For repairing peripheral nerve and spinal cord defects,biomaterial scaffoid-based cell-therapy was emerged as an effective strategy,requiring the positive response of seed cells to biomaterial substrate and environment *** work highlighted that the imposed surface properties of scaffold could provide important guidance cues to adhered cells for ***,the insufficiency of native Schwann cells and unclear cellular response mechanisms remained to be *** that,this study aimed to illuminate the micropatterned chitosan-film action on the rat skin precursor-derived Schwann cells(SKP-SCs).Chitosanfilm with different ridge/groove size was fabricated and applied for the SKP-SCs *** indicated that SKP-SCs cultured on 30μm size microgroove surface showed better oriented alignment *** SKP-sCs presented similar genic phenotype as repair Schwann cells,increasing expression of c-Jun,neural cell adhesion molecule,and neurotrophic receptor ***,SKP-SC-secretome was subjected to cytokine array GS67 assay,data indicated the regulation of paracrine phenotype,a panel of cytokines was verifed up-regulated at secreted level and gene expression level in induced *** up-regulated cytokines exhibit a series of promotive neural regeneration functions,including cell survival,cell migration,cell proliferation,angiogenesis,axon growth,and cellular organization *** bioinformatics ***,the effectively polarized SKP-SCs-sourced secretome,promoted the proliferation and migration capacity of the primarily cultured native rat Schwann cells,and augmented neurites growth of the cultured motoneurons,as well as boosted axonal regrowth of the axotomy-injured *** together,SKP-SCs obtained pro-neuroregeneration phenotype in adaptive response to the anisotropic topography surface of chitosan-film,displayed the oriented parallel growth,the transition towards repair Schwann cell genic phenot

Edge data centers(EDCs)have been widely developed recently to supply delay-sensitive computing services,which impose prohibitively increasing electricity costs for EDC *** paper presents a new spatiotemporal reallocation(STR)method for energy management in *** method uses spare resources,including servers and energy storage systems(ESSs)within EDCs to reduce energy costs based on both spatial and temporal features of spare *** solution:1)reallocates flexible workload between EDCs within one cluster;and 2)coordinates the electricity load of data processing,ESSs and distributed energy resources(DERs)within one EDC cluster to gain benefits from flexible electricity *** addition,this paper for the first time develops a Bit-Watt transformation to simplify the STR method and represent the relationship between data workload and electricity consumption of *** studies justifying the developed STR method delivers satisfying cost reductions with *** STR method fully utilized both spatial and temporal features of spare resources in EDCs to gain benefits from 1)varying electricity tariffs,and 2)maximumly consuming DER generation.

Compared with traditional piezoelectric ultrasonic devices,optoacoustic devices have unique advantages such as a simple preparation process,anti-electromagnetic interference,and wireless long-distance power ***,current optoacoustic devices remain limited due to a low damage threshold and energy conversion efficiency,which seriously hinder their widespread *** this study,using a self-healing polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS,Fe-Hpdca-PDMS)and carbon nanotube composite,a flexible optoacoustic patch is developed,which possesses the self-healing capability at room temperature,and can even recover from damage induced by cutting or laser ***,this patch can generate high-intensity ultrasound(>25 MPa)without the focusing *** laser damage threshold is greater than 183.44 mJ cm^(-2),and the optoacoustic energy conversion efficiency reaches a major achievement at 10.66×10^(-3),compared with other carbon-based nanomaterials and PDMS *** patch is also been successfully examined in the application of acoustic flow,thrombolysis,and wireless energy *** findings in this study provides new insight into designing and fabricating of novel ultrasound devices for biomedical applications.

liMn_(2)O_(4)(LMO)electrochemical lithium-ion pump has gained widespread attention due to its green,high efficiency,and low energy consumption in selectively extracting lithium from ***,collapse of crystal structure and loss of lithium extraction capacity caused by Mn dissolution loss limits its industrialized ***,a multifunctional coating was developed by depositing amorphous AlPO_(4)on the surface of LMO using sol-gel *** characterization and electrochemical performance test provided insights into the mechanism of li^(+)embedment and de-embedment and revealed that multifunctional AlPO_(4)can reconstruct the physical and chemical state of LMO surface to improve the interface hydrophilicity,promote the transport of li^(+),strengthen cycle ***,after 20 cycles,the capacity retention rate of 0.5AP-LMO reached 93.6%with only 0.147%Mn dissolution *** average li^(+)release capacity of 0.5AP-LMO//Ag system in simulated brine is 28.77 mg/(g h),which is 90.4%higher than ***,even in the more complex Zabuye real brine,0.5AP-LMO//Ag can still maintain excellent lithium extraction *** results indicate that the 0.5AP-LMO//Ag lithium-ion pump shows promising potential as a li^(+)selective extraction system.

With the rapid development of electric power systems,load estimation plays an important role in system operation and ***,load estimation techniques contain traditional,time series,regression analysis-based,and machine learning-based *** the machine learning-based method can lead to better performance,in this paper,a deep learning-based load estimation algorithm using image fingerprint and attention mechanism is ***,an image fingerprint construction is proposed for training *** the data preprocessing,the training data matrix is constructed by the cyclic shift and cubic spline ***,the linear mapping and the gray-color transformation method are proposed to form the color image ***,a convolutional neural network(CNN)combined with an attentionmechanism is proposed for training performance *** last,an experiment is carried out to evaluate the estimation *** with the support vector machine method,CNN method and long short-term memory method,the proposed algorithm has the best load estimation performance.

The continuous emergence of new targets in open scenarios leads to a substantial decrease in the performance of Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar(ISAR)recognition ***,data scarcity further exacerbates the challenge of identifying new classes of ISAR *** this paper,a few-shot incremental target recognition framework based on Scattering-Topology Properties(STPIL)is ***,STPIL extracts scattering-topology properties of ISAR targets as recognition ***,the pseudo-incremental training strategy effectively alleviates the algorithm’s forgetting of old knowledge,and improves compatibility with new ***,a feature embedding network,with few parameters,is designed based on the graph neural *** embedding network is highly adaptable to changes in data ***,STPIL fully considers the joint distribution and marginal distribution in scattering features,and uses the Brownian distance metric module to make the scattering-topology features more *** results on both the simulation dataset and the public measured data indicate that STPIL can effectively balance new classes with old classes,and has superior performance to other advanced methods in the incremental recognition of targets.

Single atom(SA)catalysts have achieved great success on highly selective heterogeneous catalysis due to their abundant and homogeneous active *** electronic structures of these active sites,restrained by their localized coordination environments,significantly determine their catalytic performances,which are difficult to ***,we investigated the effect of localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)on engineering the electronic structures of single atomic ***,core–shell structures consisted of Au core and transition metal SAs loaded N-doped carbon(CN)shell were constructed,namely Au@M-SA/CN(M=Ni,Fe,and Co).It was demonstrated that plasmon-induced hot electrons originated from Au were directionally injected to the M-SAs under visible light irradiation,which significantly changed their electronic structures and meanwhile facilitated improved overall charge separation *** as-prepared Au@Ni-SA/CN exhibited highly efficient and selective photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction to CO performance,which is 20.8,17.5,and 6.9 times those of Au nanoparticles,Au@CN,and Ni-SA/CN,*** spectroscopy analysis and theoretical calculations confirmed that the plasmon enhanced Ni-SA/CN sites featured increased charge density for efficient intermediate activation,contributing to the superb photocatalytic *** work provides a new insight on plasmon and atomic site engineering for efficient and selective catalysis.

To obtain accurate fatigue life results for construction machinery components,acquiring load spectra is crucial,as their authenticity and validity directly determine the precision of the *** working conditions,component attitudes change continuously,but they remain static on the vibration test rig(VTR),so the acquired target signals should match with the actual component attitudes in the driving signal *** paper proposes an efficient and economical simulation-based virtual VTR for fatigue analysis of ***,the relationship between the push arm rotation angle and the cylinder stroke is established,since the cylinder strokes can be measured easily in data acquisition ***,load decomposition is used to determine the attitude relationship between virtual VTR conditions and actual conditions,and target signals are calculated based on this attitude relationship and measured *** to the system's frequency response function,the driving signals are iterated until the system's response signals converge with the target ***,the iteratively obtained load spectra are utilized for fatigue life *** results show that the virtual VTR can effectively and accurately obtain the results of fatigue analysis and has engineering application significance.
