TCP-1,a novel peptide to diagnose early colon cancer

Periodontitis is a common chronic inflammatory disease that causes the periodontal bone destruction and may ultimately result in tooth *** the progression of periodontitis,the osteoimmunology microenvironment in periodontitis is damaged and leads to the formation of pathological alveolar bone ***301b^(+)macrophages are specific to the osteoimmunology microenvironment,and are emerging as vital booster for conducting bone ***,the key upstream targets of CD301b^(+)macrophages and their potential mechanism in periodontitis remain *** this study,we concentrated on the role of Tim4,a latent upstream regulator of CD301b^(+)*** first demonstrated that the transcription level of Timd4(gene name of Tim4)in CD301b^(+)macrophages was significantly upregulated compared to CD301b−macrophages via high-throughput RNA ***,several Tim4-related functions such as apoptotic cell clearance,phagocytosis and engulfment were positively regulated by CD301b^(+)*** single-cell RNA sequencing analysis subsequently discovered that Cd301b and Timd4 were specifically co-expressed in *** following flow cytometric analysis indicated that Tim4 positive expression rates in total macrophages shared highly synchronized dynamic changes with the proportions of CD301b^(+)macrophages as periodontitis ***,the deficiency of Tim4 in mice decreased CD301b^(+)macrophages and eventually magnified alveolar bone resorption in ***,Tim4 controlled the p38 MAPK signaling pathway to ultimately mediate CD301b^(+)macrophages *** a word,Tim4 might regulate CD301b^(+)macrophages through p38 MAPK signaling pathway in periodontitis,which provided new insights into periodontitis immunoregulation as well as help to develop innovative therapeutic targets and treatment strategies for periodontitis.

西酞普兰与阿普唑仑治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效与不良反应分析

目的探究西酞普兰与阿普唑仑治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效与不良反应。方法88例广泛性焦虑症患者,以就诊病历尾号奇偶数法分为参照组和试验组,每组44例。参照组采用阿普唑仑治疗,试验组采用西酞普兰治疗。对比两组临床疗效、睡眠质量、焦虑情绪及不良反应发生率。结果治疗6周后,试验组和参照组总有效率分别为95.45%、90.91%,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗6周后,试验组睡眠质量、睡眠效率、入睡时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠时间、催眠药物、日间功能障碍评分分别为(1.12±0.04)、(0.53±0.11)、(1.21±0.12)、(1.22±0.26)、(0.71±0.14)、(0.45±0.12)、(0.48±0.34)分,低于参照组的(1.36±0.16)、(0.88±0.14)、(1.58±0.23)、(1.69±0.28)、(1.23±0.31)、(1.15±0.15)、(1.22±0.36)分,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为4.55%,较参照组的27.27%明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对广泛性焦虑患者,分别给予西酞普兰与阿普唑仑进行治疗后临床疗效相当,均可有效改善焦虑情绪,但是与阿普唑仑相比,西酞普兰治疗广泛性焦虑症更能显著改善患者睡眠质量,且不良反应少,值得在临床上广泛推广应用。

BACKGROUND Rectus abdominis separation(DRA)affects pelvic stability and body *** studies have explored the effects of manual massage on early postpartum DRA and postpartum *** To analyze the curative effect of massage on early postpartum DRA and its impact on postpartum depression and thus its ability promote the overall psychosomatic rehabilitation of postpartum *** Data were retrospectively collected on 70 primiparous women with postpartum DRA who underwent rehabilitation at the Postpartum Rehabilitation Center of Huzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2022 to September *** patients were divided into the Group S(35 cases,biomimetic electrical stimulation treatment)and Group L(35 cases,biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with manual massage treatment).Baseline data,the edinburgh postpartum depression scale(EPDS)score,and the visual analog scale(VAS)scores for rectus abdominis distance,waist circumference,and lower back pain before and after treatment were *** No significant differences were found in the baseline data,rectus abdominis distance,waist circumference,and VAS and EPDS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the distance between rectus abdominis and waist circumference in Group L were significantly smaller than those in Group S(P<0.05).Furthermore,lower back pain(VAS score)and the EPDS score in Group L were significantly lower than those in Group S(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Manual massage can significantly reduce early postpartum DRA,waist circumference,and back pain and improve the patient’s mental state and postpartum depression.

An accelerated aging assisted by electric current in a Fe-Mn-Al-C low-density steel

An aging method assisted by electric current was applied to a Fe-18Mn-9Al-1C(wt.%)low-density *** improves the microstructure and therefore significantly increases both the yield strength and ductility of the *** current-assisted aging method can increase the yield strength by 178 MPa and elongation by 1.16 times in only 0.5 min at 450℃.However,the yield strength is increased only 90 MPa by the traditional aging method(heat conduction)at 450℃ for 180 min,and the elongation is even decreased from 42.0%to 31.6%.The obvious improvement in yield strength by the current-assisted aging for a short time is resulted from the fact that the current-assisted aging promotes a rapid precipitation of nano-scaleκ-carbides inγ-austenite by reducing the thermodynamic barrier and accelerating the atomic *** work demonstrates that this current-assisted aging method is significantly time saving and cost-effective for low-density steels,with potential for various industrial applications.

In this study,the double loaded Co-Fe-B@g-C_(3)N_(4)/NF(NF:Ni foam)thin film catalysts were prepared for the first time via chemical deposition method at room *** optimizing the reducing agent concentration to 0.9 mol·L^(-1),the as-obtained Co-Fe-B@g-C_(3)N_(4)/NF exhibited the twisted ribbon structure with more distinct three-dimensional hierarchy and the smaller particle size,showing the good catalytic property for the hydrolysis of NaBH_(4)*** H_(2)generation rate of Co-Fe-B@g-C_(3)N_(4)/NF and binary Co-B@g-C_(3)N_(4)/NF under visible light irradiation surpassed the value under natural *** apparent activation energy of Co-Fe-B@g-C_(3)N_(4)/NF(45.0 kJ·mol^(-1))under visible light irradiation was obviously reduced when compared with the natural condition(48.4 kJ·mol^(-1))and binary Co-B@g-C_(3)N_(4)/NF(60.6 kJ·mol^(-1))under visible light ***,the catalytic performance of the optimized Co-Fe-B@g-C_(3)N_(4)/NF thin film catalyst was superior to most of the reported non-noble metal and even noble metal ***,it illustrated that the catalytic H_(2)production performance of Co-Fe-B@g-C_(3)N_(4)/NF thin film was distinctly improved after the introduction of light and multicomponent recombination.

长期处于高温与大温差将会损坏电池性能与使用寿命,而现有的电池储能冷却系统普遍存在冷却效率低、冷热气流组织紊乱以及漏液风险等问题。针对以上不足,本文研发了应用于大型集装箱储能的新型两相冷板液冷系统,并在湖南省湘潭市某储能电站对其温控效果进行现场实测。首先,分析了两相冷板在整个充、放电过程中对全舱与各电池箱的电池温度和温度一致性的控制效果,其次,揭示了充、放电过程结束后的静置期间电池温度变化规律。研究结果表明,两相冷板液冷系统在整个充、放电过程中能够有效降低电池的温升,并将全舱电池的最大温差从传统液冷系统的4.17℃降低至3℃以内,提高了电池温度的一致性;在同等充、放电条件下,充电时电池散发的热量高于放电时电池散发的热量;无冷却情况下,静置阶段储能电站内部电池会出现80 min及更长时间持续高温的现象。
