Using a global atmosphere-ocean coupled model with the present-day and 1. MaB.P. oceanic topogra- phy respectively, two experiments are implemented to inves- tigate the effect of different locations of Australian Plate on the atmospheric circulation in middle-high latitudes of the Southern hemisphere. The results show that when Austra- lian Plate lay south at 1. MaB.P., both anticyclone circula- tions in the subtropical oceans and cyclone circulation around 60°-70°S are strengthened. Subtropical highs and circumpolar low pressure appear stronger, which results in much stronger Antarctic Oscillation and shorter period of Antarctic Oscillation Index (AOI) at 1. MaB.P. The rainfall and the surface air temperature also change correspondingly. The precipitation decreases around 40°S and increases around 60°-70°S, and the surface air temperature rises in high latitudes of the South Pacific and descends over the Weddell Sea and its north side. Besides, due to the changes of the temperatures and winds, Antarctic sea ice coverage also changes with its increasing in the Ross Sea and its west re- gions and decreasing in the Weddell Sea.

The Yangtze River is the mother river of *** promote the aquatic ecosystem protection of the great river,the Project of Yangtze Fisheries Resources and Environment Investigation(2017-2021)supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,*** carried out by 24 institutes and universities that located in the Yangtze River basin surveys the status of(1)fish species composition and spatial distribution,(2)current fish abundance,(3.endangered fishes,(4)Yangtze finless porpoise,(5)aquatic eco-environments,(6)water-level fluctuation areas,(7)capture fisheries and recreational fisheries of the Yangtze River mainstream and 10 of its main tributaries,including Yalong River,heng River,Min River(including Dadu River),Chishui River,Tuo River,Jialing River,Wu River,Han River,Dongting Lake and Poyang *** results showed that there were 443.fish species(belonging to 163.genus,3. families,and 18 orders)before 2017,but only 3.3.fish species(including 15 new recorded exotic species)were recorded in the project of *** them,Cyprinus carpio,Carassius auratus,Hypophthalmichthys molitrix,Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,Coilia brachygnathus,Silurus asotus,Saurogobio dabryi,Ctenopharyngodon idellus,Pelteobagrus nitidus,hemiculter leucisculus,Siniperca chuatsi,Coreius heterodon,Culter alburnus,Parabramis pekinensis,and Aristichthys nobilis were the dominant species across the whole Yangtze River *** is estimated that there were 886 million individuals weighing 124.8 million kg,merely equivalent to 27.3.of the resources in 1950s,3..9%of the resources in 1960s,or 58.7%of the resources in *** the new list of protected fishes that recorded in the Yangtze River system,only 15 of 29 were collected in this project of *** gladius has been affirmed to be Extinct by international Union for Conservation of Nature(IUCN).The wild individuals of Tenualosa reevesii and Luciobrama macrocephalus have disappeared for many years and maybe have been extinct

The identification of stable quantitative trait locus(QTL)for yield-related traits and tightly linked molecular markers is important for improving wheat grain *** the present study,six yield-related traits in a recombinant inbred line(RIL)population derived from the Zhongmai 578/Jimai 22 cross were phenotyped in five *** parents and 262 RILs were genotyped using the wheat 50K single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)array.A high-density genetic map was constructed with 1.01.non-redundant bin markers,spanning 23.4.95 ***-three QTLs for six yield-related traits were mapped on chromosomes 1.(2),2A(9),2B(6),2D,3.(2),3.(2),4A(5),4D,5B(8),5D(2),7A(7),7B(3.and 7D(5),which explained 2.7-25.5%of the phenotypic *** the 53.QTLs,23.were detected in at least three environments,including seven for thousand-kernel weight(TKW),four for kernel length(KL),four for kernel width(KW),three for average grain filling rate(GFR),one for kernel number per spike(KNS)and four for plant height(PH).The stable QTLs ***-2A.1.***-7D,***-7D,***-2B.1.***-4A,***-7A and ***-2A.1.are likely to be new *** QTL-rich regions on 2A,2B,4A,5B,7A and 7D,showed pleiotropic effects on various yield ***2-2B and WAPO-A1.are potential candidate genes for the pleiotropic regions on 2B and 7A,*** pleiotropic QTL on 7D for TKW,KL,KW and PH was verified in a natural *** results of this study enrich our knowledge of the genetic basis underlying yield-related traits and provide molecular markers for high-yield wheat breeding.

Objective: Neurosyphilis is challenging to diagnose, especially in patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)/syphilis co-infection. The aim of this study was to profile the clinical features of neurosyphilis and evaluate the correlation between neurosyphilis and clinical or laboratory factors among patients with HIV/syphilis ***: We retrospectively analyzed the data of 479 HIV/syphilis co-infected patients examined between August 2009 and September 201.. A multivariate logistic regression model was used to identify factors correlated with ***: The overall prevalence of neurosyphilis was 21.7%. The prevalence of neurosyphilis differed among patients with primary (1..1.), secondary (20.1.), and latent syphilis (29.1.). The prevalences of neurosyphilis in patients with serological non-response and serofast patients were 26.1. and 6.3., respectively, while 1..5% of patients with serological relapse had neurosyphilis. Patients with secondary and latent syphilis had serum rapid plasma reagin (RPR) titers (per unit) of 1.44-fold [95% confidence interval (CI): 1.08-1.93.P= 0.01.] and 2.73.fold (95%CI: 1.49-5.00,P= 0.001., respectively, which increased the risk of confirmed neurosyphilis. Among patients with latent syphilis, a serum RPR titer of ≥1.3. and peripheral blood CD4 cell count of ≤3.0/mL were significantly associated with neurosyphilis, with adjusted odds ratios of 9.45 (95%CI: 1.86-48.03.P= 0.007) and 3.75 (95%CI: 1.1.-1..66,P= 0.03.), ***: A serum RPR titer of ≥1.3. and a peripheral blood CD4 cell count of ≤3.0/mL have predictive value in screening for neurosyphilis among HIV-positive patients with latent syphilis.

2022年2月,WHO基于循证医学框架发布了《WHO控制和消除人体血吸虫病指南》(以下简称WHO新指南),以指导血吸虫病流行国家和地区控制和消除这一公共卫生问题、促进阻断血吸虫病传播。WHO新指南以全健康理念为基础,提出了6项核心建议。本文旨在分析WHO新指南中的关键内容对我国血吸虫病防控工作的适用性,阐释其对我国血吸虫病防治工作后续发展的指导意义。目前,我国血吸虫病防控体系在实施层面上已基本体现全健康理念及其组成部分。基于WHO新指南,针对我国血吸虫病防治工作提出如下建议:加强系统性框架建设,推动跨部门共识的形成,建立高级别领导小组;优化现阶段我国血吸虫病防治策略中的人畜治疗措施;开发高敏感度和高特异度的检测工具和消除验证框架;通过整合其他寄生虫病防治项目,进一步推动血吸虫病和其他寄生虫病防控工作。

目的采用拉米夫定-齐多夫定(3.T-AZT)、依非韦仑(EFV)联合治疗方案对中国农村HIV-1.染者治疗52周,评价其疗效和安全性,并探讨如何在资源匮乏地区建立国际标准的研究现场以及抗反转录病毒药物(ARV)不良反应的管理方法和策略。方法自2005年5月至2006年2月共入选1.0例1.岁以上、CD4+T淋巴细胞(CD4)3.0/μL、未经抗病毒治疗的HIV-1.性感染者,接受每日2次3.T-AZT和1.睡前服用EFV600mg持续52周的前瞻性、开放性的临床试验,分别于治疗1.2、3.4、8、1.、24、3.、48和52周末随访检查,详细记录病毒载量(VL)、T淋巴细胞亚群和耐药情况以及其他生化指标,记录和分析抗病毒药物不良反应。结果①在中国贫困地区建立国际标准的治疗研究现场,并建立了药物不良反应分级报告、转诊和会诊网络。②治疗前CD4计数和VL分别为(204.0±1.1.0)个/μL和(4.47±0.87)log拷贝/mL。治疗结束时,CD4计数升至(3.0}13..2)个/μL,87例患者VL400拷贝/mL。③三级及以上不良事件者13.。④至2007年2月4日,72例到达研究终点,28例提前退出研究。结论①3.T-AZT与EFV联合治疗可以有效抑制HIV-1.制,明显改善机体免疫功能,多数不良事件轻微。②在农村地区开展艾滋病临床治疗研究可采用地方CDC和医院共同参与的模式。

Land use reflects human activities on *** land use is the highest level human alteration on Earth,and it is rapidly changing due to population increase and *** areas have widespread effects on local hydrology,climate,biodiversity,and food production[1,2].However,maps,that contain knowledge on the distribution,pattern and composition of various land use types in urban areas,are limited to city *** mapping standard on data sources,methods,land use classification schemes varies from city to city,due to differences in financial input and skills of mapping *** address various national and global environmental challenges caused by urbanization,it is important to have urban land uses at the national and global scales that are derived from the same or consistent data sources with the same or compatible classification systems and mapping *** is because,only with urban land use maps produced with similar criteria,consistent environmental policies can be made,and action efforts can be compared and assessed for large scale environmental ***,despite of the fact that a number of urban-extent maps exist at global scales[3.4],more detailed urban land use maps do not exist at the same *** at big country or regional levels such as for the United States,China and European Union,consistent land use mapping efforts are rare[5,6](e.g.,https://***/open_land_use/).
