The packaging materials with cushioning performance are used to prevent the internal contents from being damaged by the impact and vibration of external *** polyurethane microcellular elastomers(PUMEs)can absorb energy through cell collapse and molecular chain *** this study,PUMEs with different densities were investigated by scanning electron microscopy,dynamic mechanical analysis and dynamic compression *** exhibited significant im pact resistance and the maximum peak stress attenuation ratio reached 73.33%.The protective equipment was made by PUME with the optimal density of 600 kg/m^(3),and then the acceleration sensing device installed with the same protective equipment fell from a height of 3,5 and 10 m to evaluate the energy-absorbing property and reusability of *** results showed that PUMEs equipment reduced the peak acceleration of the device by 93.84%,with a maximum deviation of 9%between actual test and simulation,and shortened the impact time of first landing by 57.39%.In addition,the equipment PUMEs equipment could effectively reduce the stress on the protected items.

The present study aimed to compare the nutritional effects of cholesterol, bile acids, and combination of cholesterol with bile acids in plant-based diets on juvenile genetically improved farmed tilapia(GIFT;Oreochromis niloticus). The isonitrogenous(321 g/kg crude protein) and isolipidic(76 g/kg crude fat) diets(Con diet) were based on plant protein sources, which included corn gluten meal, soybean meal, cottonseed meal and rapeseed meal. The Con diet was supplemented with 12 g/kg cholesterol(CHO diet), 0.2 g/kg bile acids(BAs diet), a combination of 12 g/kg cholesterol and 0.2 g/kg bile acids(CHO-BAs diet),respectively. Each diet was fed to three tanks in an indoor recirculating aquaculture system for 9 *** showed that compared to the Con group, fish had a higher weight gain rate, hepatosomatic index,and a lower feed conversion ratio in the CHO-BAs group. The highest levels of whole-fish fat and ash were found in the Con group. Serum parameters, including activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate transaminase(AST), along with levels of glucose(GLU) and triglyceride(TG) except for total cholesterol(TCHO), were lower in the CHO, BAs, and CHO-BAs groups than those in the Con group(P <0.001). Histological examination revealed that fish in the Con group exhibited severe hepatocyte vacuolization and diminished hepatocyte proliferation. Gene expression analysis indicated that the transcriptional levels of bile acid metabolism-related genes(including fxr, fgf19, bsep) were up-regulated in the CHO-BAs group(P < 0.05), whereas cholesterol metabolism-related genes(acly and hmgcr) were downregulated in both CHO and CHO-BAs groups(P < 0.001). Moreover, UPLC-MS/MS analysis revealed that the higher taurine-conjugated bile acids(T-BAs), followed by free bile acids(Free-BAs) and glycine(G-BAs)were determined in tilapia bile. AIM:To investigate the association between central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC)and Helicobacter pylori(Hp)by summarizing all available ***:The Scopus,Embase,EBSCO,PubMed,Web of Science,and Cochrane Library databases for all relevant studies published from inception to October 2022 were searched,and manually searched for relevant reference lists as a *** investigating the association between CSC and Hp infection were ***,8 case-control studies were included in the Meta-analysis after study ***:The results showed no significant correlation between Hp infection and CSC[odds ratio(OR)1.89,95%confidential interval(CI)0.58–6.15,I2=96%,P=0.29].After subgroup analysis based on the degree of development of the study(developing/developed countries),it was found that the results of the two subgroups were the same as the whole,and no significant difference between the two subgroups ***-regression showed that the effect of sample size on heterogeneity among studies was more prominent(P<0.01,adjusted R^(2)=89.72%),which can explain 89.72%of the sources of ***:This Meta-analysis reveals no significant correlation between Hp infection and CSC,which still warrants further well-designed extensive sample studies to reach a more reliable conclusion and promote a better understanding of the treatment of CSC.

The rice false smut disease, caused by Ustilaginoidea virens, has emerged as a significantglobal threat to rice production. The mechanism of carbon catabolite repression plays a crucial role in theefficient utilization of carbon nutrients and enzyme regulation in the presence of complex nutritionalconditions. Although significant progress has been made in understanding carbon catabolite repression infungi such as Aspergillus nidulans and Magnaporthe oryzae, its role in U. virens remains unclear. Toaddress this knowledge gap, we identified UvCreA, a pivotal component of carbon catabolite repression,in U. virens. Our investigation revealed that UvCreA localized to the nucleus. Deletion of UvCreA resultedin decreased growth and pathogenicity in U. virens. Through RNA-seq analysis, it was found that theknockout of UvCreA led to the up-regulation of 514 genes and down-regulation of 640 genes. Moreover,UvCreA was found to be involved in the transcriptional regulation of pathogenic genes and genesassociated with carbon metabolism in U. virens. In summary, our findings indicated that UvCreA isimportant in fungal development, virulence, and the utilization of carbon sources through transcriptionalregulation, thus making it a critical element of carbon catabolite repression.
