Elevated levels of high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1)play a significant role in the pathogenesis of many diseases,but is particularly important for the formation of malignant ***,the function of HMGB1 and the underlying mechanism of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC)remain incompletely understood,causing *** we found immunohistochemistry from 97 LSCC tissues showed HMGB1 was upreg-ulated,which was associated with poor ***1 knockdown could significantly inhibit wound closure and colony *** full-genome gene expression microarray was performed to investigate the *** knockdown of HMGB1 by siRNA,among the expressed differential genes,10 genes were ran-domly selected for ***,shRNA lentivirus targeting these genes were constructed to explore their role in LSCC by cell proliferation ***6 downregulation was dramatically promoted by HMGB1 knockdown,resulting in higher expression in LSCC ***,downregulation of LSM6 could significantly suppress cell proliferation,migration and colony *** study indicated that HMGB1 promoted LSCC cell malig-nant phenotypes through regulation of *** anticipate that HMGB1-LSM6 could be a putative therapeutic target for LSCC.

Based on previous site testing and satellite cloud data,Ali,Daocheng and Muztagh-ata have been selected as candidate sites for the Large Optical/Infrared Telescope(LOT) in *** present the data collection,processing,management and quality analysis for our site testing based on using similar *** analyze meteorological data,seeing,background light,cloud and precipitable water vapor data from 2017 March 10 to 2019 March *** also investigated the relative usefulness of our all-sky camera data in comparison to that from the meteorological TERRA satellite data based on a night-by-night comparison of the correlation and consistency between *** find a 6% discrepancy arising from a wide range of factors.

To promote charge transfer and separation for efficient photocatalysis,a direct Z-scheme heterostructure was constructed by coupling polymeric carbon nitride(PCN) and WO_(3).Interestingly,the obtained PCN/WO_(3)Z-scheme heterostructure could photocataly tic ally produce hydrogen and value-added chemicals(e.g.,formate and acetate) by reforming of plastic polylactic acid(PLA) in alkaline aqueous *** optimizing WO_(3) contents and reaction conditions,the obtained PCN/WO_(3)heterostructure exhibits much increased photocatalytic activity for PLA photoreforming under visible light,with hydrogen evolution rate reaching 402.90 μmol·g~(-1)·h~(-1),which is 3.5 times that of *** is revealed that the Z-scheme charge transfer between PCN and WO_(3) mainly contributes to the promoted charge separation and thus the improved photocatalytic ***,with h+and·OH experimentally evidenced as the predominant active species,a possible reaction pathway for the reforming of PLA into value-added chemicals(e.g.,formate and acetate)over PCN/WO_(3) Z-scheme heterostructure is cleared by monitoring the reaction intermediates and *** work paves a carbon neutrality and scalable route toward the synergistical production of hydrogen and value-added chemicals by utilizing and recycling plastic waste.

The development of a coal-based synthetic route to produce benzene polycarboxylic acids(BPCAs)is of great importance for the highly efficient utilization of *** this paper,aqueous NaCl^(-)electrolytic system was used to oxidize Zhaotong lignite to prepare *** electrochemical oxidation of lignite in aqueous NaCl solution could produce more BPCAs than that in aqueous NaOH *** aqueous NaCl electrolytic system could in-suit produce a stable OCl^(-),which was synthesized by the combination reaction between Cl_(2)and OH􀀀generated in the anode or cathode,*** in-suit produced OCl^(-)would degrade the organic structures of the lignite dispersing in the electrolyte to generate *** formation of BPCAs could be greatly affected by current density,electrolysis time and the addition amount of NaCl in the electrolytic system,which resulted from that the factors played an important role in the generation of OCl^(-).The coal related model compounds including anthracene and phenanthrene were used to investigate the electrochemical oxidation mechanism of the *** results indicated that the aromatic ring structures in the lignite were attacked by O_(2)•^(-)from the OCl^(-)to afford BPCAs.

BACKGROUND Endoscopic full-thickness resection(EFTR)of gastric submucosal tumors(SMTs)is safe and effective;however,postoperative wound management is equally *** on suturing following EFTR for large(≥3 cm)SMTs is scarce and *** To evaluate the efficacy and clinical value of double-nylon purse-string suture in closing postoperative wounds following EFTR of large(≥3 cm)*** We retrospectively analyzed the data of 85 patients with gastric SMTs in the fundus of the stomach or in the lesser curvature of the gastric body whose wounds were treated with double-nylon purse-string sutures after successful tumor resection at the Endoscopy Center of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan *** operative,postoperative,and follow-up conditions of the patients were *** All tumors were completely resected using EFTR.36(42.35%)patients had tumors located in the fundus of the stomach,and 49(57.65%)had tumors located in the body of the *** patients underwent suturing with double-nylon sutures after EFTR without laparoscopic assistance or further surgical *** fever and stomach pain were reported in 13(15.29%)and 14(16.47%)patients,*** serious adverse events occurred during the intraoperative or postoperative periods.A postoperative review of all patients revealed no residual or recurrent *** Double-nylon purse-string sutures can be used to successfully close wounds that cannot be completely closed with a single nylon suture,especially for large(≥3 cm)EFTR wounds in SMTs.
