The co-firing of coal and biomass in oxy-fuel fluidized beds is one of the most promising technologies for capturing *** technology has attracted wide attention from academia and industry in recent years as a negative emission method to capture CO2 produced by carbon contained in *** the past decades,many studies have been carried out regarding experiments and numerical simulations under oxy-fuel combustion *** paper firstly briefly discusses the techno-economic viability of the biomass and coal co-firing with oxycombustion and then presents a review of recent advancements involving experimental research and computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulations in this *** studies on mechanism research,such as thermogravimetric analysis and tube furnace experiments,and fluidized bed experiments based on oxy-fuel fluidized beds with different sizes as well as the main findings,are summarized as a part of this *** has been recognized that CFD is a useful approach for understanding the behaviors of the co-firing of coal and biomass in oxyfuel fluidized *** summarize a recent survey of published CFD research on oxy-fuel fluidized bed combustion,which categorized into Eulerian and Lagrangian ***,we discuss the challenges and interests for future research.

The specimens of a fourth-generation single-crystal superalloy were grit-blasted and heat-treated in vacuum at 1100, 1150, 1200, 1250 and 1300 °C for 4 h, respectively. Then, the microstructure and the stress rupture properties of the recrystallized alloy were investigated at 1150 °C/120 MPa. The results showed that a cellular recrystallization occurred in the surface layer after heating at 1100, 1150 and 1200 °C for 4 h. An equiaxed recrystallization formed as the specimen was heat-treated at 1300 °C for 4 h, while a mixed recrystallization occurred in the specimen heat-treated at 1250 °C for 4 h. The recrystallized depth clearly increased with a rise of the heat treatment temperature. The stress rupture life continuously decreased with a rise of the heat treatment temperature up to 1250 °C. Although the overall stress rupture life reduced to different degrees, the stress rupture life of specimen after heat treatment at 1300 °C was relatively high and intermediate between those of specimens treated at 1150 and 1200 °C. The fact that the stress rupture life reduced to different degrees after heat treatment can be attributed to the recrystallization of the surface layer and to the microstructure evolution of the interior of the specimen. The small γ’ phase precipitated again after heat treatment at 1300 °C for 4 h. So,the stress rupture life was relatively longer than that after heat treatment at 1200 or 1250 °C although the equiaxed recrystallization formed in the surface layer.

Identification and Phylogenetic Analysis of an Orf Virus Isolated from an Outbreak in Boer Goat in Shanxi Province

To identify and analyze the Orf virus in Shanxi Province, China, an Orf virus strain was successfully isolated from crust materials of boer goat with clinical sore mouth symptom from a goat farm of Shanxi Province by passaging in lamb testis （LT）. The Orf virus was identified by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） test, recurrent infection test, transmission electron microscopy, and PCR. The nucleotide and amino acid sequences of two genes of the Orf virus were analyzed. The results showed that under the electron microscopy the virus had a presence of typical parapoxvirus virions and there were many eosinophilic intracytoplasmic inclusions observed by hematoxylin-eosin （H＆E） stain. In ELISA test, optical density （OD） readings of the sample showed a positive result, and the rabbits infected with the virus showed a typically Orf virus-infected appearance. All these findings proved that the sample was an Orf virus. The phylogenetic studies of Orf B2L and Orf F1L genes showed that the virus clustered in different branches and were closer to the Orf virus Nantou （DQ904351） and the OV-SA00 isolates （AY386264）. Furthermore, the above results may provide some insight into the genotype of the etiological agent responsible for the Orf outbreak in Shanxi Province, and could also provide a comparative view of the B2L and F1L genes of parapoxvirus.

The exotic deformed nucleus^(31)Ne is studied with an approach that combines self-consistent structure and reaction *** deformed relativistic Hartree-Bogoliubov theory in continuum(DRHBc)is utilized to demonstrate that deformation and pairing correlations give rise to a halo structure with a large-amplitude p-wave configuration in^(31)*** the valence nucleon wave functions and angle-averaged density distributions of ^(30)Ne from this theory are used as input for the Glauber reaction model to study the observables of neutron-rich neon isotopes to search halo *** NL1 effective interaction,our predictions of the reaction cross sections for these exotic neon isotopes on a carbon target can better reproduce the experimental data than those from the relativistic mean field model for a spherical shape with resonances and pairing correlation contributions,and are roughly 3.3%(∼50 mb)larger than those with Gaussian function-fitted densities of the core *** calculated one-neutron removal cross section at 240 MeV/nucleon,and the inclusive longitudinal momentum distribution of the 30Ne residues from the^(31)Ne breakup reaction are largely improved over previous theoretical predictions and agree well with *** reaction evalu-ations indicate a dilute density distribution in coordinate space and are a canonical signature of a halo ***,our predictions with the NL3 and PK1 effective interactions give slightly better descriptions of reaction observables for exotic neon isotopes.

A fast 3D reconstruction method based on structured light to measure various parameters of the raceway groove is presented. Digital parallel grating stripes distributed with sine density are projected onto the raceway groove by a DLP projector, and distorting of stripes is happened on the raceway. Simultaneously, aided by three-step phase-shifting approach, three images covered by different stripes are obtained by a high-resolution CCD camera at the same location, thus a more accuracy local topography can be obtained. And then the bearing is rotated on a high precision computer controlled rotational stage. Three images are also obtained as the former step at next planned location triggered by the motor. After one cycle, all images information is combined through the mosaics. As a result, the 3D information of raceway groove can be gained. Not only geometric properties but also surface flaws can be extracted by software. A preliminary hardware system has been built, with which some geometric parameters have been extracted from reconstructed local topography.

Effect of Hf on Stress Rupture Properties of DD6 Single Crystal Superalloy After Long Term Aging

The specimens of the second generation single crystal superalloy DD6 with different Hf contents were prepared in the directionally solidified furnace with a high temperature gradient. The long term aging of the specimens after full heat treatment was performed at 1040℃for 800 h. The effect of Hf on the microstructure and stress rupture properties under 980℃/250 MPa of the alloy after long term aging was investigated. The results show that the γ＇ coarsening and rafting and no topologically close packed phase （TCP） are observed in the microstructures of DD6 alloy with different Hf contents after aged at 1 040℃ for 800 h. It indicates that DD6 alloy with different Hf contents all possesses good microstructure stability. With increasing Hf content the rupture life after long term aging turns shorter and the elongation represents the increasing first and decreasing afterwards. The fracture mechanism of the alloy with different Hf contents at 980℃/250 MPa all shows dimple model. The influence of the microstructures on the stress rupture properties of the alloy is also discussed.
