ESG表现、企业生命周期与财务绩效

企业的ESG表现因其与长期可持续发展密切关联,而受到全球范围内的广泛关注。以2011—2022年A股上市公司为研究样本,通过回归模型分析ESG表现与企业财务绩效的关系。研究发现:①提升ESG表现能显著促进企业财务绩效的提升,且这一结论在经过一系列稳健性检验和内生性处理后依然成立。②在对环境、社会、治理等3个维度的深入分析中,环境表现对企业财务绩效的影响并不显著,而社会表现和公司治理对企业财务绩效具有更为明显的促进作用。③企业处于成长期时,提升ESG表现会降低企业财务绩效,且在公司治理方面尤为明显,但社会表现的提升在企业生命周期各阶段对财务绩效的影响则无显著差异。④无论是国有企业还是非国有企业,提升ESG表现均能促进企业财务绩效的提升。异质性研究显示,非国有企业提升ESG表现对财务绩效的影响更大。具体来说,非国有企业提升社会表现和完善公司治理机制对财务绩效的促进作用强于国有企业。研究结论为政府制定ESG相关政策及企业通过提升ESG表现进而提升财务绩效提供了实证依据。

Few-shot text classification by leveraging bi-directional attention and cross-class knowledge

Few-shot text classification targets at the situation where a model is developed to classify newly incoming query instances after acquiring knowledge from a few support instances. In this paper, we investigate few-shot text classification under a metric-based meta-learning framework. While the representations of the query and support instances are the key to the classification, existing study handles them independently in the text encoding stage. To better describe the classification features, we propose to exploit their interaction with adapted bi-directional attention mechanism. Moreover, distinct from previous approaches that encode different classes individually, we leverage the underlying cross-class knowledge for classification. To this end,we conceive the learning target by incorporating the large margin loss, which is expected to shorten the intra-class distances while enlarging the inter-class distances. To validate the design, we conduct extensive experiments on three datasets, and the experimental results demonstrate that our solution outperforms its state-of-the-art competitors. Detailed analyses also reveal that the bi-directional attention and the cross-class knowledge both contribute to the overall performance.

目的:分析天津市结核病防治健康促进工作整体情况,评价工作效果,并针对新形势新需求提出工作建议。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,运用描述性流行病学方法对2010—2020年天津市结核病防治健康促进工作资料进行分析、总结。采用χ^(2)检验对2010、2015和2020年结核病防治核心信息知晓情况进行统计学分析。结果:天津市公众结核病防治核心信息总知晓率和全部知晓率分别由2010年的62.2%(14281/22955)和8.8%(406/4591)逐步提高至2015年的76.4%(14952/19560)和33.8%(1321/3912)、2020年的85.2%(5856/6870)和42.2%(580/1374),差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=1820.569,P0.05)。2010年初中及同等学历者总知晓率[64.0%(6181/9655)]高于其他文化程度者,另两年总知晓率均随着文化程度的提高而增高,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=71.476,P<0.001;χ^(2)=108.473,P<0.001;χ^(2)=20.781,P<0.001)。2010年农业劳动者知晓率最高[65.1%(3276/5035)],另两年均为机关/事业单位人群知晓率最高[分别为79.8%(1615/2025)和88.6%(359/405)],差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=50.395,P<0.001;χ^(2)=60.004,P<0.001;χ^(2)=18.816,P<0.001)。2015年和2020年相比,“广播/电视/电影/网络/音像材料”[76.2%(2979/3912)和86.9%(1194/1374)]一直是公众最喜欢的接受健康知识的途径。“医生宣传”的选择率大幅降低,由38.3%(1497/3912)降低至19.1%(262/1374),而“居委会/村委会宣传”“其他(包括公共交通或户外新媒体宣传、听健康讲座)”的选择率大幅增加,分别由8.3%(323/3912)和0.4%(17/3912)上升至18.2%(250/1374)和18.6%(255/1374)。结论:10年来,天津市结核病防治健康促进工作成效显著。今后应与时俱进,继续发挥健康促进在结核病控制中的重要作用,加速“终结结核病流行”。

The effect of in-situ local damage of uniform porous corrosion products on the localised corrosion of carbon steel is investigated using the wire beam electrode technique(WBE)combined with morphology characterisation and electrochemical *** WBE measurements demonstrate that the localised corrosion is enhanced by the in-situ local removal of porous corrosion products,supported by the morphology characterisation and electrochemical *** enhanced localised corrosion does not originate from the damaged wire in WBE where the corrosion products are removed but from the other undamaged wires,which is reported for the first time.A mechanism is proposed that the intensive anodic polarisation effect of the damaged wire on the undamaged wires could account for the enhanced localised corrosion,which is due to the protective corrosion products newly formed on the damaged surface and the increase in the potential of damaged wire.

Background:Sperm quality evaluation is the logical first step in increasing field *** contain cytoplasmic organelles and biomolecules known as sperm-intrinsic factors,which play key roles in sperm maturation,sperm-oocyte fusion,and embryo *** particular,sperm membrane proteins[e.g.,arginine vasopressin receptor 2,beta-actin,prohibitin,and heat shock protein family D member 1(HSPD1)]and RNA could be used as functional indicators of male *** sought to clarify the effects of differential mRNA expression of selected genes on several fertilisation parameters,including sperm motility,motion kinematics,capacitation,and litter size,in a porcine ***:Our results demonstrated that HSPD1 expression was significantly correlated with male fertility,as measured by the litter size of inseminated *** expression of HSPD1 mRNA was linked to sperm motility and other motion kinematic ***,HSPD1 had a 66.7%overall accuracy in detecting male fertility,and the high-litter size group which was selected with the HSPD1 marker had a 1.34 greater litter size than the lowlitter size ***:Our findings indicate that HSPD1 might be a helpful biomarker for superior boar selection for artificial insemination,which could boost field fertility.

Due to the pneumatic heating and combustion effect,the scramjet engine of hypersonic vehicle faces high temperature *** is necessary to comprehensively consider its thermal management and power generation together.A new Power and Thermal Management System(PTMS)combined with Supercritical Carbon Dioxide(SCO_(2))closed Brayton cycle and fuel vapor turbine is proposed and discussed in this *** new PTMS can meet the cooling requirement of hypersonic vehicle at Mach number 6–7,and avoid the coking and scrapping in the scramjet cooling *** with the PTMS only based on fuel vapor turbine,the new PTMS utilizes the waste heat of scramjet to generate more *** addition,it can reduce the use of fuel sink for cooling,and the additional weight penalty can be compensated for long endurance hypersonic flight.

Friction-condition-dependent sulfide and sulfate evolution on dialkylpentasulfide tribofilm studied by XANES

The effects of friction conditions, such as rotational speed, frictional time, and applied load, on the evolution mechanism of sulfide and sulfate on the top and bottom layers of tribofilm were investigated by total electron yield (TEY) and fluorescence yield (FY) mode X-ray absorption near-edge structure (XANES) spectra in the same beam line (4B7A). The results demonstrated that the top and bottom layers of tribofilms were covered by sulfide and sulfate. The addition of dialkylpentasulfide (DPS) could form complex nonuniform tribofilm. In addition, the friction condition (speed, load, or time) has its unique role in the generation of sulfide and sulfate at a specific depth on the tribofilm surface. The enhancement of friction conditions could promote the sulfur tribochemical reaction in a comparatively large range and alter the relative intensity of sulfurization and the sulfur-oxidizing process.
