This paper investigates the problem of outlier-resistant distributed fusion filtering(DFF)for a class of multi-sensor nonlinear singular systems(MSNSSs)under a dynamic event-triggered scheme(DETS).To relieve the effect of measurement outliers in data transmission,a self-adaptive saturation function is ***,to further reduce the energy consumption of each sensor node and improve the efficiency of resource utilization,a DETS is adopted to regulate the frequency of data *** the addressed MSNSSs,our purpose is to construct the local outlier-resistant filter under the effects of the measurement outliers and the DETS;the local upper bound(UB)on the filtering error covariance(FEC)is derived by solving the difference equations and minimized by designing proper filter ***,according to the local filters and their UBs,a DFF algorithm is presented in terms of the inverse covariance intersection fusion *** such,the proposed DFF algorithm has the advantages of reducing the frequency of data transmission and the impact of measurement outliers,thereby improving the estimation ***,the uniform boundedness of the filtering error is discussed and a corresponding sufficient condition is ***,the validity of the developed algorithm is checked using a simulation example.

混凝土是我国土木工程建设中应用最广泛的材料之一,其强度大小、性能优劣,将直接决定结构的安全性与稳定性。但根据实际调查显示,传统混凝土检验方式大多采用取样立方体试件进行检测,一旦出现施工质量监管效果不佳的情况,容易导致混凝土性能指标测试结果与实际情况偏差较大。基于此,本文将围绕公路工程施工过程中,混凝土强度试验方法开展分析讨论,将超声回弹综合法作为测试手段,以再生混凝土作为研究对象,通过回弹值测量、声速值计算,打造测强回归曲线,保证混凝土抗压强度的准确评估。经研究后发现,本文采用的超声回弹综合法拟合回归公式,精确度极高,且相关性出众,能够切实满足规范要求,计算结果误差小,具有一定的推广价值。

This paper is concerned with the distributed resilient fusion filtering(DRFF)problem for a class of time-varying multi-sensor nonlinear stochastic systems(MNSSs)with random sensor delays(RSDs).The phenomenon of the RSDs is modeled by a set of random variables with certain statistical *** addition,the nonlinear function is handled via Taylor expansion in order to deal with the nonlinear fusion filtering *** aim of the addressed issue is to propose a DRFF scheme for MNSSs such that,for both RSDs and estimator gain perturbations,certain upper bounds of estimation error covariance(EEC)are given and locally minimized at every sample *** the light of the obtained local filters,a new DRFF algorithm is developed via the matrix-weighted fusion ***,a sufficient condition is presented,which can guarantee that the local upper bound of the EEC is ***,a numerical example is provided,which can show the usefulness of the developed DRFF approach.

【背景】异位酸属于支链挥发性脂肪酸,具有为瘤胃微生物提供营养物质、促进瘤胃纤维降解菌生长的作用。【目的】研究饲粮添加混合异位酸(mixed isoacids,MI)对牦牛瘤胃碳水化合物降解酶活性、物种组成及功能基因的影响,并分析瘤胃碳水化合物活性与瘤胃微生物及功能基因相对丰度的相关性,为合理利用MI以改善牦牛瘤胃发酵性能提供参考。【方法】采用单因素试验设计,选取16头200 kg左右的健康麦洼公牦牛,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复1头牛。对照组(CON组)饲喂不添加MI的基础饲粮,试验组MI添加量分别为基础饲粮的0.1%(T1组)、0.2%(T2组)和0.3%(T3组)。试验预饲期10 d,正饲期85 d,试验结束时采集瘤胃液,通过宏基因组测序分析瘤胃微生物菌群及紫外分光光度法分析瘤胃碳水化合物降解酶活性。【结果】与对照组相比,饲粮添加MI能显著提高牦牛瘤胃羧甲基纤维素酶和淀粉酶的活性。物种α多样性指数分析结果表明,添加0.3%MI显著降低了瘤胃物种丰富度,提高了组内物种组成相似度和功能基因组成相似度;物种与功能差异分析表明,厚壁菌(Firmicutes)、丹毒丝菌(Erysipelotrichia)、糖细菌(Saccharibacteria)及气单胞菌科(Aeromonadaceae)等差异细菌在T2组显著富集;磷转移酶(2.***.1.68)、泛素水解酶(3.***.19.12)、氨基酰转移酶(2.***.2.27)和蛋白丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶(2.***.11.11)等KEGG酶差异基因在T1组显著富集。瘤胃酶活性与瘤胃宏基因组相关分析结果显示,瘤胃淀粉酶活性与丙酸菌(Profundibacterium)、气单胞菌属(Aeromonas)、糖细菌(Saccharibacteria)和气单胞菌科(Aeromonadaceae)显著正相关,与GH13_20家族、GH77家族和CBM72家族基因显著正相关;瘤胃羧甲基纤维素酶活性与GT90家族基因显著正相关。【结论】在牦牛饲粮中添加MI能显著提高牦牛瘤胃淀粉酶和羧甲基纤维素酶活性,提高瘤胃微生物物种和功能基因的相似度,提高瘤胃细菌及功能基因的相对丰度,且瘤胃细菌及其功能基因与瘤胃酶活性存在一定相关性,表明添加MI能一定程度改善牦牛瘤胃发酵特性。

【目的】通过体外产气法评价全株水稻青贮替代不同比例全株玉米青贮对奶牛瘤胃发酵特性的影响,筛选全株水稻青贮替代饲粮中全株玉米青贮的最佳比例,为全株水稻青贮在奶牛生产中的应用提供参考数据。【方法】采用体外产气法单因素试验,设Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ共5组,分别用全株水稻青贮替代各组饲粮中0%,25%,50%,75%和100%的全株玉米青贮(风干基础),每组5个重复,同时设2个空白(即只有瘤胃液或只有培养液而无底物)作为产气量矫正,筛选全株水稻青贮替代饲粮中全株玉米青贮的最佳比例;动物试验选用26头产奶量、胎次、泌乳时间相近的健康荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为对照组(粗饲料由全株玉米青贮组成)和试验组(采用最佳替代比例,即用全株水稻青贮替代基础饲粮中50%的全株玉米青贮)2组,每组13个重复,每个重复1头奶牛。预试期14 d,正试期106 d,探究全株水稻青贮替代基础饲粮50%全株玉米青贮对奶牛生产性能、血清生化指标、养分表观消化率及瘤胃发酵参数的影响。【结果】体外产气法单因素试验表明,试验Ⅲ组的48 h累积产气量、Ⅱ组的干物质消失率、Ⅴ组的NH_(3)-N质量浓度均高于其他各组,但相互间并无显著差异(P>0.05);试验Ⅲ组的微生物蛋白质量浓度((3.19±0.37)mg/mL)显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ及Ⅳ组(P0.05);所有试验组乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、总挥发性酸浓度差异均不显著(P>0.05),但试验Ⅲ组的戊酸浓度((1.33±0.39)mmol/L)显著高于Ⅳ和Ⅴ组,试验组Ⅰ和Ⅱ组显著高于试验Ⅴ组(P0.05)。动物试验表明,与对照组相比,试验组奶牛生产性能指标(干物质采食量、产奶量、乳蛋白率、乳脂率、乳糖率、乳尿素氮质量浓度、乳体细胞数、总固体物质量分数)、血清生化指标(总蛋白、葡萄糖、总胆固醇、甘油三脂、白蛋白、尿素氮、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶)及养分表观消化率指标(粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、干物质)均无显著差异(P>0.05);奶牛瘤胃发酵参数中,除对照组的NH_(3)-N质量浓度((9.89±4.85)mg/dL)、总挥发性脂肪酸浓度((95.25±12.82)mmol/L)和丙酸体积分数(17.12%±3.44%)极显著(P0.05)。【结论】以全株水稻青贮替代奶牛饲粮中50%的全株玉米青贮是可行的。
