Low-rank matrix decomposition with first-order total variation(TV)regularization exhibits excellent performance in exploration of image *** advantage of its excellent performance in image denoising,we apply it to improve the robustness of deep neural ***,although TV regularization can improve the robustness of the model,it reduces the accuracy of normal samples due to its *** our work,we develop a new low-rank matrix recovery model,called LRTGV,which incorporates total generalized variation(TGV)regularization into the reweighted low-rank matrix recovery *** the proposed model,TGV is used to better reconstruct texture information without *** reweighted nuclear norm and Li-norm can enhance the global structure ***,the proposed LRTGV can destroy the structure of adversarial noise while re-enhancing the global structure and local texture of the *** solve the challenging optimal model issue,we propose an algorithm based on the alternating direction method of *** results show that the proposed algorithm has a certain defense capability against black-box attacks,and outperforms state-of-the-art low-rank matrix recovery methods in image restoration.

目的分析河南省内脏利什曼病(VL)流行病学特征和时空聚类,为疫情监测和精准防控措施的制定提供理论依据。方法收集2016-2022年国家传染病报告信息管理系统中报告的河南省VL病例资料,对VL流行病学特征进行描述性分析。应用SaTScan v10.1软件进行时空聚类分析。结果 2016-2022年河南省报告VL病例68例,年均发病率为0.010/10万,呈现逐年上升趋势(χ^(2)=5.206,P 0.05)。报告病例年龄范围为7个月至71岁,0~2岁组和≥60岁组分别占27.9%(19/68)和25.0%(17/68)。职业分布以农民(42.7%,29/68)和散居儿童(32.4%,22/68)为主。68例报告病例中本地感染61例、外省输入7例,61例本地感染病例分布在郑州市、洛阳市、安阳市、鹤壁市和三门峡市等5个地级市的13个县(市、区)。时空聚类分析结果显示2个有意义的聚集区域,聚集中心分别为安阳市林州市和郑州市巩义市。结论 2016年以来河南省VL的流行整体呈上升态势,且具有时空聚集性,需要对不同流行程度的流行区开展精准监测和防控,防止疫情继续扩散。

A New Hidden Markov Model for Protein Quality Assessment Using Compatibility Between Protein Sequence and Structure

Protein structure Quality Assessment（QA） is an essential component in protein structure prediction and analysis. The relationship between protein sequence and structure often serves as a basis for protein structure *** this work, we developed a new Hidden Markov Model（HMM） to assess the compatibility of protein sequence and structure for capturing their complex relationship. More specifically, the emission of the HMM consists of protein local structures in angular space, secondary structures, and sequence profiles. This model has two capabilities：（1） encoding local structure of each position by jointly considering sequence and structure information, and（2）assigning a global score to estimate the overall quality of a predicted structure, as well as local scores to assess the quality of specific regions of a structure, which provides useful guidance for targeted structure refinement. We compared the HMM model to state-of-art single structure quality assessment methods OPUSCA, DFIRE, GOAP,and RW in protein structure selection. Computational results showed our new score HMM.Z can achieve better overall selection performance on the benchmark datasets.

目的分析国家级土源性线虫病监测点土源性线虫感染变化趋势,为制订防治对策提供科学依据。方法2016—2020年,按照《全国肝吸虫病和土源性线虫病监测方案(试行)》要求,收集河南省周口市淮阳区监测点调查对象的粪样检测虫卵,3~0.05)。共检测土样125份,蛔虫卵阳性率为2.40%,未发现有钩蚴及其他虫卵。透明胶纸肛拭法共检测3~0.05)。结论河南省国家级土源性线虫病监测点感染率已经连续多年在1%以下,达到国家土源性线虫传播控制标准,但儿童蛲虫感染率较高,后续应加强对儿童蛲虫病的关注。

UV illumination enhanced desorption of oxygen molecules from monolayer MoS2 surface

Multimodal Cross-Attention Mechanism-Based Algorithm for Elderly Behavior Monitoring and Recognition

In contrast to the general population, behavior recognition among the elderly poses increased specificity and difficulty, rendering the reliability and usability aspects of safety monitoring systems for the elderly more challenging. hence, this study proposes a multi-modal perception-based solution for an elderly safety monitoring recognition system. The proposed approach introduces a recognition algorithm based on multi-modal cross-attention mechanism, innovatively incorporating complex information such as scene context and voice to achieve more accurate behavior recognition. By fusing four modalities, namely image, skeleton, sensor data, and audio, we further enhance the accuracy of recognition. Additionally, we introduce a novel human-robot interaction mode, where the system associates directly recognized intentions with robotic actions without explicit commands, delivering a more natural and efficient elderly assistance paradigm. This mode not only elevates the level of safety monitoring for the elderly but also facilitates a more natural and efficient caregiving approach. Experimental results demonstrate significant improvement in recognition accuracy for 11 typical elderly behaviors compared to existing methods.

Landslide hazard susceptibility evaluation takes on critical significance in early warning and disaster prevention and *** order to solve the problems of poor effectiveness of landslide data and complex calculation of weights for multiple evaluation factors in the existing landslide susceptibility evaluation models,in this study,a method of landslide hazard susceptibility evaluation is proposed by combining SBAS-InSAR(Small Baseline Subsets-Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar)and SSA-BP(Sparrow Search Algorithm-Back Propagation)neural network *** SBAS-InSAR technology is adopted to identify potential landslide hazards in the study area,update the cataloging data of landslide hazards,and 11 evaluation factors are chosen for constructing the SSA-BP model for training and *** Reservoir area is selected as a case study for *** indicated by the results,the application of SBAS-InSAR technology,combined with both ascending and descending orbit data,effectively addresses the incomplete identification of landslide hazards caused by geometric distortion of single orbit SAR data(e.g.,shadow,overlay,and perspective contraction)in deep canyon areas,thereby enabling the acquisition of up-to-date landslide hazard ***,in comparison to the conventional BP(Back Propagation)algorithm,the accuracy of the model constructed by the SSA-BP algorithm exhibits a significant increase,with mean squared error and mean absolute error reduced by 0.0142 and 0.0607,***,during the process of susceptibility evaluation,the SSA-BP model effectively circumvents the issue of considerable manual interventions in calculating the weight of evaluation *** area under the curve of this model reaches 0.909,surpassing BP(0.835),random forest(0.792),and the information value method(0.699).The risk of landslide occurrence in the Baihetan Reservoir area is positively correlated with slope,surface temperature,and deformation ra

Carbon Catabolite Repressor UvCreA is Required for Development and Pathogenicity in Ustilaginoidea virens

The rice false smut disease, caused by Ustilaginoidea virens, has emerged as a significantglobal threat to rice production. The mechanism of carbon catabolite repression plays a crucial role in theefficient utilization of carbon nutrients and enzyme regulation in the presence of complex nutritionalconditions. Although significant progress has been made in understanding carbon catabolite repression infungi such as Aspergillus nidulans and Magnaporthe oryzae, its role in U. virens remains unclear. Toaddress this knowledge gap, we identified UvCreA, a pivotal component of carbon catabolite repression,in U. virens. Our investigation revealed that UvCreA localized to the nucleus. Deletion of UvCreA resultedin decreased growth and pathogenicity in U. virens. Through RNA-seq analysis, it was found that theknockout of UvCreA led to the up-regulation of 514 genes and down-regulation of 640 genes. Moreover,UvCreA was found to be involved in the transcriptional regulation of pathogenic genes and genesassociated with carbon metabolism in U. virens. In summary, our findings indicated that UvCreA isimportant in fungal development, virulence, and the utilization of carbon sources through transcriptionalregulation, thus making it a critical element of carbon catabolite repression.
