We demonstrate a continuous-wave(CW)Nd:YVO_(4)-potassium gadolinium tungstate(KGW)intracavity Raman laser with a diode-to-Stokes optical efficiency of 34.2%.By optimizing the cavity arrangement and reducing the cavity losses,8.47 W Stokes output at 1177 nm was obtained under an incident 878.6 nm diode pump power of 24.8 *** influence of cavity losses on the power and efficiency of the CW Raman laser,as well as the potential for further optimization,was investigated based on the numerical *** observation of thermally-induced output rollover was well explained by the calculation of the thermal lensing and cavity stability,indicating that the end-face curvature played an important role when the end-face of the crystal was highly reflective coated to make the cavity.A 10.9 W Stokes output under 40.9 W incident pump was also demonstrated with a cavity arrangement less sensitive to the end-face curvature,which is the highest output power of CW intracavity Raman lasers reported.

The interface healing mechanism of fine-grained Ni-Co-based superalloy during hot-compression bonding(HCB)is *** HCB,the incompatibility of deformation between theγand the primary γ′leads to a large number of dislocation pairs(DP),stacking faults(SF),and micro-twins(MT)in the primary γ′.These defects act as fast channels for elemental diffusion,leading to supersaturation of the primary γ′and promoting the growth of the γ-*** the one hand,the primary γ′with a γ-shell moves towards the bonding interface due to anomalous yielding phenomena of the primary γ′and plastic flow during HCB *** increase in the number of defects leads to the growth of γ-γ′heterogeneous epitaxial recrystallization(HERX)grain with coherent structure at the bonding interface,which promotes the bulge of the interface grain boundaries(IGBs).On the other hand,the nucleation and growth of a necklace-like distribution of discontinuous dynamic recrystallization(DDRX)grain at the interface lead to the healing of *** the synergistic action of DDRX and HERX,the mechanical properties of Ni-Co-based superalloy joints through HCB achieve the same level as the base *** finding further enriches the theory of interface healing in HCB.

Laser anti-drone technology is entering the sequence of actual combat,and it is necessary to consider the vulnerability of typical functional parts of *** the concept of"vulnerability"was proposed,a variety of analysis programs for battlefield targets to traditional weapons have been developed,but a comprehensive assessment methodology for targets'vulnerability to laser is still *** on the shotline method,this paper proposes a method that equates laser beam to shotline array,an efficient vulnerability analysis program of target to laser is established by this method,and the program includes the circuit board and the wire into the vulnerability analysis category,which improves the precision of the vulnerability *** the UAV engine part as the target of vulnerability analysis,combine with the"life-death unit method"to calculate the laser penetration rate of various materials of the UAV,and the influence of laser weapon system parameters and striking orientation on the killing probability is quantified after introducing the penetration rate into the vulnerability analysis *** quantitative analysis method proposed in this paper has certain general expansibility,which can provide a fresh idea for the vulnerability analysis of other targets to laser.

Objective: To explore the specific pharmacological molecular mechanisms of Laoke Formula(LK)on treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) based on clinical application, network pharmacology and experimental validation. Methods: Kaplan-Meier method and Cox regression analysis were used to evaluate the survival benefit of Chinese medicine(CM) treatment in 296 patients with NSCLC in Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital from January 2011 to December 2015. The compounds of LK were screened using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform, and the corresponding targets were performed from Swiss Target Prediction. NSCLC-related targets were obtained from Therapeutic Target Database and Comparative Toxicogenomics Database. Key compounds and targets were identified from the compound-target-disease network and protein-protein interaction(PPI) network analysis, respectively. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) and Gene Ontology(GO) enrichment analysis were used to predict the potential signaling pathways involved in the treatment of advanced NSCLC with LK. The binding affinities between key ingredients and targets were further verified using molecular docking. Finally, A549 cell proliferation and migration assay were used to evaluate the antitumor activity of LK. Western blot was used to further verify the expression of key target proteins related to the predicted pathways. Results: Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the overall survival of the CM group was longer than that of the non-CM group(36 months vs.26 months), and COX regression analysis showed that LK treatment was an independent favorable prognostic factor(P=0.027). Next, 97 components and 86 potential targets were included in the network pharmacology, KEGG and GO analyses, and the results indicated that LK was associated with proliferation and apoptosis. Metallic zinc is an ideal anode material owing to its high theoretical capacity (819 mAh·g-1),ecofriendliness,low cost and high safety,which have driven fast development of Zn-ion batteries （ZIBs）.However,the practical application of current ZIBs is significantly restricted by irregular dendrite growth of zinc anode and the low working voltage （usually<2 V） of cathode ***,we report a high-voltage Zn-based dualion battery （DIB）,which is constructed by a graphite cathode,a Zn anode,and 3 M LiPF6in the ethyl methyl carbonate （EMC） *** the corrosion interaction of Li+ions,Zn2+can be easily dissolved from Zn anode into the electrolyte to enable dendrite-free Zn2+plating/stripping at the ***,an aqueous carboxymethyl cellulose （CMC） binder is employed to generate a robust cathode electrolyte interface （CEI） layer on the graphite cathode,which renders ultrafast PF6--de-/intercalation into *** resultant Zn–graphite DIB operates stably at a high cut off voltage of 3.2 V,corresponding to an average output voltage of 2.2 *** 9000cycles at 5C,the high capacity retention of 95.9% can be achieved with～100%Coulomb *** on the mass of cathode material,our Zn–graphite battery exhibits ultrafast rate capability （60 C,a discharge time of 44 s） and high energy/power densities (208 Wh·kg-1at 214 W·kg-1;142 Wh·kg-1at 8692 W·kg-1),which holds great promise for large-scale energy storage.

This paper examines the longitudinal tensile behavior and failure mechanism of a new unidirectional carbon fiber reinforced aluminum composite through experiments and simulations.A Weibull distribution model was established to describe the fiber strength dispersion based on single-fiber tensile tests for carbon fibers extracted from the *** constitutive models for the matrix and interface were established based on the uniaxial tensile and single-fiber push-out tests,***,a 3D micromechanical numerical model,innovatively considering the fiber strength dispersion by use of the weakest link and Weibull distribution theories,was estab-lished to simulate the progressive failure behavior of the composite under longitudinal *** to the dispersion of fiber strength,the weakest link of the fiber first fractures,and stress concentra-tion occurs in the surrounding fibers,interfaces,and *** maximum stress concentration fac-tor for neighboring fibers varies nonlinearly with the distance from the fractured *** isolated and clustered fractured fibers are present during the progressive failure process of the *** expansion of fractured fiber clusters intensifies stress concentration and material degradation which in turn enlarges the fractured fiber clusters,and their mutual action leads to the final collapse of the composite.

Background Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),a common respiratory disease,can be effectively treated by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Qingfei Huatan,a TCM formula,has been reported to effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of COPD ***,there is a lack of multi-centre,randomised,double-blind,controlled clinical trials documenting the clinical efficacy and safety of this formula in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD(AECOPD).Objective This study evaluated the efficacy and safety of Qingfei Huatan formula in the treatment of AECOPD,thereby providing high-quality clinical ***,setting,participants and interventions A total of 276 patients with AECOPD were included in this multi-centre,randomised,double-blind,placebo-controlled trial and were randomised into treatment and control groups at a ratio of 1:*** in the treatment and control groups took Qingfei Huatan granules or simulated Qingfei Huatan granules twice a day,for 14 days,in addition to Western medicine *** patients were followed up for 3 *** outcome measures The primary outcome was time taken to symptom *** secondary outcomes included duration of antibiotic use,clinical symptom and sign score,TCM syndrome score,dyspnoea score,and quality of life(QOL)***,the safety of the formula was assessed through routine urine and stool tests,electrocardiograms,liver and kidney function tests,and the observation of adverse events throughout the *** The time taken for effective stabilisation(P<0.05)and obvious stabilisation(P<0.01),and the duration of antibiotic use(P<0.05)were significantly shorter in the treatment group than in the control *** days 6,9,12 and 14 of treatment,clinical symptom and sign score decreased in both groups,particularly in the treatment group(P<0.01).On days 9,12 and 14 of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were reduced(P<0.01),with more significant reductions in the treatm
