The flow in funnel chamber is typical three-dimensional flow. The experimental results of clear water flow field and muddy water flow field show that the flow characteristics in the funnel chamber are favorable to the separation of water and sand. Tangential velocity sustains the vortex strength of the funnel chamber, axial velocity is benefit to the sediment sinking, and radial velocity is benefit to sediment moving to desilting hole. So the sand funnel is successful in sediment disposal. The sand funnel projection has also good desilting effectiveness in practice. Its average flushing discharge is 3% of inlet canal discharge, the sand disposal rate is 100% for the sand with grain diameter of more than 0.5 mm, and is more than 90% for the sand with grain diameter of less than 0.5 mm.

An analog of phthalascidin （Pt-650） was synthesized with an improved synthetic route. With precursor 2 as the starting material, compound 1 was prepared through 4 steps in a total yield of 47%. In vitro antitumor test of this Pt-650 analog showed that it possessed strong toxicity against a number of tumor cell lines including A2780, A549, Bel-7402, BGC-823, HELA, KB, KeTr3 and HCT-8.

Heavy metal pollution brings extensive concerns since 1940s. In order to assess the heavy metal pollution on the farmland of Yanzhou coalfield, 216 soil samples and 54 combined samples were collected. Lead, cadmium, chromium, copper, zinc, and nickel contained in both topsoil and deep soil were analyzed using atomic absorbent spectrometry analyzer (AAS). Fuzzy clustering method was used in data processing. And fuzzy synthetic assessment was applied to assess the soil contamination by heavy metals. The result shows that Yanzhou coalfield has been polluted by the heavy metals to some extent.

目的收集云南省红河州少数民族维持性血液透析患者问卷调查表,分析此类患者的健康素养状态及影响因素,为相关部门制定健康策略提供依据。方法选取2023年4月1日-2023年6月30日在云南省滇南中心医院(红河州第一人民医院)血液净化中心行维持性血液透析的142例少数民族患者为调查对象,利用一般情况调查表、慢性病患者健康素养量表,以问卷星的形式向患者展开调查。之后使用Likert 5级计分的方法,对患者问卷进行评分。最后以多因素logistic回归分析MHD患者健康素养的影响因素。结果共收回有效问卷142份、logistic回归方程显示,患者年龄、性别、家庭月收入、原发病种数、职业为患者健康素养水平的影响因素。回归方程为Y=101.628-4.706 X 1-8.635 X 2+6.132 X 7-9.273 X 9+6.138 X 11。结论可通过采取个体化的干预措施,提高健康素养水平。

Necessity and feasibility of improving the residual resistance factor of polymer flooding in heavy oil reservoirs

The efficiency of water flooding in heavy oil reservoirs would be improved by increasing the viscosity of the displacing phase, but the sweep efficiency is not of significance due to the low mobility of the vicious oil. On the basis of mobility control theory, increasing the residual resistance factor not only reduces the water-oil mobility ratio but also decreases the requirement for viscosity enhancement of the polymer solution. The residual resistance factor caused by hydrophobic associating polymer solution is higher than that caused by polyacrylamide solution in brine containing high concentrations of calcium and magnesium ions. The results of numerical simulations show that the polymer flooding efficiency improved by increasing the residual resistance factor is far better than that by only increasing solution viscosity. The recovery factor of heavy oil reservoirs （70 mPa·s） can be enhanced by hydrophobic associating polymer solution of high residual resistance factor （more than 3） and high effective viscosity （24 mPa·s）. Therefore, increasing the residual resistance factor of the polymer solution not only decreases the requirement for the viscosity of polymer solution injected into heavy oil reservoirs but also is favorable to enhanced oil recovery during polymer flooding.

Low back pain is among the most grave public health concerns worldwide and the major clinical manifestation of intervertebral disc degeneration(IVDD).The destruction of annulus fibrosus(AF)is the primary cause of IVDD.A sustainable and stable treatment system for IVDD is lacking because of the special organizational structure and low nutrient supply of *** here found that IVDD results in the impaired mitochondrial function of AF tissue,and mitochondrial autophagy(mitophagy)plays a protective role in this *** therefore reported a thread-structural microneedle(T-MN)matching the ring structure of *** on the adsorption effect of laminin,our T-MN could load with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes to envelope the regulating mitophagy microRNA(miRNA 378),named as T-MN@EXO@miR􀀀*** general,we offered in situ locking in the defect site of AF to prevent nucleus pulposus leakage and promoted AF *** design of the thread structure was aimed at bionically matching the layered AF structure,thereby providing stronger *** T-MN@EXO@miR􀀀378 effectively attached to AF and slowly released therapeutic engineered exosomes,and prevented IVDD progression by restoring mitophagy,promoting AF cell proliferation and migration,and inhibiting the pathological remodeling of the extracellular *** functional system can be used as an excellent tool for sustained drug release and has a certain prospect in substituting the conventional treatment of IVDD.

Construction of eco-friendly dual carbon dots ratiometric fluorescence probe for highly selective and efficient sensing mercury ion

In present work,blue carbon dots(b-CDs)were derived from ammonium citrate and guanidine hydrochloride,and red carbon dots(r-CDs)were stemmed from malonate,ethylenediamine and meso-tetra(4-carboxyphenyl)porphin based on facile hydrothermal ***-friendly ratiometric fluorescence probe was innovatively constructed to effectively measure Hg2+utilizing b-CDs and *** developed probe displayed two typical emission peaks at 450 nm from b-CDs and 650 nm from r-CDs under the excitation at 360 *** ion has strong quenching effect on the fluorescence intensity at 450 nm due to the electron transfer process and the fluorescence change at 450 nm was used as the response signal,whereas the fluorescence intensity at 650 nm kept unchangeable which resulted from the chemical inertness between Hg^(2+)and r-CDs,serving as the reference signal in the sensing *** optimal circumstances,this probe exhibited an excellent linearity between the fluorescence response values of F450/F650 and Hg^(2+)concentrations over range of 0.01-10μmol/L,and the limit of detectionwas down to 5.3 nmol/***,this probe was successfully employed for sensing Hg^(2+)in practical environmental water samples with satisfied recoveries of 98.5%-105.0%.The constructed ratiometric fluorescent probe provided a rapid,environmental-friendly,reliable,and efficient platform for measuring trace Hg^(2+)in environmental field.

Photoinduced Electron Transfer in Host-Guest Complexes of Naphthalene Derivatives with p-NBCD and m-NBCD

A number of naphthalene derivatives containing adamantanamine binding moiety and an （CH2）. （n = 2, 3, 4, 5, 6） spacer were prepared as electron donor. A supramolecular assembly was fabricated by the inclusion complexation of the donor substrates with the host molecules, mono-6-O-p-nitrobenzoyl-β-cyclodextrin （p-NBCD） and mono-6-O-m-nitrobenzoyl-β-cyclodextrin （m-NBCD）, in water. The fluorescence quenching in these systems was studied and detailed Stern-Volmer constants were measured. It revealed that an efficient photoinduced electron transfers （PET） between the naphthalene donors and the cyclodextrin acceptors occurred.
