Rapid growth is an innovative trait of woody bamboos that has been widely ***,the genetic basis and evolution of this trait are poorly *** advantage of genomic resources of 11 representative bamboos at different ploidal levels,we integrated morphological,physiological,and transcriptomic datasets to investigate rapid *** particular,these bamboos include two large-sized and a small-sized woody species,compared with a diploid herbaceous *** results showed that gibberellin A1 was important for the rapid shoot growth of the world's largest bamboo,Dendrocalamus sinicus,and indicated that two gibberellins(GAs)-related genes,KAO and SLRL1,were key to the rapid shoot growth and culm size in woody *** expression of GAs-related genes exhibited significant subgenome asymmetry with subgenomes A and C demonstrating expression dominance in the large-sized woody bamboos while the generally submissive subgenomes B and D dominating in the small-sized *** subgenome asymmetry was found to be correlated with the subgenome-specific gene structure,particularly UTRs and core *** study provides novel insights into the molecular mechanism and evolution of rapid shoot growth following allopolyploidization in woody bamboos,particularly via subgenome *** findings are helpful for understanding of how polyploidization in general and subgenome asymmetry in particular contributed to the origin of innovative traits in plants.

乳剂型凝胶剂预混辅料的初步研制

该实验旨在研究乳剂型凝胶剂预混辅料。以最为常用、成本低廉和工艺简单等为标准筛选辅料和设计配方。采用星点设计-效应面法进行实验设计,以主观评分为指标,使用Design-Expert 8.0.6 Trial进行数据拟合与分析,绘制三维效应曲面图和二维等高线图。结果确定最佳范围为A(卡波姆940):0.05~0.065 g;B(蓖麻油):1.00~1.12 m L;C[聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯(吐温-80)]:0.15 m L。选取最佳配方为卡波姆0.057 5 g,蓖麻油1.1 m L,吐温-80 0.15 m L。对制得的基质进行了初步稳定性评价和一些流变学特性如黏度、触变性的考察。并以此最佳配方为基质,分别以98%芦丁、98%盐酸小檗碱和98%盐酸小檗胺为主药制备乳剂型凝胶制剂,以0.9%生理盐水为接收液,1 h内3种制剂的透皮量均在1%以下。可见,该基质具有发展成为预混辅料的潜力。该配方制得的乳剂型凝胶基质具有较好外观,具有一定的稳定性、较好黏度和触变性,在1 h内无皮肤刺激性。

Waterlogging stress is one of the greatest environmental threats to kiwifruit growth and ***-VII proteins have been demonstrated to play pivotal roles in regulating plant tolerance to ***,the genome-wide role of ERF-VII in kiwifruit waterlogging stress tolerance remains ***,we report the function and regulatory network of an ERF-VII transcription factor located to the nucleus,Av ERF73,in kiwifruit waterlogging *** of Av ERF73 in Arabidopsis thaliana and *** *** enhanced waterlogging tolerance in transgenic ***,we performed transcriptome analysis(RNA-seq)and DNA affinity purification sequencing(DAP-seq)to explore the regulatory mechanism of Av ***-seq coupled with DAP-seq showed that Av ERF73 might directly activate Ac NAC022 involved in the“cellular response to hypoxia”process and Ac HMGS1 involved in the mevalonate pathway to respond to waterlogging,which were also confirmed by a dual-luciferase reporter *** on our results,we propose a putative working model for controlling waterlogging tolerance by Av ERF73 in kiwifruit.

Functional ternary salt construction enabling an in-situ Li3N/LiF-enriched interface for ultra-stable all-solid-state lithium metal batteries

Poly（ethylene oxide）-based polymer all-solid-state lithium metal batteries（ASSLBs） have received widespread attention due to their low cost,good process ability,and high energy ***,the growth of Li dendrites within polymer solid-state electrolytes damages the reversibility of Li anodes and still impedes their widespread *** efficient strategy is to construct a superior solid electrolyte ***,a stable interface enriched with Li3N and LiF is in-situ formed between Li anode and a terna ry salt *** terna ry salt electrolyte is innovatively designed by introducing lithium bis（trifluoromethane sulfonyl）imide（LiTFSI）,lithium bis（fluorosulfonyl）imide（LiFSI）,and LiNO3to poly（ethylene oxide） *** characterization indicates that LiNO3and LiFSI contribute to forming a Li3N-LiF-enriched interface and meanwhile LiTFSI ensures excellent ***,among various Li compound components,Li3N has high ionic conductivity,which is beneficial for reducing overpotential,while LiF has high interfacial energy which can enhance nucleation energy and suppress the formation of Li *** experimental results show that ASSLBs coupled with LiFePO4cathode display extremely excellent cycle stability approximately 2200 cycles at 2 C,with a final and corresponding discharge specific capacity of 96.7 mA h g-1. Additionally,a schematic illustration of the working mechanism for the Li3N-LiF interface is proposed.

Cobalamin(Cbl)-dependent radical S-adenosyl-L-methionine(SAM)proteins constitute the largest collection of the radical SAM superfamily that has hundreds of thousands of individual *** of these proteins are involved in the biosynthesis of pharmaceutically important natural products to catalyze chemically demanding *** the biosynthetic pathway of chuangxinmycin(CXM),a unique indole alkaloid antibiotic with potent anti-infective activity,functionalization of the characteristic thiopyrano[4,3,2-cd]indole scaffold by regio-and stereoselective C3-methylation is believed to rely on a Cbl-dependent radical process,which,however,remained to be reconstituted *** here report the dissection of this enzymatic process,which requires the incorporation of Cxm8,a Cbl-dependent radical SAM protein,with Cxm9,a DUF5825family protein that shares no homology to any proteins of known ***8 and Cxm9 function together by forming an unexpected heterodimeric complex that selectively catalyzes C3-methylation of the tricyclic indole-S-hetero ring system in a successive manner,achieving CXM and a recently identified,C3-dimethylated *** biochemical characterization,isotope labeling,structural simulation and bioinformatics analysis rationalized the catalysis of the Cxm8/Cxm9 complex and particularly the necessity of the DUF5825 protein for C3-methylase *** is the first example that a Cbl-dependent protein acts with a partner to exhibit radical SAM activity.

目的探讨清肠化湿方(Qingchang Huashi recipe,QHR)联合口服美沙拉嗪治疗活动期轻中度溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)的临床疗效.方法 2013-01/2015-01浙江省奉化市中医医院消化科108例UC患者按随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,每组各54例.对照组患者予以美沙拉嗪缓释片口服,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上试验组给予QHR口服,2组的疗程均为8 wk.比较治疗后2组患者症状积分、肠镜表现积分、病理积分及临床有效率.同时比较2组患者的血清中的炎症因子水平.结果 (1)观察组患者的症状积分、肠镜表现积分、病理积分较对照组低(均P<0.05);(2)观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组(94.4%vs 83.3%,均P<0.05);(3)观察组患者治疗后血清中肿瘤坏死因子-a、白介素(interleukin,IL)-6及IL-17均低于对照组,而血清中的IL-13的水平则明显高于对照组(均P<0.05).结论 QHR联合美沙拉嗪治疗治疗UC能较好的减轻临床症状,改善肠镜及病理表现,同时降低炎症反应,提高临床疗效.

Data-driven output regulation control for constrained linear systems

This study introduces a data-driven approach for state and output feedback control addressing the constrained output regulation problem in unknown linear discrete-time systems. Our method ensures effective tracking performance while satisfying the state and input constraints, even when system matrices are not available. We first establish a sufficient condition necessary for the existence of a solution pair to the regulator equation and propose a data-based approach to obtain the feedforward and feedback control gains for state feedback control using linear programming. Furthermore, we design a refined Luenberger observer to accurately estimate the system state, while keeping the estimation error within a predefined set. By combining output regulation theory, we develop an output feedback control strategy. The stability of the closed-loop system is rigorously proved to be asymptotically stable by further leveraging the concept of λ-contractive sets.

Lycium barbarum polysaccharide inhibits retinal neovascularization and inflammation in vitro and in vivo

AIM:To explore the effect and mechanism of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide(LBP)inhibiting retinal ***:In vitro tests were performed on human retinal microvascular endothelial cells(HRECs)from three groups,including control group(normal oxygen),hypoxic group(hypoxia at 37℃,1%O_(2),5%CO_(2),and 94%N2),and LBP group(hypoxic group with LBP 100μg/mL).In vivo experiments,C57 mice were divided into three groups:control group(normal rearing group),the oxygen-induced ischemic retinopathy(OIR)group,and the OIR with 50 mg/kg LBP *** neovascularization was observed by fluorescein angiography and *** thickness was evaluated by Hematoxylin and eosin(HE)*** expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K),mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR),phosphorylated mammalian target of rapamycin(p-mTOR),protein kinase B(AKT),phosphorylated protein kinase B(p-AKT),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in each group were analyzed by Western ***-1βlevel in retina was analyzed using immunohistochemical ***:The increased area of neovascular clusters in OIR mice was significantly decreased by *** thickness of OIR mice was significantly thinner compared with normal oxygenated mice and was increased in LBP *** with those in the hypoxic groups,Western blotting of HRECs and retinal tissues revealed that the expression of EGFR,PI3K,p-mTOR,p-AKT,IL-1β,iNOS,and TNF-αdecreased in the LBP group but was still greater than that in control ***,IL-1βwas reduced in retinal sections treated with *** the scratch test,the cell migration of the hypoxic group was significantly greater than that of the control group,while LBP treatment attenuated this increase in ***:LBP reduces retinal neovascularization and inflammation in vivo and inhibits the migration of HRECs in vitro by regulating the EGFR/PI3K/Akt

Poststro ke cognitive impairment is a major secondary effect of ischemic stroke in many patients;however,few options are available for the early diagnosis and treatment of this *** aims of this study were to(1)determine the specific relationship between hypoxic andα-synuclein during the occur of poststroke cognitive impairment and(2)assess whether the serum phosphorylatedα-synuclein level can be used as a biomarker for poststro ke cognitive *** found that the phosphorylatedα-synuclein level was significantly increased and showed pathological aggregation around the cerebral infa rct area in a mouse model of ischemic *** addition,neuronalα-synuclein phosphorylation and aggregation were observed in the brain tissue of mice subjected to chronic hypoxia,suggesting that hypoxia is the underlying cause ofα-synuclein-mediated pathology in the brains of mice with ischemic *** phosphorylatedα-synuclein levels in patients with ischemic stroke were significantly lower than those in healt hy subjects,and were positively correlated with cognition levels in patients with ischemic ***,a decrease in serum high-density lipoprotein levels in stroke patie nts was significantly correlated with a decrease in phosphorylatedα-synuclein *** ischemic stroke mice did not show significant cognitive impairment or disrupted lipid metabolism 14 days after injury,some of them exhibited decreased cognitive function and reduced phosphorylatedα-synuclein *** together,our results suggest that serum phosphorylatedα-synuclein is a potential biomarker for poststroke cognitive impairment.
