Objective:Real-world diagnostic and treatment data for pancreatic cancer in China are *** such,the present study investigated the clinical characteristics,diagnosis,and treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer(including locally advanced and metastatic disease)in the hospital-based Advanced pancreatic Cancer Cohort in China of the China pancreas Data Center ***:A total of 5349 Chinese patients with advanced pancreatic cancer were identified from a *** entire course of real-world pancreatic cancer management was ***:The proportion of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer was higher among males than females(62.4%vs 37.6%,respectively).Patients typically had a history of hypertension(30.8%),diabetes(21.6%),and cholangitis(20.2%).Abdominal pain(51.6%),abdominal distension(27.1%),jaundice(20.1%),and weight loss(16.3%)were the main symptoms observed in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer in this *** carbohydrate antigen(CA)19-9 is one of the most common tumor *** the present study,2562 patients underwent first-line *** median progression-free survival(PFS)for patients undergoing first-line therapy was 4.1 *** major options for first-line therapy included gemcitabine(GEM)plus S-1(GS/X)(23.4%),nab-paclitaxel plus GEM(AG)(18.1%),oxaliplatin,irinotecan,and leucovorin-modulated fluorouracil(FOLFIRINOX;11.9%),nab-paclitaxel plus S-1(AS)(8.9%),and GEM combined with oxaliplatin/cisplatin(GEMOX/GP)(7.6%).The AS and GS/X regimens were associated with the highest PFS ***:This is the first study to report multicenter,real-world data regarding advanced pancreatic cancer in *** revealed that real-world treatment options differed from guideline recommendations,and PFS was shorter than that in previously reported *** intelligent follow-up systems and standardizing diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer is recommended.

AIM: To identify genes responsive to apoptosis in HL-60 cells treated by homoharringtonine. METHODS: cDNA microarray technology was used to detect gene expression and the result of microarrays for genes (TIEG and VDUP1) was confirmed by Northern analysis. RESULTS: Seventy-five individual mRNAs whose mass changed significantly were identified. Among these genes (25 were up-regulated and 50 were down-regulated), most are known related to oncogenes and tumor suppressor. Some genes were involved in apoptosis signaling pathways. CONCLUSION: TGFβ and TNF apoptosis signaling pathways were initiated during apoptosis in HL-60 cells. TIEG and VDUP1 play important roles in mediating apoptosis.

目的观察基于镜像神经元理论的手动作观察、模仿结合复述训练对脑卒中后偏瘫并失语患者运动和语言功能的影响。方法采用随机数字法将符合入选和排除标准的脑卒中后偏瘫并失语患者40例分为手动作观察、模仿结合复述训练(A组)、手动作观察结合复述训练(B组)、动态风景观察结合复述训练(C组)和常规治疗组(D组),每组患者10例。4组患者均每日训练2次,每次训练30 min,每周训练5 d,连续训练4周。于训练前、训练4周后(训练后)采用Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)的上肢模块和汉化版西方失语成套测验(WAB)评估4组患者的上肢运动功能和语言功能。结果训练后,4组患者的FMA评分、自发言语、听理解、复述、命名评分和AQ值均显著优于组内治疗前(P<0.05)。A组训练后的FMA评分为(33.00±16.53)分,均显著优于B组、C组、D组训练后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组和D组训练后的FMA评分均显著优于C组训练后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组训练后的自发言语、听理解、复述、命名评分和AQ值均显著优于B组、C组、D组训练后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组和D组训练后的自发言语、听理解、复述、命名评分和AQ值均显著优于C组训练后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手动作观察、复述结合模仿训练可更好地改善脑卒中偏瘫并失语患者的运动和语言功能,其机制可能与该训练方法可激活更多的镜像神经元系统、促进重要的运动-语言网络重塑有关.

Objective:This study was performed to estimate the prevalence of hidradenitis suppurativa(HS)in China and describe the demographic and clinical features of HS in the Chinese ***:This multicenter clinic-based cross-sectional study was conducted in dermatology clinics within 19 hospitals located in 15 cities/provinces across China from September to October *** prevalence of HS was calculated as the percentage of patients with HS among all visitors at participating clinics during the 1-month study *** was independently diagnosed by two certified dermatologists at each *** visitors at participating clinics were screened,and all patients with HS were invited to participate in a questionnaire survey to elucidate the demographics and clinical features of HS in the Chinese ***:We identified 92 patients with HS among 274,742 visitors at participating *** prevalence rate was 0.03349%or 33.49 per 100,000 population(95%confidence interval,26.64–40.32),and the female:male ratio was 1.0:***:The overall prevalence of HS in China was lower than that in Western and other Asian countries with a predominance of male patients.
