目的:探讨内镜辅助下无切口不翻瓣再生技术(non-incisional technique,NIT)治疗牙槽骨角型吸收的效果。方法:选择13例重度牙周炎患者的13颗患牙,均存在邻面牙槽骨角型吸收,在经过牙周基础治疗后6周接受NIT治疗。NIT治疗过程为在内镜下完成清创后填入骨再生材料,记录NIT治疗前及术后2年术区探诊深度(probing depth,PD)、临床附着水平(clinical attachment level,CAL)、牙龈退缩(gingival recession,GR)及影像学指标变化。采用SPSS22.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:NIT术后2年随访结果与术前相比,CAL降低(3.65±2.10) mm(P<0.001),PD降低(4.42±1.66) mm(P<0.001),GR为(0.38±0.87)mm (P=0.25),影像学骨下袋深度降低显著(P<0.001)。结论 :对于牙槽骨角型吸收位点,NIT治疗可以在不翻瓣情况下获得良好的牙周再生效果。

目的采用加权基因共表达网络分析(weighted gene co-expression network analysis, WGCNA)方法识别肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome, PCOS)的关键基因,探讨肥胖型PCOS的发病机制。方法从基因表达数据库(gene expression omnibus, GEO)下载GSE5090芯片数据,通过WGCNA算法分析筛选基因共表达关键模块和核心基因,对关键模块进行GO和KEGG分析,对核心基因进行差异分析以确定肥胖型PCOS的关键基因。结果在GSE5090芯片数据中,通过WGCNA分析构建出了31个共表达基因模块,其中重褐色模块(MEsaddlebrown)与肥胖型PCOS具有密切的相关性,包含53个基因。对此模块基因进一步筛选,识别出了ZNF492、MED17、CRABP1、KCNV2、KRI1、ACSBG2、MACO1、SCLY、CPSF1、MAGEA8 10个肥胖型PCOS核心基因。对此模块基因进行GO和KEGG分析发现相关基因与脂肪酸代谢关系密切,主要作用于核蛋白,通过调节染色体组织、有机酸分解等发挥生物学功能。进一步对核心基因表达量进行差异分析,基因ZNF492、CRABP1、KCNV2在肥胖对照组与肥胖型PCOS脂肪组织间存在明显差异。结论 ZNF492、CRABP1和KCNV2基因在肥胖型PCOS的发展中可能产生重要生物学意义,其具体机制有待进一步研究。

There are two Cenozoic sedimentary basins in the East China Sea. They are the East China Sea shelf basin and the Okinawa Trough basin. The former can be divided into a western and an eastern rift region. The development of the shelf basin underwent continental-margin fault depression, post-rift and then tectonic inversion stages. Available exploration results show that the distribution of source rocks is controlled by the basin architecture and its tectonic evolution. In the Xihu depression, mudstones and coals are the main source rocks. The eastern rift region has good geological conditions for the formation of large oil and gas fields.

The mechanism of a hydro-viscous soft start is of great importance in the design of a hydro-viscous clutch and its control system. To explain the mechanism of a hydro-viscous soft start, the startup process of a belt conveyor was numerically analyzed with the modified Reynolds equation, an energy equation and a temperature-viscosity equation. The effect of temperature and grooves of the friction disk surface on torque transfer and load capacity of the oil film have also been analyzed. The results show that 1) the grooves are the basis of forming dynamic pressure but they may reduce the capacity of torque transfer to a certain extent, 2) during the startup process, temperature has little effect on torque transfer and load capacity and the variation in load capacity of the oil film is very small, indicating that it is preferable to use the flow rate as a control object than the pressure of the feed cylinder. The results have been verified by an experiment.

Identification of Volatile Compounds in Codfish(Gadus) by a Combination of Two Extraction Methods Coupled with GC-MS Analysis

Codfish is a kind of abyssal fish species with a great value in food industry. However, the flavor of codfish, especially the unpleasant odor, has caused serious problems in its processing. To accurately identify the volatile compounds in codfish, a combination of solid phase micro-extraction(SPME) method and simultaneous distillation extraction(SDE) method was used to extract the volatiles. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) along with Kovats indices(KI) and authentic standard compounds were used to identify the volatiles. The results showed that a total of 86 volatile compounds were identified in codfish, of them 24 were extracted by SDE, 69 compounds by SPME, and 10 compounds by both SDE and SPME. Seventy volatile compounds were found to have specific odors, of them 7 typical compounds contributed significantly to the flavor of codfish. Alcohols(i.e.,(E)-2-penten-1-ol and 2-octanol), esters(i.e., ethyl butyrate and methyl geranate), aldehydes(i.e., 2-dodecenal and pentadecanal) contributed the most to fresh flavor while nitrogen compounds, sulphur compounds, furans, as well as some ketones(i.e., 2-hydroxy-3-pentanone) brought unpleasant odor, such as fishy and earthy odor. It was indicated that the combination of multiple extraction methods and GC-MS analysis can enhance the accuracy of identification, and provide a reference for the further study on flavor of aquatic products.

At present,most of state-of-the-art power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)of organic solar cells(OSCs)are achieved from the photoactive materials involving donor–acceptor(D–A)copolymer *** is well known that the complicated molecular structure of D–A copolymers means the tedious synthesis,which brings about severe cost issue and poor scalability for the industrial ***,to develop application-oriented OSCs,considerable attention should be paid on simplifying the chemical structures of polymer ***(PT)and poly(thiophene vinylene)(PTV)derivatives should be among the simplest polymer donors,and OSCs based on them have made some breakthroughs in past 2 ***,we briefly introduce the recent advances of OSCs based on low-cost polymers including poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT),PT derivatives,and PTV derivatives,respectively,and emphasize the importance of modulating energy levels,preaggregation effect,and D/A miscibility for the past progress as well as the future *** last,we also propose some challenges demanding prompt solution for realizing practical application of OSCs,aiming at providing guidance and stimulating new ideas for further research.
