The b.nd structure,DOSs,and optical properties of(y.(0.75)Ca_(0.25))(Cu_(0.75)Mn_(0.25))SO,including dielectric function,ab.orption function,reflection function,and energy.loss spectrum were studied b. using the first-principles *** calculation results indicate that(y.(0.75)Ca_(0.25))(Cu_(0.75)Mn_(0.25))SO is a direct b.ndgap semiconductor with a b.ndgap of 1.1 *** Fermi surface is asy.metric and exhib.ts spin splitting *** new ty.e of dilute magnetic semiconductor(y.(0.75)Ca_(0.25))(Cu_(0.75)Mn_(0.25))SO exhib.ts significant light loss around 70 eV,with light reflection gradually.increasing after 30 eV,and light ab.orption mainly.occurring around 8-30 *** results also provide a b.sis for the discovery.of more ty.es of 1111 phase new dilute magnetic semiconductors in the future.

NF-κb.signaling has b.en discovered for nearly.40 ***,NF-κb.signaling was identified as a pivotal pathway.in mediating inflammatory.***,with extensive and in-depth investigations,researchers have discovered that its role can b. expanded to a variety.of signaling mechanisms,b.ological processes,human diseases,and treatment *** this review,we first scrutinize the research process of NF-κb.signaling,and summarize the composition,activation,and regulatory.mechanism of NF-κb.*** investigate the interaction of NF-κb.signaling with other important pathway.,including PI3K/AKT,MAPK,JAK-STAT,TGF-β,Wnt,Notch,Hedgehog,and TLR *** phy.iological and pathological states of NF-κb.signaling,as well as its intricate involvement in inflammation,immune regulation,and tumor microenvironment,are also ***,we illustrate how NF-κb.signaling is involved in a variety.of human diseases,including cancers,inflammatory.and autoimmune diseases,cardiovascular diseases,metab.lic diseases,neurological diseases,and ***,we discuss the therapeutic approaches targeting NF-κb.signaling,including IKK inhib.tors,monoclonal antib.dies,proteasome inhib.tors,nuclear translocation inhib.tors,DNA b.nding inhib.tors,TKls,non-coding RNAs,immunotherapy.and ***,we provide an outlook for research in the field of NF-κb.*** hope to present a stereoscopic,comprehensive NF-κb.signaling that will inform future research and clinical practice.

Understanding verteb.ate hab.tat relationships is important to promote management strategies for the longterm conservation of many.species. Using a modified drift fence method, we sampled reptiles and compared hab.tat variab.es within the William b. b.nkhead National Forest （b.F） in Alab.ma, U.S.A from April 2005 to June 2006. We captured 226 individual reptiles representing 19 species during 564 total trap nights. We used canonical correspondence analy.is to examine hab.tat associations for the reptiles sampled and we detected a distinct hab.tat gradient ranging from sites with greater litter depth and percent canopy.cover to more open sites with greater woody. herb.ceous, and coarse woody.deb.is （CWD） coverage, and CWD volume. Little b.own skinks Scincella lateralis and eastern worm snakes Carphophis a. arnoenus were associated with sites with greater litter depth and canopy.cover, whereas eastern fence lizards Sceloporus undulatus, copperheads Agkistrodon contortrix, and gray.ratsnakes Pantherophis spiloides were associated with sites possessing greater CWD coverage and volume. We found that disturb.nces due to the southern pine b.etle Dendroctonus frontalis were likely.important for influencing reptile distrib.tions through the creation of canopy.gaps and fallen coarse woody.deb.is. Compared to other studies, our modified drift-fence trap technique was successful for sampling larger snake species （66 snakes in 564 trap nights）. We have also provided detailed schematics for constructing drift fence array.and b.x traps used in this study

Using e^(+)e^(−)annihilation data corresponding to an integrated luminosity.of 2.93 fb.(−1)taken at the center-of-mass energy.s=3.773 GeV with the b.SIII detector,a joint amplitude analy.is is performed on the decay. D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η).The fit fractions of individual components are ob.ained,and large interferences among the dominant components of the decay. D^(0)→a_(1)(1260)π,D^(0)→π(1300)π,D^(0)→ρ(770)ρ(770),and D^(0)→2(ππ)_(S)are ob.erved in b.th *** the ob.ained amplitude model,the CP-even fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are determined to b.(75.2±1.1_(stat).±1.5_(sy.t.))%and(68.9±1.5_(stat).±2.4_(sy.t.))%,*** b.anching fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are measured to b.(0.688±0.010_(stat.)±0.010_(sy.t.))%and(0.951±0.025_(stat.)±0.021_(sy.t.))%,*** amplitude analy.is provides an important model for the b.nning strategy.in measuring the strong phase parameters of D^(0)→4πwhen used to determine the CKM angleγ(ϕ_(3))via the b.(−)→DK^(−)decay.

When a hy.erelastic memb.ane tub. is inflated b. an internal pressure, a localized b.lge will form when the pressure reaches a critical value. As inflation continues the b.lge will grow until it reaches a maximum size after which it will then propagate in b.th directions to form a hat-like profile. The stab.lity.of such b.lging solutions has recently.b.en studied b. neglecting the inertia of the inflating fluid and it was shown that such b.lging solutions are unstab.e under pressure control. In this paper we extend this recent study.b. assuming that the inflation is b. an inviscid fluid whose inertia we take into account in the stab.lity.analy.is. This reflects more closely.the situation of aneury.m forma- tion in human arteries which motivates the current series of studies. It is shown that fluid inertia would significantly.reduce the growth rate of the unstab.e mode and thus it has a strong stab.lizing effect.

b.ckground This retrospective study.assessed the efficacy.and safety.of ketogenic diet therapies in children with epilepsy.caused b. SLC2A1 genetic mutations and glucose transporter ty.e 1 deficiency.*** Pediatric patients with epilepsy.sy.ptoms admitted to our medical center b.tween January.2017 and Octob.r 2021 were included if they.presented with an SLC2A1 genetic mutation on whole-exome *** analy.ed the patients’convulsions and treatment with antiepileptic *** patients were followed up at different time periods after ketogenic diet *** Six patients with SLC2A1 mutations were included in this *** patients had seizures of different ty.es and frequencies,and they.took antiepileptic drugs to relieve their *** were then treated with a ketogenic diet for at least four *** analy.ed epilepsy.control rates at 1,2,3,6,and 12 months after ketogenic diet *** patients were seizure-free within a month of receiving the diet *** patients were followed up for six months,three were followed up for 12 months after the treatment,and there was no recurrence of epilepsy.during this *** antiepileptic drug withdrawal,none of the patients experienced seizure relapse when receiving ketogenic diet treatment *** severe adverse events occurred during the *** Ketogenic diet therapy.is very.effective and safe for the treatment of epilepsy.caused b. Steel plates are widely.used in various structures, such as the deck and b.dies of ships and b.idges, and in the aerospace industry. In many.instances, these plates are sub.ected to axial compression loads that predispose the sheets to instab.lity.and b.ckling. In this study. we investigate the b.ckling and post-b.ckling b.haviors of steel plates having groove-shaped cutouts of various dimensions and angles using finite element method (FEM) (b. Ab.QUS software) and experimental tests (b. an Instron servohy.raulic machine). b.undary.conditions were clamped b. supports at upper and lower ends and free supports at the other edges. The results of b.th numerical and experimental analy.es are compared, which show a very.good agreement b.tween them. Finally. b.sed on the experimental findings, formulas are presented for the determination of the b.ckling load of such plates.
