Mechanics shape cell and tissue plasticity and maintain their homeostasis.In cancers,mechanical signals regulate cancer hallmarks via mechanotransduction pathways,such as proliferation,metastasis and metabolic reprogramming.However,comprehensive characterization of mechanotransduction pathway genes and their clinical relevance across different cancer types remains untouched.Herein,we systematically portrayed the alterations of mechanotransduction pathway genes across 31 cancer types using The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)databases.All the cancer types could be categorized into 6 subtypes based upon the transcriptional pattern of mechanics pathway genes.Each subtype has its own unique molecular expression pattern,mutation landscapes,immune infiltrates,and patient clinical outcome.We further found that the responses of two subtypes of cancers,one with the optimal outcome and the other with the worst prognosis,to a classical mechanotherapeutic agent(Fasudil,Rho A/ROCK inhibitor) were totally different,indicating that our cancer stratification system based upon mechanotransduction pathway genes could inform clinical responses of patients to mechanotherapeutic agents.Collectively,our study provides a novel pan-cancer landscape of the mechanotransduction pathways and underscores its potential clinical significance in the prediction of clinical prognosis and therapeutic responses to mechanotherapy among cancer patients.

3种口内扫描仪用于咬合关系记录的准确度研究

目的探究3种口内扫描仪用于获取最大牙尖交错位(MIP)咬合关系的准确度,为临床实践提供参考。方法招募10名上下颌牙列完整、咬合关系正常的受试者。对照组采用面弓转移和咬合记录将位于MIP的上下颌石膏模型固定在架上,并使用桌面扫描仪对固定的模型进行扫描以获得数字化模型数据;实验组分别使用Trios 3、Carestream 3600以及Aoralscan 3口内扫描仪对受试者进行口内扫描以获取位于MIP时上下颌口扫模型数据。在对照组数字化模型的上下颌双侧中切牙、尖牙和第一磨牙上设置测量点并测量上下颌对应同名牙上测量点之间的距离,获得测量的距离之和D_(A),同时计算模型中切牙区、尖牙区以及第一磨牙区的测量点间距离之和,分别记为D_(I)、D_(C)、D_(M)。将添加测量点的对照组上下颌模型分别与实验组上下颌口扫模型进行精确匹配,计算匹配后对照组模型的D_(A)、D_(I)、D_(C)和D_(M)。对对照组和实验组获得的D_(A)、D_(I)、D_(C)、D_(M)进行统计学分析,以评估3种口内扫描仪记录咬合关系的准确度。结果对照组D_(A)、D_(I)、D_(C)、D_(M)的值分别为(39.58±6.40)、(13.64±3.58)、(14.91±2.85)、(11.03±1.56)mm,Trios 3组相应的值为(38.99±6.60)、(13.42±3.66)、(14.55±2.87)、(11.03±1.69)mm,Carestream 3600组相应的值为(38.57±6.36)、(13.56±3.68)、(14.45±2.85)、(10.55±1.41)mm,Aoralscan 3组相应的值为(38.16±5.69)、(13.03±3.54)、(14.23±2.59)、(10.90±1.54)mm。方差分析显示无论是整体偏差D_(A)(P=0.96),还是局部偏差D_(I)(P=0.98)、D_(C)(P=0.96)、D_(M)(P=0.89),3种口内扫描仪获取的数字化模型与对照组模型之间差异均无统计学意义。结论在规范的操作流程下,3种口内扫描仪获取的MIP咬合关系与传统方法无差异,满足临床诊疗的需求。

Viruses replicate and proliferate in host cells while continuously adjusting to and modulating the host environment.They encode a wide spectrum of multifunctional proteins,which interplay with and modify proteins in host cells.Viral genomes were chronologically the first to be sequenced.However,the corresponding viral proteomes,the alterations of host proteomes upon viral infection,and the dynamic nature of proteins,such as post-translational modifications,enzymatic cleavage,and activation or destruction by proteolysis,remain largely unknown.Emerging high-throughput techniques,in particular quantitative or semi-quantitative mass spectrometry-based proteomics analysis of viral and cellular proteomes,have been applied to define viruses and their interactions with their hosts.Here,we review the major areas of viral proteomics,including virion proteomics,structural proteomics,viral protein interactomics,and changes to the host cell proteome upon viral infection.

目的探究一种全数字化前伸髁导斜度(SCI)测量方法的准确性,同时对获取的受试者左、右侧SCI值进行对比分析,为临床实践提供参考。方法招募10名咬合关系良好、关节状态正常的受试者,分别使用方法A (传统机械面弓+基于实体架的实体前伸咬合记录)、B (基于面部扫描数据构建的虚拟面弓+基于虚拟(牙合)架的数字化前伸咬合记录)、C (电子面弓描记)测量受试者左、右侧SCI值。以传统机械面弓+基于实体架的实体前伸咬合记录组和电子面弓描记组作为对照组,基于面部扫描数据构建的虚拟面弓+基于虚拟(牙合)架的数字化前伸咬合记录组为实验组,对3种方法获得的左、右侧SCI值进行统计学分析,评估基于面部扫描数据构建的虚拟面弓+基于虚拟(牙合)架的数字化前伸咬合记录的全数字化方法用于SCI测量的准确性,同时分析同一受试者左、右侧SCI值之间差异是否存在统计学意义。结果方法 A测量的左、右侧SCI值为41.70°±7.09°、42.80°±8.62°,方法 B测量的左、右侧SCI值为35.09°±12.49°、37.63°±12.10°,方法 C测量的左、右侧SCI值为39.43°±8.72°、38.45°±6.91°。3种方法测量的SCI值之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),同时同一受试者左、右侧SCI值之间差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于虚拟面弓和虚拟咬合记录的全数字化SCI测量方法的准确性与基于机械面弓和实体咬合记录法、电子面弓描记法无差异,同一受试者左、右侧SCI值类似,临床诊疗过程中可以根据实际选择合适的SCI测量和设置策略。

文章旨在研究复合酸化剂(CompoundAcidifier,CA)对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分利用率及肠道组织形态的影响。试验将120头28d健康、无病、初始体重[(8.36±0.49)kg]相近的三元杂交仔猪随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复5头仔猪。其中,对照组(CON组)参考《猪饲养标准》(NY/T65-2004)饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,其余3组饲喂基础日粮+2kg/t(CA2组)、4kg/t(CA4组)、6kg/t(CA6组)复合酸化剂的试验日粮,试验为期35d。结果表明:(1)CA2组、CA4组、CA6组仔猪的末重、平均日增重显著高于CON组(P <0.05),CA2组、CA4组、CA6组仔猪的料重比、腹泻率显著低于CON组(P <0.05);(2)与CON组相比,CA2组仔猪对总能、粗纤维的利用率显著提高(P <0.05),与CON组相比,CA2组、CA4组、CA6组仔猪对粗蛋白质、有机物的利用率显著提高(P <0.05);(3)十二指肠中,CA2组、CA4组、CA6组绒毛高度、绒隐比显著高于CON组(P <0.05),空肠中,CA2组、CA4组、CA6组绒毛高度、绒隐比显著高于CON组(P <0.05)。综上所述,复合酸化剂能促进仔猪生长发育,提高养分利用率,改善肠道组织形态,为降低饲养成本,仔猪基础日粮中复合酸化剂的建议添加量为2kg/t。

Fractional nonlinear energy sinks

The cubic or third-power(TP)nonlinear energy sink(NES)has been proven to be an effective method for vibration suppression,owing to the occurrence of targeted energy transfer(TET).However,TET is unable to be triggered by the low initial energy input,and thus the TP NES would get failed under low-amplitude vibration.To resolve this issue,a new type of NES with fractional nonlinearity,e.g.,one-third-power(OTP)nonlinearity,is proposed.The dynamic behaviors of a linear oscillator(LO)with an OTP NES are investigated numerically,and then both the TET feature and the vibration attenuation performance are evaluated.Moreover,an analogy circuit is established,and the circuit simulations are carried out to verify the design concept of the OTP NES.It is found that the threshold for TET of the OTP NES is two orders of magnitude smaller than that of the TP NES.The parametric analysis shows that a heavier mass or a lower stiffness coefficient of the NES is beneficial to the occurrence of TET in the OTP NES system.Additionally,significant energy transfer is usually accompanied with efficient energy dissipation.Consequently,the OTP NES can realize TET under low initial input energy,which should be a promising approach for micro-vibration suppression.

Understanding endometriosis from an immunomicroenvironmental perspective

Endometriosis,a heterogeneous,inflammatory,and estrogen-dependent gynecological disease defined by the presence and growth of endometrial tissues outside the lining of the uterus,affects approximately 5-10%of reproductive-age women,causing chronic pelvic pain and reduced fertility.Although the etiology of endometriosis is still elusive,emerging evidence supports the idea that immune dysregulation can promote the survival and growth of retrograde endometrial debris.Peritoneal macrophages and natural killer(NK)cells exhibit deficient cytotoxicity in the endometriotic microenvironment,leading to inefficient eradication of refluxed endometrial fragments.In addition,the imbalance of T-cell subtypes results in aberrant cytokine production and chronic inflammation,which contribute to endometriosis development.Although it remains uncertain whether immune dysregulation represents an initial cause or merely a secondary enhancer of endometriosis,therapies targeting altered immune pathways exhibit satisfactory effects in preventing disease onset and progression.Here,we summarize the phenotypic and functional alterations of immune cells in the endometriotic microenvironment,focusing on their interactions with microbiota and endocrine and nervous systems,and how these interactions contribute to the etiology and symptomology of endometriosis.

交联聚乙烯绝缘料耐焦烧性能的对比研究

选取3种牌号商用高压电缆交联聚乙烯绝缘料为研究对象,首先通过高温剪切作用下绝缘料熔体扭矩随温度的变化规律,对比分析3种绝缘料的耐焦烧性能,并通过凝胶含量表征焦烧试样的焦烧程度,然后提出采用绝缘料熔体在高温下的扭矩变化率作为特征量来表征绝缘料耐焦烧性能的方法,并通过不同牌号商用绝缘料焦烧程度的表征结果验证该方法的有效性。此外,通过红外光谱对3种绝缘料中交联剂含量和抗氧剂含量进行对比分析,结合凝胶渗透色谱法测得的绝缘料基料分子量,建立了绝缘料添加剂含量、基料分子量与其耐焦烧性能的关联。结果表明:通过绝缘料在高温剪切作用下的扭矩分析,可以有效区分不同商用绝缘料的耐焦烧性能,并发现交联剂含量过高是导致绝缘料耐焦烧性能差的主要原因,通过适当减少交联剂用量、增加抗氧剂用量、降低重均分子量可以提升绝缘料的耐焦烧性能。

Efficient reduction of hexavalent chromium with microscale Fe/Cu bimetals:Efficiency and the role of Cu

Microscale zero valent iron(mFe^(0))is one of the most potential water pollution remediation materials,but the effective utilization ability of electrons released by mFe^(0)in the reduction of hexavalent chromium(Cr(VI))is not satisfactory.Here,we find the microscale iron-copper(m Fe/Cu)bimetals coated with copper on the surface of mFe^(0)can significantly improve the effective utilization of electrons released by mFe^(0).Electrochemical analysis displays that copper plating on the surface of m Fe/Cu can promote the release the electrons from mFe^(0)and reduce the impedance of mFe^(0).Spin-polarized density functional theory(DFT)calculation reveals that Cu on the surface of m Fe/Cu bimetals promotes the release of electrons from mFe^(0)and reduces the adsorption energy of Fe to Cr.As the electron transporter,moreover,Cu can always attract Cr to the hollow position near itself of the Fe surface,which could promote the effective utilization of electrons released by Fe.Effective utilization ability of electrons in m Fe/Cu system is 12.5 times higher than that in mFe^(0)system.Our findings provide another basis for the efficient reduction of Cr(VI)by m Fe/Cu bimetals,which could promote the application and popularization of m Fe/Cu bimetals.
