Staring-imaging satellite pointing estimation based on sequential ISAR images

Pointing estimation for spacecraft using Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar(ISAR)images plays a significant role in space situational awareness and ***,feature extraction and cross-range scaling of ISAR images create bottlenecks that limit performances of current estimation ***,the emergence of staring imaging satellites,characterized by complex kinematic behaviors,presents a novel challenge to this *** address these issues,this article proposes a pointing estimation method based on Convolutional Neural Networks(CNNs)and a numerical optimization algorithm.A satellite’s main axis,which is extracted from ISAR images by a proposed Semantic Axis Region Regression Net(SARRN),is chosen for investigation in this article due to its unique ***,considering the kinematic characteristic of the staring satellite,an ISAR imaging model is established to bridge the target pointing and the extracted *** on the imaging model,pointing estimation and cross-range scaling can be described as a maximum likelihood estimation problem,and an iterative optimization algorithm modified by using the strategy of random sampling-consistency check and weighted least squares is proposed to solve this ***,the pointing of targets and the cross-range scaling factors of ISAR images are *** experiments based on actual satellite orbital parameters verify the effectiveness of the proposed *** work can improve the performance of satellite reconnaissance warning,while accurate cross-range scaling can provide a basis for subsequent data processes such as 3D reconstruction and attitude estimation.

In this paper, output agreement problem of a class of nonlinear multi-agent systems with switching topologies is studied. By employing a new type of dynamic control law to the controlled agents, the switching and directed information flow topology is handled and by a state transformation the distributed control problem is successfully converted into network control problem with each subsystem has input-to-output stability(IOS) and unboundedness observability(UO) properties. Then, the cyclic-small-gain theorem is applied to conclude the conclusion that the output agreement objective is achieved.

This paper studies the robust state agreement of nonlinear multi-agent systems in the presence of measurement disturbances. With the switching topology satisfying a mild joint connectivity condition, it is proved that robust state agreement can be achieved if the interaction functions are radially unbounded and satisfy a sector bound condition. If the conditions are not satisfied, a local robust state agreement result is also developed.

The self-triggered event-based control of uncertain nonholonomic systems in the chained form is studied for the first time in this paper. In order to tackle the effects of drift uncertain nonlinearities, nonholonomic constraints and nonsmooth aperiodic sampling in event-based control, a novel systematic design scheme is proposed by integrating set-valued maps with state-separation and state-scaling techniques. The stability analysis of the closed-loop self-triggered control system is based on the cyclic-small-gain theorem that overcomes the limitation of Lyapunov theory in the construction of Lyapunov functions for nonsmooth dynamical systems. More specifically, the closed-loop self-triggered control system is transformed into an interconnection of multiple input-to-state stable systems, to which the cyclic-small-gain theorem is applied for robust stability analysis. Interestingly, the proposed design approach is also applicable to a broader class of nonholonomic systems subject to state and input-dependent uncertainties, and the result is still new even if the plant is reduced to the ideal unperturbed chained form. The main result is validated by a benchmark example of mobile robots subject to parametric uncertainties and a measurement noise such as bias in orientation.

A precise dynamic model for towing and removing a defunct satellite with solar panels in orbit using a tethered net often has low computational efficiency owing to the complex contact and collision between the net and panels,which is not conducive to *** solve this problem,a“single main tether–multiple subtether”bifurcation structure with beads was employed as the tethered net *** study investigated the dynamics of tethered defunct satellites with solar panels,particularly the behavior of the attitude of the tethered satellite,oscillation of the main tether,and vibration of solar panels under different *** results showed that different attachment configurations of the subtethers and the flexibility of the main tether have an evident impact on the dynamic characteristics of the system.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate blood pressure rhythm(BPR)in Yin deficiency syndrome of hypertension(YDSH)patients and develop a random forest model for predicting ***: Our study was consistent with technical processes and specification for developing guidelines of Evidence-based Chinese medicine clinical practice(T/CACM 1032-2017). We enrolled 234 patients who had been diagnosed with primary hypertension without antihypertensive medications prior to the enrollment. All participants were divided into Yin deficiency group(YX, n = 74) and non-Yin deficiency group(NYX, n = 160).Participants were professionally grouped by three experienced chief Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)physicians according to four examinations(i.e.,inspection, listening and smelling, inquiry and palpation).We collected data on 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM) and YDSH rating scale. We divided 24 h of a day into 12 two-hour periods [Chen-Shi(7:00-9:00), Si-Shi(9:00-11:00), Wu-Shi(11:00-13:00), Wei-Shi(13:00-15:00), Shen-Shi(15:00-17:00), You-Shi(17:00-19:00), Xu-Shi(19:00-21:00), Hai-Shi(21:00-23:00), ZiShi(23:00-1:00), Chou-Shi(1:00-3:00), Yin-Shi(3:00-5:00), Mao-Shi(5:00-7:00)] according to the theory of “midnight-midday ebb flow”. We used random forest to build the diagnostic model of YDSH, with whether it was Yin deficiency syndrome as the outcome. RESULTS: Compared with NYX group, YX group had more female participants with older age, lower waist circumference, body mass index(BMI), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), and smoking and drinking rate(all P < 0.05). The YDSH rating scores of YX group [28.5(21.0-36.0)] were significantly higher than NYX group [13.0(8.0-22.0)](P < 0.001), and the typical symptoms of YX group included vexing heat in the chest, palms and soles, dizziness, dry eyes, string-like and fine pulse, soreness and weakness of lumbus and knees, palpitations, reddened cheeks, and tinnitus(all P < 0.05). This work reports the use of defect engineering and carbon supporting to achieve metal-doped phosphides with high activities and stabilities for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in alkaline ***,the nitrogen-doped carbon nanofiber-supported Ni-doped CoP_(3) with rich P defects(Pv·)on the carbon cloth(p-NiCoP/NCFs@CC)is synthesized through a plasma-assisted phosphorization *** p-NiCoP/NCFs@CC is an efficient and stable catalyst for the HER and the *** only needs overpotentials of 107 and 306 mV to drive 100 mA cm^(-2) for the HER and the OER,*** catalytic activities are higher than those of other catalysts reported *** high activities of the p-NiCoP/NCFs@CC mainly arise from its peculiar structural *** density functional theory calculation indicates that the Pv·richness,the Ni doping,and the carbon supporting can optimize the adsorption of the H atoms at the catalyst surface and promote the strong electronic couplings between the carbon nanofiber-supported p-NiCoP with the surface oxide layer formed during the OER *** gives the p-NiCoP/NCFs@CC with the high activities for the HER and the *** used in alkaline water electrolyzers,the p-NiCoP/NCFs@CC shows the superior activity and excellent stability for overall water splitting.
