智能体在复杂环境下执行任务时,如何保证安全性和效率性是一个很大的难题。传统强化学习方法解决智能体决策问题时采用无模型的强化学习,利用大量数据不断试错寻找最优策略,忽略了智能体的训练成本和安全风险,因此无法有效保证决策的安全性。为此,在模型预测控制框架下对智能体动作添加安全约束条件,设计安全强化学习算法获得最安全的动作控制序列。同时,针对交叉熵方法存在计算量大与效率低、梯度优化方法存在着陷入局部最优的问题,结合鲁棒交叉熵与梯度优化方法优化动作控制序列,以提升算法安全性和求解效率。实验表明,所提方法相较于鲁棒交叉熵法能有效提升收敛速度,相较于其他优化算法在不损失较多性能的前提下安全性能最优。

目的了解武陵山区青少年危害健康行为潜在类别及其与学校联结的关联,为制定分类高效干预措施提供参考。方法于2023年3—6月,运用多阶段分层整群随机抽样法抽取武陵山区8所学校的3386名初、高中学生为调查对象,采用基本信息问卷、危害健康行为问卷、学校联结量表进行调查。采用潜在类别分析探究武陵山区青少年危害健康行为的潜在类别,运用无序多分类Logistic回归模型分析潜在类别与学校联结的关联。结果武陵山区青少年危害健康行为可分为外显行为高风险组(5.64%)、内隐行为高风险组(26.90%)、低风险组(67.45%)3个潜在类别;不同性别、民族、家庭类型的青少年在外显行为高风险组、内隐行为高风险组和低风险组3个潜在类别组的分布差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为117.91,22.55,21.51,P值均<0.05);无序多分类Logistic回归模型分析结果显示,以低风险组为参照,学校联结得分高与外显行为高风险组(OR=0.89,95%CI=0.88~0.91)和内隐行为高风险组(OR=0.90,95%CI=0.89~0.91)均呈负相关(P值均<0.05)。结论武陵山区青少年危害健康行为类别特征明显,外显行为高风险组、内隐行为高风险组均与学校联结存在负向关联。应积极采取相应措施,提高青少年学校归属感,降低危害健康行为的聚集共存状况。

In this study, aiming at the characteristics of randomness and dynamics in Wearable Audiooriented BodyNets （WA-BodyNets）, stochastic differential game theory is applied to the investigation of the problem of transmitted power control inconsumer electronic devices. First, astochastic differential game model is proposed for non-cooperative decentralized uplink power control with a wisdom regulation factor over WA-BodyNets with a onehop star *** model aims to minimize the cost associated with the novel payoff function of a player, for which two cost functions are defined： functions of inherent power radiation and accumulated power radiation darmge. Second, the feedback Nash equilibrium solution of the proposed model and the constraint of the Quality of Service （QoS） requirement of the player based on the SIR threshold are derived by solving the Fleming-Bellman-Isaacs partial differential equations. Furthermore, the Markov property of the optimal feedback strategies in this model is *** simulation results show that the proposed game model is effective and feasible for controlling the transmitted power of WA-BodyNets.

目的:分析陈氏盆乐汤对产后盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)患者盆底肌力及尿流动力学状态的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年10月收治的PFD患者116例,采用随机数表法分为观察组、对照组,各58例,对照组予以电刺激联合生物反馈盆底肌肉锻炼,观察组予以陈氏盆乐汤联合盆底肌肉锻炼,均治疗8周,对比两组治疗前后、产后6个月与12个月时盆底功能影响问卷(PFDI-20)、盆腔脏器脱垂/尿失禁性功能问卷(PISQ-12)、盆腔器官脱垂量表(POP-Q),盆底三维超声检测膀胱颈至耻骨联合下缘的垂直间距(BSD)、膀胱尿道后角(PUVA)、膀胱颈移动度(UVJ-M),生物刺激反馈仪测定盆底肌肉肌力、肌肉疲劳度,记录不良反应。结果:治疗8周后及产后6、12个月两组PFDI-20评分、POP-Q评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),而PISQ-12评分(除对照组治疗8周后)增加(P<0.05),且观察组PFDI-20评分、POP-Q评分低于对照组(P<0.05),而PISQ-12评分高于对照组(P<0.05);产后两组BSD、PUVA、UVJ-M(除对照组治疗8周后)均发生明显变化,且观察组治疗8周后及产后6、12个月BSD高于对照组(P<0.05),而PUVA、UVJ-M低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后6、12个月Ⅰ~Ⅲ级的Ⅰ类肌纤维、Ⅱ类肌纤维盆底肌电活动值大于对照组(P<0.05),而盆底肌疲劳值低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:陈氏盆乐汤可明显改善产后PFD患者盆底肌力、尿流动力学,减少盆底肌疲劳,提高其生活质量,安全可靠,值得在临床推广实践。

A Stackelberg Differential Game Based Bandwidth Allocation in Satellite Communication Network

In this paper, a Stackelberg differential game based approach is proposed to solve the bandwidth allocation problems in satellite communication network. All the satellites are divided into two groups, one has high download requirements, and the other one has low download requirements. Each satellites group has its own controller for bandwidth allocation, and can get payments from the satellites for the allocated resources. The relationships between the controllers and satellites are formed as a Stackelberg game. In our model, differential equation is introduced to describe the bandwidth dynamics for the whole satellite communication network. Combine the differential equation and Stackelberg game together, we can formulate the bandwidth allocation problems in satellite communication network as a Stackelber differential game. The solutions to the proposed game is solved based the Bellman dynamic equations. Numerical simulations are given to prove the effeteness and correctness of the proposed approach.

InterPlaNetary Internet(IPN)plays a very important role in the exploitation of ***,the relays in IPN are suffered from high symbol error,limited storage space,and limited available *** analyze the performance of the relay in IPN,in this article,we build a differential game model,where the controller is transmitting rate,and the goal is to maximize the payoff according to the symbol error rate,the storage space and the available energy in the *** such a design,the green relays can be achieved for IPNs,which could prolong the live of the *** the model is not easy to discuss,we analyze it using the Bellman theorem and then get some formulas on the trace of the optimal transmitting ***,extensive simulation results are presented to demonstrate the performance of our proposed model,which shows that by using our derived optimal transmitting rate trace,the relay’s payoff can be maximized.

Steiner Tree Based Optimal Resource Caching Scheme in Fog Computing

Fog Computing is a new platform that can serve mobile devices in the local area. In Fog Computing, the resources need to be shared or cached in the widely deployed Fog clusters. In this paper, we propose a Steiner tree based caching scheme, in which the Fog servers, when caching resources, first produce a Steiner tree to minimize the total path weight(or cost) such that the cost of resource caching using this tree could be minimized. Then we give a running illustration to show how the Fog Computing works and we compare the traditional shortest path scheme with the proposed one. The outcome shows that the Steiner tree based scheme could work more efficiently.

Amygdala-Inspired Affective Computing: to Realize Personalized Intracranial Emotions with Accurately Observed External Emotions

Artificial intelligence technology has revolutionized every industry and trade in recent years. However, its own development is encountering bottlenecks that it is unable to implement empathy with human emotions. So affective computing is getting more attention from researchers. In this paper, we propose an amygdala-inspired affective computing framework to realize the recognition of all kinds of human personalized emotions. Similar to the amygdala, the instantaneous emergency emotion is first computed more quickly in a low-redundancy convolutional neural network compressed by pruning and weight sharing with hashing trick. Then, the real-time process emotion is identified more accurately by the memory level neural networks, which is good at handling time-related signals. Finally, the intracranial emotion is recognized in personalized hidden Markov models. We demonstrate on Facial Expression of Emotion Dataset and the recognition accuracy of external emotions(including the emergency emotion and the process emotion) reached 85.72%. And the experimental results proved that the personalized affective model can generate desired intracranial emotions as expected.
