Rapid advancements in the aerospace industry necessitate the development of unified,lightweight and thermally conductive structures.Integrating complex geometries,including bionic and porous structures,is paramount in thermally conductive structures to attain improved thermal conductivity.The design of two high-porosity porous lattice structures was inspired by pomelo peel structure,using Voronoi parametric design.By combining characteristic elements of two high-porostructuressity porous lattice structures designed,a novel high-porosity porous gradient structure is created.This structure is based on gradient design.Utilizing selective laser melting(SLM),fabrication comprises three.Steady-state thermal characteristics are evaluated via finite element analysis(FEA).The experimental thermal conductivity measurements correlate well with simulation results,validating the sequence of K_L as the highest,followed by D_K_L and then D_L.Heat treatment significantly improves thermal conductivity,enhancing the base material by about 45.6%and porous structured samples by approximately 43.7%.

Objective Little is known about the association between whole-blood nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD^(+))levels and nabothian cysts.This study aimed to assess the association between NAD^(+)levels and nabothian cysts in healthy Chinese women.Methods Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the association between NAD^(+)levels and nabothian cysts.Results The mean age was 43.0±11.5 years,and the mean level of NAD^(+)was 31.3±5.3μmol/L.Nabothian cysts occurred in 184(27.7%)participants,with single and multiple cysts in 100(15.0%)and84(12.6%)participants,respectively.The total nabothian cyst prevalence gradually decreased from37.4%to 21.6%from Q1 to Q4 of NAD^(+)and the prevalence of single and multiple nabothian cysts also decreased across the NAD^(+)quartiles.As compared with the highest NAD^(+)quartile(≥34.4μmol/L),the adjusted odds ratios with 95%confidence interval of the NAD^(+)Q1 was 1.89(1.14–3.14)for total nabothian cysts.The risk of total and single nabothian cysts linearly decreased with increasing NAD^(+)levels,while the risk of multiple nabothian cysts decreased more rapidly at NAD^(+)levels of 28.0 to35.0μmol/L.Conclusion:Low NAD^(+)levels were associated with an increased risk of total and multiple nabothian cysts.

BACKGROUND Phospholipase A2(PLA2)enzymes are pivotal in various biological processes,such as lipid mediator production,membrane remodeling,bioenergetics,and maintaining the body surface barrier.Notably,these enzymes play a significant role in the development of diverse tumors.AIM To systematically and comprehensively explore the expression of the PLA2 family genes and their potential implications in cholangiocarcinoma(CCA).METHODS We conducted an analysis of five CCA datasets from The Cancer Genome Atlas and the Gene Expression Omnibus.The study identified differentially expressed genes between tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues,with a focus on PLA2G2A and PLA2G12B.Gene Set Enrichment Analysis was utilized to pinpoint associated pathways.Moreover,relevant hub genes and microRNAs for PLA2G2A and PLA2G12B were predicted,and their correlation with the prognosis of CCA was evaluated.RESULTS PLA2G2A and PLA2G12B were discerned as differentially expressed in CCA,manifesting significant variations in expression levels in urine and serum between CCA patients and healthy individuals.Elevated expression of PLA2G2A was correlated with poorer overall survival in CCA patients.Additionally,the study delineated pathways and miRNAs associated with these genes.CONCLUSION Our findings suggest that PLA2G2A and PLA2G12B may serve as novel potential diagnostic and prognostic markers for CCA.The increased levels of these genes in biological fluids could be employed as non-invasive markers for CCA,and their expression levels are indicative of prognosis,underscoring their potential utility in clinical settings.

In 2003, a 61-year old highly respected director of the Surgery Department of Dongfang Hospital Affiliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine was diagnosed as advanced lung cancer, moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma, coverinqmore than two thirds of the thoracic aorta, multiple mediastinal nodal metastases, pleural effusion ＂Only 3 months could be expected＂, a cruel fact came out after deliberation of many seasoned medical specialists. In the whole career of this surgery professor, he used the lancet as his weapon to save lives. But this time after weighing the pros and cons again and again, he required a ＂tender＂ plan with no lancet.

Recent advances in hydrocarbon exploration have been made in the Member Deng-2 marginal microbial mound-bank complex reservoirs of the Dengying Formation in the western Sichuan Basin, SW China,where the depositional process is regarded confusing. The microfacies, construction types, and depositional model of the Member Deng-2 marginal microbial mound-bank complex have been investigated using unmanned aerial vehicle photography, outcrop section investigation, thin section identification,and seismic reflections in the southwestern Sichuan Basin. The microbialite lithologic textures in this region include thrombolite, dendrolite, stromatolite, fenestral stromatolite, spongiostromata stone,oncolite, aggregated grainstone, and botryoidal grapestone. Based on the comprehensive analysis of“depositional fabrics-lithology-microfacies”, an association between a fore mound, mound framework,and back mound subfacies has been proposed based on water depth, current direction, energy level and lithologic assemblages. The microfacies of the mound base, mound core, mound flank, mound cap, and mound flat could be recognized among the mound framework subfacies. Two construction types of marginal microbial mound-bank complex have been determined based on deposition location, mound scale, migration direction, and sedimentary facies association. Type Jinkouhe microbial mound constructions(TJMMCs) develop along the windward margin owing to their proximity to the seaward subfacies fore mound, with a northeastwardly migrated microbial mound on top of the mud mound,exhibiting the characteristics of large-sized mounds and small-sized banks in the surrounding area. Type E'bian microbial mound constructions(TEMMCs) primarily occur on the leeward margin, resulting from the presence of onshore back mound subfacies, with the smaller southwestward migrated microbial mounds existing on a thicker microbial flat. 针对均匀、各向同性、幂律硬化的金属材料圆片试样,以圆柱平面小冲杆对试样圆面中心法向施加压载荷,提出基于能量密度等效的、用于描述试样几何尺寸、材料本构关系参数、载荷和位移之间关系的圆柱平面-小冲杆试验(Flat small punch test,F-SPT)弹塑性模型,并提出获取材料应力-应变曲线和力学性能指标的F-SPT新方法。通过有限元分析对不同弹性模量、屈服强度和硬化指数组合的48种预设材料进行新方法的数值验证,以及对10种金属材料完成F-SPT,结果表明,由新方法获得的应力-应变曲线与有限元分析预设曲线和传统单轴拉伸试验结果吻合良好,此外,由新试验方法获得的弹性模量、屈服强度和抗拉强度与单轴拉伸试验结果误差大部分低于7%。

为研究轻质砂对不同试件尺寸下超高性能混凝土(ultra high performance concrete,UHPC)拉伸应变强化性能的影响,采用轻质砂对原黄砂进行等体积替代,完成9组不同轻质砂体积率(0~35%)和不同试件厚度(30~100 mm)的单轴拉伸试验,并同步进行声发射实时探伤测试。结果表明:轻质砂体积率对UHPC弹性极限点对应应力和对应应变的影响较小,但轻质砂体积率由0增加到35%时,UHPC的极限抗拉强度和极限拉应变分别由10.6 MPa和2.35×10^(-3)提高到了19.4 MPa和4.3×10^(-3);轻质砂体积率大于15%时,UHPC的应变强化程度得到显著提升,试件内部产生的损伤点数更多且分布更均匀,展现出良好的裂缝控制能力;在相同轻质砂体积率下,UHPC的应变强化程度随试件厚度的增加而降低,且试件内部的损伤点趋于集中,表现出明显的尺寸效应。

Minimizing soil ammonia（NH_3） and nitrous oxide（N_2O） emission factors（EFs） has significant implications in regional air quality and greenhouse gas（GHG） emissions besides nitrogen（N） nutrient loss.The aim of this study was to investigate the impacts of different N fertilizer treatments of conventional urea,polymer-coated urea,ammonia sulfate,urease inhibitor（NBPT,N-（n-butyl） thiophosphoric triamide）-treated urea,and nitrification inhibitor（DCD,dicyandiamide）-treated urea on emissions of NH_3 and GHGs from subtropical wheat cultivation.A field study was established in a Cancienne silt loam soil.During growth season,NH_3 emission following N fertilization was characterized using active chamber method whereas GHG emissions of N_2O,carbon dioxide（CO_2）,and methane（CH_4） were by passive chamber method.The results showed that coated urea exhibited the largest reduction（49%） in the EF of NH_3-N followed by NBPT-treated urea（39%） and DCD-treated urea（24%） over conventional urea,whereas DCD-treated urea had the greatest suppression on N_2O-N（87%） followed by coated urea（76%） and NBPT-treated urea（69%）.Split fertilization of ammonium sulfate-urea significantly lowered both NH_3-N and N_2O-N EF values but split urea treatment had no impact over one-time application of urea.Both NBPT and DCD-treated urea treatments lowered CO_2-C flux but had no effect on CH_4-C flux.Overall,application of coated urea or urea with NPBT or DCD could be used as a mitigation strategy for reducing NH_3 and N_2O emissions in subtropical wheat production in Southern USA.
