Existing epidemiologic and clinical studies have demonstrated that obesity is associated with the risk of a variety of *** recent years,an increasing number of experimental and clinical studies have unraveled the complex relationship between obesity and cancer risk and the underlying ***-induced abnormalities in immunity and biochemical metabolism,including chronic inflammation,hormonal disorders,dysregulation of adipokines,and microbial dysbiosis,may be important contributors to cancer development and *** contributors play different roles in cancer development and progression at different *** changes,weight loss medications,and bariatric surgery are key approaches for weight-centered,obesity-related cancer *** of obesity-related inflammation and hormonal or metabolic dysregulation with medications has also shown promise in preventing obesity-related *** this review,we summarize the mechanisms through which obesity affects the risk of cancer at different sites and explore intervention strategies for the prevention of obesity-associated cancers,concluding with unresolved questions and future directions regarding the link between obesity and *** aim is to provide valuable theoretical foundations and insights for the in-depth exploration of the complex relationship between obesity and cancer risk and its clinical applications.

We study the effect of size polydispersity on the stress distributions and structural properties of static frictionless packings under isotropic *** than 50 isostatic packings with constant mean stress of 1 kPa are generated for each size polydispersity s with a uniform distribution of diameter between(d_(0-s)/2)and(d_(0+s)/2).In order to vary the degree of positional order,the size polydispersity s ranges from 0 to *** typical structural characterizations,(i.e.,the height of the first pair correlation peak,the global and the local order parameters),the probability distribution of the normalized mean stress and the stress-stress correlation are *** result shows that(i)the stress distribution scales as a power law in the limit of small stresses,and the distribution displays a Gaussian tail in the limit of large stresses;(ii)s has no evident influence on the structural and mechanical properties when s>0.2.

Conventional quantum dots inherently carry the risk of cytotoxicity. Considering the biomedical limitations, an amino acid and vitamin were utilized to prepare highly luminescent carbon dots. Ascorbic acid and lysine were used to synthesize water soluble carbon dots which are highly hiocompatible as both reactants and essential nutrients.

The responses of soil nematode communities to grassland degradation were studied under undegraded grassland (UG), degraded grassland (DG),and improved grassland (IG),in Horqin Sandy Land,Inner Mongolia,Northeast *** samples were collected at depths of 0-10,10-20,and 20-30 *** organic carbon (TOC) and total nitrogen (TN) exhibited positive effects on the total number of nematodes and trophic *** treatment effects were found in the total number of nematodes,plant parasites,and *** taken in the improved grassland could improve the number of omnivore-predators,especially in the deeper soil *** richness was lower in the DG treatment than in the IG and UG *** food web structure index (SI) was significantly higher in the UG and IG treatments than in the DG treatment.A higher SI suggested a food web with more trophic linkages and relatively healthy ecosystems.

The main difficulties in modeling yaw dynamics of a helicopter arise from the high nonlinearities,cross-couplings and dynam-ic uncertainties of these *** paper proposes a new identification approach for yaw dynamics modeling through modes partition method(MPM) with a concentrated search space limited by implicit human *** from first princi-ples and basic aerodynamics,the nonlinear equations of motion for yaw dynamics is *** model is linearized and transformed into a combination of dynamic modes,whose coefficients are identified from real-flight data through distributed genetic algorithm(DGA).The effectiveness of the approach is validated in terms of the identified model which can accurately capture the dynamic characters of the ***-and frequency-domain results clearly demonstrate the potential of MPM in modeling such complex systems.

OBJECTIVE: To demonstrate the analgesic effect of Tuina mainly from mechanically sensitive ion channels in peripheral myelinated nerve ***: A total of 40 healthy and pathogen-free adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were used in the study [weight:(220.0 ± 1.4) g, Shanghai Slac Laboratory Animal Co., Ltd., Shanghai, China; license No. Shanghai ICP 05033115]. The rats were housed in cages with free access to water and food in a temperature-controlled room [(22 ± 1) ℃] and12-h/12-h light-dark cycle. Thirty-two rats were randomly divided into five groups: naive, sham, chronic compression of dorsal root ganglion(CCD), Tuina(7 d) and Tuina(21 d). CCD rat model was established via unilateral DRG compression by"L"liked steel bar. Chinese Tuina treatment was accepted once per day. Behavior monitoring of paw withdrawal threshold(PWT) and paw withdrawal latency(PWL) were tested. The expression of Piezo1 and Piezo2 in myelinated nerve fiber were analyzed by immunohistochemistry and ***: There was a high expression of Piezo2 and a low expression of Piezo1 in the naive and CCD groups. In contrast, the expression of Piezo2 was down regulated and Piezo1 was increased after a period of Tuina. There was significant difference(P ≤ 0.05) between the ***: Our findings suggest that Tuina therapy can increase the expression of Piezo2 and decrease the expression of Piezo1 in the test *** different changes in the expressions of Piezo1 and Piezo2 may play an important role in alleviating CCD-induced allodynia and hyperalgesia.

The origin of the central Qiangtang metamorphic belt(CQMB)has long been in debate,which is not clear whether this belt is the exhumed Jinsha oceanic plate that had been subducted and underthrusted beneath the Qiangtang Block,or the in situ Longmu Co-Shuanghu suture that separated the south and north Qiangtang *** we report field observations,zircon U-Pb ages and Lu-Hf isotopes,as well as whole rock geochemistry and Sr-Nd isotopes of the Late Triassic volcanic rocks near the Chabo Co within the southern margin of the *** ca.229 Ma Chabo Co volcanic rocks and limestones possess characteristic lithologies of a *** geochemical and isotopic compositions are similar to OIB-type *** other metabasalts(eclogites and blueschists)in the CQMB,the Chabo Co volcanic rocks are OIB-type lavas that did not experience high-grade metamorphism;this is likely because that the Chabo Co seamount was detached from the subducting Longmu Co-Shuanghu oceanic *** work provides new solid evidences for an in situ origin of the CQMB.

An efficient synthesis of novel 3-（piperidin-4-yl）isoxazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidine scaffold has been designed and deveopled. A series of 5-phenylurea derivatives was synthesized using this method. Their cytotoxic activities against breast cancer cell line BT-474 were evaluated by CCK-8 assay. Most of them showed potent anti-proliferative activities, of which compound 20 and 21 exhibited IC50 s of 1.565 mmol/L and1.311 mmol/L, respectively. Furthermore, compound 20 and 21 also showed potent inhibitory activities against PI3 Kd with IC50 s of 0.286 mmol/L and 0.452 mmol/L, respectively. These results indicate that these 3-（piperidin-4-yl）isoxazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidine derivatives are novel antitumor agents through the inhibition of PI3 Kd.

Clonal hematopoiesis(CH)is a clonally expanded population of hematopoietic stem cells carrying somatic mutations that differentiate through multilineage hematopoiesis to form terminally differentiated mature hematopoietic cells carrying markers of the clonal *** integral to critical cellular processes such as epigenetic regulation,DNA damage response,and inflammation frequently carry these *** hematopoiesis becomes increasingly prevalent with age and is associated with an increased risk of hematological tumors and some nonhematological *** insights have revealed that the mutations driving CH are not only implicated in hematologic neoplasms but also possess the potential to influence cardiovascular ***,we reviewed up-to-date findings about the roles of CH in cardiovascular diseases and tumors and explored the clinical significance of CH,as well as look forward to future related studies,so as to provide valuable references for future research and clinical practice.
