Viral co-infection has been found in animals;however,the mechanisms of co-infection are *** abundance and diversity of viruses in water make fish highly susceptible to ***,we reported a coinfection in fish,which resulted in reduced host lethality and illustrated the intracellular molecular mechanism of viral *** spring viremia of carp virus(SVCV)is a highly lethal virus that infects Cyprinidae,such as *** mortality of SVCV infection was significantly reduced when co-infected with the grass carp reovirus(GCRV).The severity of tissue damage and viral proliferation of SVCV was also reduced in co-infection with *** transcriptome bioinformatics analysis demonstrated that the effect on the host transcripts in response to SVCV infection was significantly reduced in *** excluding the extracellular interactions of these two viruses,the intracellular mechanisms were *** found that the GCRV NS38 remarkably decreased SVCV infection and viral *** interaction between GCRV NS38 and SVCV nucleoprotein(N)and phosphoprotein(P)proteins was identified,and NS38 downregulated both N and P *** analysis demonstrated that the N protein was degraded by NS38 indispensable of the autophagy receptor,sequestosome 1(p62).Meanwhile,K63-linked ubiquitination of the P protein was reduced by NS38,leading to ubiquitinated degradation of the P *** results reveal that the intracellular viral protein interactions are a crucial mechanism of co-infection and influence the host pathology and expand our understanding in intracellular viral interactions co-infection.

Reporter genes are widely applied in biotechnology and biomedical research owning to their easy observation and lack of toxicity. Taking advantage of the reporter genes in conjunction with imaging technologies, a large number of reporter mouse models have been generated. Reporter mouse models provide systems that enable the studies of live cell imaging, cell lineage tracing, immunological research and cancers etc. in vivo. In this review, we describe the types of different reporter genes and reporter mouse models including, random reporter strains, Cre reporter strains and ROSA26 reporter strains. Collectively, these reporter mouse models have broadened scientific inquires and provided potential strategies for generation of novel reporter animal models with enhanced capabilities.

AIM To explore the features and prognostic value of lymph node metastasis in patients with T1-stage colorectal cancer(CRC).METHODS In all,321 cases of T1-stage CRC were selected from 10132 patients with CRC who received surgical therapy in six large-scale hospitals in China and were retrospectively analyzed. Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed to analyze the risk factors for lymphatic metastasis. A survival analysis was then performed to analyze the prognostic value of lymph node *** The occurrence rate of T1 stage was 3.17%(321/10132);of these patients,the lymph node metastasis rate was 8.41%(27/321),and the non-lymph node metastasis rate was 91.59%(294/321). Univariate analysis showed that preoperative serum CEA,preoperative serum CA199,preoperative serum CA724,vascular invasion,and degree of differentiation were associated with lymph node metastasis in T1-stage CRC(P dicated that preoperative serum CA724,vascular invasion,and degree of differentiation were closely related to lymph node metastasis(P differentiation,and lymph node metastasis(χ2 = 24.180,P dictors of 5-year overall survival(OS)(P dicators of 5-year OS in patients with T1-stage CRC(P dity of T1-stage CRC was 3.17% for all CRC cases. Preoperative serum CA724,vascular invasion,and degree of differentiation are independent risk factors for lymph node metastasis. Lymph node metastasis is an independent prognostic factor for OS in patients with T1-stage CRC.
