments were conducted to reveal the effects of three secondary air nozzle cases(co-axial jet,top circular jet and wall circular jet)on the NO emission.The results show that the optimized secondary air nozzle can reduce NO emission.O_2 concentration profile is the major factor affecting NO generation and emission,which is led by the secondary air nozzle.The lower O_2 concentration led to the generation of lower initial NO.The NO emission at the exit of the DFC was reduced from 189 to 92mg/m^3(@6%O_2)with the decrease of initial generation.The peak of NO at 100 mm below the nozzle should be attributed to the oxidization of NH_3 in the syngas,rather than the oxidization of fuel-N in the char.The low and well-distributed O_2 concentration contributes to the reduction of initial NO,which helps to reduce the NO emission.The combustion effieiencies of the eases of the co-axial jet,the top circular jet,and the wall circular jet are97.88%,98.94%and 98.74%,respectively.
