An ever-increasing market demand has stimulated the soaring enthusiasm of researchers to develop wide-temperature supercapacitors(SCs). The active electrode is one of the most important parts of SC, which is directly related to the energy density,power transmission and long-term cyclability of the device in the wide-temperature environment. Compared with the SC electrodes aimed for room-temperature application, the SC electrodes for operating at wide-temperature scene often face greater challenges. In this review, the main challenges of SC electrodes under various temperature conditions, including low, high and cross-fade temperatures, are summarized. The relevant performance decay and failure mechanisms of wide-temperature SC electrodes are analyzed. In addition, this review deals with the recent studies and developments in robust wide-temperature SC electrodes with respect to the rational design of electrode structures and the exploitation of advanced active materials. Finally, the future directions for exploring reliable wide-temperature SCs are also proposed.

目的:观察传统冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病危险因素与血管紧张素转换酶基因插入/缺失多态性及血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制物1活性的关系。方法:纳入2004-12/2005-06中山大学附属第二医院常规体检者297例,排除有明确冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病不稳定型心绞痛、急性心肌梗死病史者;既往曾行冠状动脉介入治疗者;心电图有明确心肌缺血或运动试验阳性者;有明确肝、肾功能障碍、肿瘤等器质性疾病者。应用PCR方法扩增血管紧张素转换酶基因特异性片段,同时应用发色底物法测定纤溶酶原激活物抑制物1活性。设计调查表调查冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病危险因素,按下述标准定义:①原发性高血压按《2004年中国高血压防治指南》的标准定义和诊断。②糖尿病诊断符合国际糖尿病联盟2005全球2型糖尿病诊治指南诊断标准。③血脂异常定义为:空腹血清总胆固醇≥6.0mmol/L或/和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇≥4.16mmol/L;或/和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇≤1.04mmol/L;或/和三酰甘油≥2.2mmol/L。④吸烟指目前吸烟每天大于10支和既往吸烟戒断不足2年者。⑤肥胖指体质量指数≥24kg/m2者。观察整体人群血管紧张素转换酶各基因型之间、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病危险因素与纤溶酶原激活物抑制物1活性的关系。结果:纳入血样297例,全部进入结果分析。①在整体人群中血管紧张素转换酶各基因型之间纤溶酶原激活物抑制物1水平相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②多重线性回归分析显示三酰甘油、总胆固醇、空腹血糖、收缩压、舒张压,与纤溶酶原激活物抑制物1活性呈显著正相关(P均0.01]。结论:传统冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病危险因素与血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制物1水平相关;在排除传统冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病危险因素后血管紧张素转换酶基因DD型与血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制物1水平的增高相关,血管紧张素转换酶基因型在影响纤溶平衡中可能起重要作用。

目的:观察心肌梗死后心力衰竭大鼠血管内皮功能和心功能的变化与血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂培哚普利的干预关系。方法:实验于2004-12/2006-03于中山大学附属第二医院医学实验中心完成。实验动物:成年雄性SD大鼠75只,体质量250～300g。实验分组:取60只大鼠结扎冠状动脉左前降支建立心肌梗死大鼠模型,另取15只为假手术组做对照。实验方法:术后1周行超声心动图检查,以centerline方法判断心肌梗死面积。术后第2周,心肌梗死大鼠中30只给予培哚普利灌胃,另30只为对照组给予盐水灌胃。评估标准:10周后测定左室血流动力学参数,循环血液中一氧化氮,内皮素-1和C-反应蛋白的水平,并观察离体胸主动脉环对内皮依赖性扩血管物质乙酰胆碱的舒张反应。结果:75只大鼠进入结果分析:①血浆内皮素-1和血清一氧化氮、C-反应蛋白含量的变化:与假手术组相比,心肌梗死盐水组血浆内皮素-1水平上升,血清一氧化氮含量下降,血清C-反应蛋白水平升高(P均<0.05);与心肌梗死盐水组相比,培哚普利治疗组血浆内皮素-1水平下降,血清一氧化氮含量上升,血清C-反应蛋白水平下降(P均<0.05)。②各组大鼠胸主动脉环对乙酰胆碱的反应性测定:心肌梗死盐水组胸主动脉环对乙酰胆碱介导的最大舒张反应显著小于假手术组和培哚普利治疗组(39.5±6.38,79.4±7.59,67.9±6.92,P均<0.05);与假手术组相比,心肌梗死盐水组胸主动脉环对各个浓度的乙酰胆碱介导的舒张反应显著减弱(P均<0.05);与心肌梗死盐水组相比,培哚普利治疗组显著改善各个浓度乙酰胆碱介导的舒张反应(P均<0.05)。③各组大鼠血流动力学指标改变:与假手术组相比,心肌梗死盐水组大鼠出现明显的心力衰竭,表现为左室内收缩压降低,左室舒张末期压升高,室内压最大上升/下降速率降低(P均<0.05);与心肌梗死盐水组相比培哚普利治疗组大鼠的心功能显著改善(P均<0.05)。④各组大鼠存活率:10周后培哚普利治疗组存活率显著高于心肌梗死盐水组(67%,43%,P<0.05)。结论:心肌梗死大鼠血管内皮功能和心功能在长期应用培哚普利治疗后得到改善,其机制可能与抑制炎症反应有关。

In-situ formed high Mn steel coating reinforced by carbides was formed by laser surface alloying(LSA).Laser alloyed layers on 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel with Mn+W_(2)C(specimen A),Mn+NiWC(specimen B)and Mn+SiC(specimen C)powders were fabricated to improve the wear and corrosion behavior of 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel blades in high speed *** evolution,phases,element distribution,microhardness,wear and corrosion behavior of the laser alloyed layers were *** indicated that high Mn steel matrix composites with undissolved W_(2)C,WC and other in-situ formed carbides were formed by LSA with Mn+W_(2)C and Mn+NiWC while SiC totally dissolved into the high Mn matrix when adding Mn+*** as the binding phase in Ni-WC powder decreased the crack sensitivity of the alloyed layer as compared with the addition of W_(2)C *** improvement in average microhardness was achieved in the matrix in specimen A,B and C,with the value of 615,602 and 277 HV_(0.5),while that of the substrate was 212 HV_(0.5).The increase of microhardness,wear and corrosion resistance is highly corelated to microstructure,formed phases,type and content of carbides,micro-hardness and toughness of the alloyed layers.

The fiber optic sensing technology provides data support in structural health monitoring of the macro facilities, including design, construction, and maintenance of bridges, tunnels, ports and other infrastructures. In this paper, a distributed vibration sensing system is proved to be responsive to a single touch over a 1.8-m-long equivalent fiber segment, covering a vibration frequency from 5 Hz to 25 kHz. The sensing fiber was arranged as an S type layout on the bridge to recognize the standing state, windblown disturbance, and walking vibration. Moreover, the knocking and climbing events are recognized fiber laying spinning lines and hanging on the fences, respectively. The demonstration shows an accurate positioning and sensitive vibration monitoring applied on the automated three-dimensional(3D) printed bridge, which is applicable to all kinds of 3D printed facilities as intelligent sensory neuro-networks.

Living/controlled cationic ring-opening polymerization （ROP） of L-lactide is a promising approach to isotactic-rich and crystalline poly（L-lactide）.In contrast with the unsubstituted lactones,L-LA can not be polymerized by organic Lewis acids or carbenium ions,and the state of the art in this field is the cationic ROP of L-LA catalyzed by Br?nsted acid/alcohol system via activated monomer ***,we reported the first example of controlled cationic ROP of L-LA by using Meerweintype ion pair[Me3O]+[B（C6F5）4]-as the catalyst.[Me3O]+[B（C6F5）4]-promoted rapid L-LA cationic polymerization in the absence of alcohol,producing isotactic-rich and crystalline PLLA without transesterification and epimerization side *** activated chain end mechanism,involving twice SN2 substitution and configuration-inversion （S→R→S） with the assistance of released Me2O,was proposed and further verified by density functional theory and control *** work expands the catalytic toolbox of isotactic-rich and crystalline polylactide *** represents a unique example of cationic-controlled polymerization of L-LA catalyzed by an organic ion pair.

Mammalian hair, as a key feature related to endothermy, physical protection, and camouflage, has a long geohistorical record that dates back even to the Mesozoic. However, the limited information on the taphonomy of hair hinders the understanding of its evolutionary significance in deep time. To address this, we conducted taphonomic experiments to simulate the transformation process of black hair. The changes in the morphological structure, microscopic characteristics, and chemical composition of hair during the simulated fossilization process were documented by scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy, and Raman spectroscopy. Our results revealed that damage to the morphology of hair began at a mild temperature(150–175°C), and hair transformed into a fluid-like mass at a relatively high temperature(200°C). In addition, the morphological structure of melanosomes had relatively greater preservation potential than keratins did, and the microscopic features of melanosomes were persistently stable. The Raman and FTIR spectra indicated that the characteristic melanin and keratin peaks changed as the temperature increased. Although the chemical signals were not lost completely, the variations in the characteristic amide bands in the FTIR spectra indicate that the keratins severely degraded at high temperatures(>200°C), whereas the characteristic melanin bands in the Raman spectra suggested that melanin signals were still recognizable, even at high temperatures(>200°C). These results were confirmed by principal component analysis(PCA) and principal component analysis linear discriminant analysis(PCA–LDA). In addition, the Raman signals of all the samples in the simulated experiments were distinguished from the signals of common geological carbonaceous materials(humic acid), which suggested that Raman spectroscopy can be used to detect melanin in fossils.
