Production logistics(PL)is considered as a critical factor that affects the efficiency and cost of production operations in discrete manufacturing *** effectively utilize manufacturing big data to improve PL efficiency and promote job shop floor economic benefits,this study proposes a PL trajectory analysis and optimization decision making method driven by a manufacturing task data chain(MTDC).First,the manufacturing task chain(MTC)is defined to characterize the discrete production process of a *** handle manufacturing big data,the MTC data paradigm is designed,and the MTDC is ***,the logistics trajectory model is presented,where the various types of logistics trajectories are extracted using the MTC as the search engine for the *** on this,a logistics efficiency evaluation indicator system is proposed to support the optimization decision making for the ***,a case study is applied to verify the proposed method,and the method determines the PL optimization decisions for PL efficiency without changing the layout and workshop equipment,which can assist managers in implementing the optimization decisions.

This comprehensive review elucidates the complex interplay between gut microbiota and constipation in Parkinson’s disease(PD),a prevalent non-motor symptom contributing significantly to patients’morbidity.A marked alteration in the gut microbiota,predominantly an increase in the abundance of Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes,is observed in PD-related *** treatments,although safe,have failed to effectively alleviate symptoms,thereby necessitating the development of novel therapeutic *** interventions such as prebiotics,probiotics,and fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)hold therapeutic *** prebiotics improve bowel movements,probiotics are effective in enhancing stool consistency and alleviating abdominal *** shows potential for significantly alleviating constipation symptoms by restoring gut microbiota balance in patients with *** promising developments,the causal relationship between changes in gut microbiota and PD-related constipation remains elusive,highlighting the need for further research in this expanding field.

The impact of different iron metabolism processes(DIMP)on ovarian cancer remains *** this study,we employed various gene chips and databases to investigate the role of DIMP in the initiation and development of ovarian *** was used to determine mutations in DIMP-associated genes in ovarian ***-Meier plotter was used to examine the influence of DIMP on the prognosis of ovarian *** analyzing 1669 serous ovarian cancer cases,we identified a range of mutations in iron metabolism genes,notably in those coding for the transferrin receptor(19%),melanotransferrin(19%),and ceruloplasmin(10%)in the iron import process,and glucose-6-phosphate isomerase(9%),hepcidin antimicrobial peptide(9%),metal regulatory transcription factor 1(8%),and bone morphogenetic protein 6(8%)in the iron regulation *** to the unaltered group,the group with gene alterations exhibited a higher tumor mutation burden count(43 vs.54)and more advanced histologic grade(78.19%vs.87.90%).Compared to the normal ovarian counterparts,a reduction in expression was observed in 9 out of the 14 genes involved in iron utilization and 4 out of the 5 genes involved in iron export in ovarian cancer;in contrast,an increase in expression was observed in 2 out of the 3 genes involved in iron storage in ovarian ***,in cisplatin-resistant cells compared to cisplatin-sensitive ones,the expression of all genes in iron storage and 13 out of 14 genes in iron import was decreased,while that of 8 out of the 10 genes in iron utilization was *** addition,survival curve analysis indicated that a higher expression in the majority of genes in the iron import process(12/21),or a reduced expression in most genes in the iron export process(4/5)correlated with poor progression-free ***,TGF-βcould regulate the expression of most iron metabolism-associated genes;particularly,expression of genes involved in the iron storage process(2/2)was inhibited aft

AIM:To compare relative peripheral refraction(RPR)in Chinese school children with different refractive errors using multispectral refraction topography(MRT).METHODS:A total of 713 eyes of primary school children[172 emmetropia(E),429 low myopia(LM),80 moderate myopia(MM),and 32 low hypermetropia(LH)]aged 10 to 13y were *** were measured using MRT without *** results showed RPR at 0-15°(RPR 0-15),15°-30°(RPR 15-30),and 30°-45°(RPR 30-45)annular in the inferior(RPR-I),superior(RPR-S),nasal(RPR-N),and temporal(RPR-T)*** equivalent(SE)was detected and calculated using an ***:There were significant differences of RPR 15-30 between groups MM[0.02(-0.12;0.18)]and LH[-0.13(-0.36;0.12)](P<0.05),MM and E[-0.06(-0.20;0.10)](P<0.05),and LM[-0.02(-0.15;0.15)]and E(P<0.05).There were also significant differences of RPR 30-45 between groups MM[0.45(0.18;0.74)]and E[0.29(-0.09;0.67)](P<0.05),and LM[0.44(0.14;0.76)]and E(P<0.001).RPR values increased from the hyperopic to medium myopic group in each *** were significant differences of RPR-S between groups MM[-0.02(-0.60;0.30)]and E[-0.44(-0.89;-0.04)](P<0.001),and LM[-0.28(-0.71;0.12)]and E(P<0.05).There were also significant differences of RPR-T between groups MM[0.37(0.21;0.78)]and LH[0.14(-0.52;0.50)](P<0.05),LM[0.41(0.06;0.84)]and LH(P<0.05),and LM and E[0.29(-0.10;0.68),P<0.05].A Spearman’s correlation analysis showed a negative correlation between RPR and SE in the 15°-30°(P=0.005),30°-45°(P<0.05)annular(P=0.002),superior(P<0.001),and temporal(P=0.001)***:Without pupil dilation,values for RPR 15-30,30-45,RPR-S,and T shows significant differences between myopic eyes and emmetropia,and the differences are negatively correlated with SE.

BACKGROUND Existing evidence suggests that gut microbiota represent a significant environmental risk factor for various forms of dementia,including Alzheimer's dementia,vascular dementia,and dementia in other diseases classified ***,the exact causal relationships between gut microbiota and the different forms of dementia or their subtypes remain *** To investigate putative causal relationships between gut microbiota and dementia or its subtypes using Mendelian randomization(MR)*** A bidirectional,two-sample,MR analysis was conducted utilizing publicly available gut microbiota-related genome-wide association study(GWAS)summary data from the MiBioGen consortium alongside GWAS summary statistics for dementia and its subtypes from the FinnGen *** variables were selected according to the fundamental tenets of MR and their strengths were evaluated using the *** MR methods were employed,and the robustness of our findings was *** account for multiple comparisons,we applied the Bonferroni method for P-value *** We identified several gut microbiota taxa exhibiting putative causal relationships with dementia or its subtypes,potentially serving as risk or protective factors for the *** addition,reverse MR analysis indicated that the relative abundance of several gut microbiota taxa might be influenced by dementia or its *** exhaustive sensitivity analysis confirmed the absence of heterogeneity and horizontal *** applying correction for multiple testing,we observed that the order Bacillales(odds ratio:0.830,95%confidence interval:0.740-0.932,P=0.00155,Padjust=0.0311)exhibited a strong association with Alzheimer’s disease-related *** The results suggest that gut microbiota is causally associated with *** findings provide novel insights into the pathophysiology of dementia and have important implications for its treatment and prevention.

针对已有杂草识别模型对复杂农田环境下多种目标杂草的识别率低、模型内存占用量大、参数多、识别速度慢等问题,提出了基于YOLO v5的轻量化杂草识别方法。利用带色彩恢复的多尺度视网膜(Multi-scale retinex with color restoration, MSRCR)增强算法对部分图像数据进行预处理,提高边缘细节模糊的图像清晰度,降低图像中的阴影干扰。使用轻量级网络PP-LCNet重置了识别模型中的特征提取网络,减少模型参数量。采用Ghost卷积模块轻量化特征融合网络,进一步降低计算量。为了弥补轻量化造成的模型性能损耗,在特征融合网络末端添加基于标准化的注意力模块(Normalization-based attention module, NAM),增强模型对杂草和玉米幼苗的特征提取能力。此外,通过优化主干网络注意力机制的激活函数来提高模型的非线性拟合能力。在自建数据集上进行实验,实验结果显示,与当前主流目标检测算法YOLO v5s以及成熟的轻量化目标检测算法MobileNet v3-YOLO v5s、ShuffleNet v2-YOLO v5s比较,轻量化后杂草识别模型内存占用量为6.23 MB,分别缩小54.5%、12%和18%;平均精度均值(Mean average precision, mAP)为97.8%,分别提高1.3、5.1、4.4个百分点。单幅图像检测时间为118.1 ms,达到了轻量化要求。在保持较高模型识别精度的同时大幅降低了模型复杂度,可为采用资源有限的移动端设备进行农田杂草识别提供技术支持。

空间绳网系统是一种针对空间碎片的柔性捕获系统,针对带有太阳翼的空间目标,提出一种用于捕获目标主体的长方形绳网。为分析其展开效果,建立有限元模型,通过对比地面试验结果来验证有限元模型的可靠性。建立长方形绳网的评价指标,并通过各项评价指标对比不同牵拉模式、牵引绳分布圆直径及牵引体发射角度下的绳网展开特性。结果表明:仿真结果与试验结果吻合,有限元模型可靠;在八点牵拉、十点牵拉和十二点牵拉3种模式下,十点牵拉所能达到的展开效果最好;牵引绳分布圆直径增大,所能达到的最大展开面积和保形距离减小,展开距离增大;牵引体的发射角度增大,长方形绳网的最大展开面积和保形距离增大,展开距离减小。
