Automatically generating a brief summary for legal-related public opinion news(LPO-news,which contains legal words or phrases)plays an important role in rapid and effective public opinion *** LPO-news,the critical case elements which are significant parts of the summary may be mentioned several times in the reader ***,we investigate the task of comment-aware abstractive text summarization for LPO-news,which can generate salient summary by learning pivotal case elements from the reader *** this paper,we present a hierarchical comment-aware encoder(HCAE),which contains four components:1)a traditional sequenceto-sequence framework as our baseline;2)a selective denoising module to filter the noisy of comments and distinguish the case elements;3)a merge module by coupling the source article and comments to yield comment-aware context representation;4)a recoding module to capture the interaction among the source article words conditioned on the *** experiments are conducted on a large dataset of legal public opinion news collected from micro-blog,and results show that the proposed model outperforms several existing state-of-the-art baseline models under the ROUGE metrics.

To more reasonably evaluate human intake of PBDEs via dust ingestion, bioaccessibility should be taken into account. Previously, we developed an in vitro method to determine the bioaccessibility of PBDEs in food. Here, this method was adapted to determine the bioaccessibility of PBDEs in dust and the digestion conditions that influenced the bioaccessibility of PBDEs were optimized. The digestion conditions included the incubation time of dust in the intestinal digestion solution （T）, the bile concentration in the intestinal digestion solution （Chile）, and the ratio of the volume of the intestinal digestion solution to dust （R）. The influence of the concentrations of individual PBDE congeners （CpBDE） on the bioaccessibility of PBDEs was also investigated. Cetral composite design was used to build an experimental model and set experimental parameters, and response surface methodology was used to analyze the obtained data. The results showed that the bioaccessibility of PBDEs increased with the increases of Chile and R, and was independent of T and CpSDE. Under the digestion conditions with Chile and R being at 4.0-7.0 g/L and 150-250, respectively, the bioaccessibility of PBDEs in the method-dust varied from 39.2% to 72.8%, which were comparable with the bioaccessibility or bioavailability of PBDEs in dust/soil in the literature. Thus, the in vitro method to measure the bioaccessibility of PBDEs in dust was established and validated. Finally, the bioaccessibility of PBDEs in four natural dust samples, which ranged from 36.1% to 43.3%, were determined using the adapted method.

The thermal conductive behavior of Zirconium diboride（Zr B2）coated with different proportions nanoalumina（Al2O3）in epoxy composites was investigated by the laser flash experimental and finite element analysis（FEA）*** coated Zr B2composite particles were categorized into the 3-1,3-2,3-3 and 3-4 systems,which corresponded to four different mass ratios of Zr B2particles to Al2O3particles,*** could be found that the coated Zr B2composite particles were effective for increasing the thermal conductivity of the filled epoxy composites due to more effective formation of the conductive chain structure in the composites compared to the single-phase *** comparison,the system of 3-3 showed the most positive effect on improving the thermal conductive performance of epoxy *** composites with a 7 vol%of Zr B2/Al2O3composite particles of 3-3 system,its thermal conductivity was 0.65 W m-1K-1,increased by 20%and 79%relative to single-filled composites of Zr B2and Al2O3with same filled content,*** predicted thermal conductive results of Al2O3coated Zr B2particles in epoxy matrix obtained by finite element analysis were in reasonable agreement with the experimental results.

The effect of interfacial modification on flexural strength of epoxy composites filled with modified ZrB2-Al2O3 composite fillers was investigated in order to explore the stress distribution of modified composites under external load. The mechanical performance of epoxy composites filled with 0 vol%, 1 vol%, 3 vol% and 5 vol% unmodified and modified ZrB2-Al2O3 fillers was characterized by three point bending(TPB) tests. The fracture surfaces of epoxy composites were observed by scanning electronic microscope(SEM). The results showed that the epoxy composite reinforced by 1 vol%modified fillers exhibited the optimal mechanical performance. According to the Von Mises stress contours simulated by finite element models(FEM) and the SEM images, it was shown that the modified ZrB2-Al2O3 multiphase fillers could homogenize the stress in the epoxy composites due to the transition effect resulted from the interfacial modification layers on the surfaces of multiphase fillers. It contributed to the improvement of mechanical performance of epoxy composites further.

The plenoptic imaging technique provides a promising approach to the non-invasive three-dimensional measurement, especially for the high-temperature combustion diagnosis. We establish a light-field convolution imaging model for diffusion flame in this work, considering the radiation transfer process inside the diffusion flame and the light transfer process inside the focused plenoptic camera together. The radiation transfer process is described by the radiation transfer equation and solved by the generalized source multi-flux method. Wave optics theory is adopted to describe the light transfer process, combining Fresnel diffraction and the phase conversion of the lens. The flame light-field image is obtained by the light-field convolution imaging model and adopted as the measurement signal to reconstruct three-dimensional temperature field. The inverse problem of temperature reconstruction is solved by the least square QR decomposition method. The simulative temperature reconstruction work is conducted, including the inverse analysis, the uncertainty analysis, and the measurement noise influence. All the results show that the proposed measurement method is available to reconstruct three-dimensional temperature with satisfactory accuracy and acceptable uncertainty. Both symmetric and asymmetric distributed temperature fields are investigated, and the reconstructed results prove the validity and universality of the measurement method.

In order to decipher element mobility in UHP meta-sedimentary rocks in the continental subduction zone,major and trace element compositions are investigated for a continuous profile from a representative UHP region in the Dabie *** the lithologic contact zone,contents of K,Ca,LREE,and LILE exhibit varying degrees of downward trends in both marble and eclogite toward the contact zone,indicating that marble and their associated eclogite can release a large amount of K,Ca,and a small number of LILEs and *** is the main Ti phase in both marble and *** rims around rutile can occasionally be seen in *** of Ti and HFSE exhibit a well-coupled relation among marble and eclogite,indicating that substantial Ti and HFSEs were migrated from eclogite to marble,in accord with the capacity of a melt *** and titanites in marble exhibit a relatively limited variation in Nb/Ta ratios(12.9-16.2),similar to those of titanites in eclogite(14.2-16.7),which demonstrates that rutiles and titanites in marble were sourced from eclogite because of short-distance migrations of Ti and *** to the P-T path and the temperature and pressure conditions of the peak metamorphism reported by previous studies,the eclogite associated with marble may not form supercritical fluids in the subduction zone because of the addition of carbonate minerals.

Natural products generally fall into the biologically relevant chemical space and always possess novel biological activities, thus making them a rich source of lead compounds for new drug discovery. With the recent technological advances, natural product-based drug discovery is now reaching a new era. Natural products have also shown promise in epigenetic drug discovery, some of them have advanced into clinical trials or are presently being used in clinic. The histone lysine specific demethylase1(LSD1), an important class of histone demethylases, has fundamental roles in the development of various pathological conditions. Targeting LSD1 has been recognized as a promising therapeutic option for cancer treatment. Notably, some natural products with different chemotypes including protoberberine alkaloids, flavones, polyphenols, and cyclic peptides have shown effectiveness against LSD1. These natural products provide novel scaffolds for developing new LSD1 inhibitors. In this review, we mainly discuss the identification of natural LSD1 inhibitors, analysis of the co-crystal structures of LSD1/natural product complex, antitumor activity and their modes of action. We also briefly discuss the challenges faced in this field. We believe this review will provide a landscape of natural LSD1 inhibitors.

The carbon isotope study of biomarkers in the Maoming and the Jianghan tertiary oil shale

In terms of the individual carbon isotope data of biomarkers present in the typical freshwater lake sediment (Maoming oil shale) and saline lake sediment lake (Jianghan oil shale) of China, this paper discusses their precursors and depositional environments of biomarkers in both sediment samples. Our studies showed that phytane and pristane of the Maoming oil shale were derived from the phytol side chain of chlorophyll a. By comparing the isotopic composition of 4-methyl sterane with that of sterane and hopane, it is suggested that 4-methyl sterane which has a higher abundance in the Maoming oil shale come from bacteria. The isotopic composition of biomarkers from the Jianghan rock sample (saline lake sediment) is significantly different from that of the Maoming oil shale (freshwater lake sediment). Gammacerane was derived from haloprotozoan, with δ13C being about -25.8‰, just in consistency with the value reported in previous studies.
