This paper summarizes the encrgy consumption of rail transit and the current situation of energy saving. Then it puts forward a number of policy support measures on the technology management from several aspects, such as the raft line, traction power supply, energy-saving mode and so on The related research helps urban rail transit enterprises save energy consumption, reduce costs to improve their market competitiveness, as well as to promote the enterprises to fulfill social responsibility and carry out the sustainable development idea.

Currently, therapy for squamous cancer （SqC） is unsatisfactory. Staphylococcal enterotoxin B （SEB） has strong immune regulatory activity. This study tests the hypothesis that SEB enforces the effect of immunotherapy on SqC growth in a mouse model. C3H/HeN mice and the SqC cell line squamous cell carcinoma VII were used to create an SqC mouse model. Immune cell assessment was performed by flow cytometry. Real-time RT-PCR and western blotting were used to evaluate target molecule expression. An apoptosis assay was used to assess the suppressive effect of T helper-9 （Th9） cells on the SqC cells. The results showed that immunotherapy consisting of SEB plus SqC antigen significantly inhibited SqC growth in the mice. The frequency of Th9 cells was markedly increased in the SqC tissue and mouse spleens after treatment. SEB markedly increased the levels of signal transducer and activator of transcription 5 phosphorylation and the expression of histone deacetylase-1 （HDAC1） and PU.1 （the transcription factor of the interleukin 9 （IL-9） gene） in CD4^＋ T cells. Exposure to SqC-specific Th9 cells markedly induced SqC cell apoptosis both in vitro and in vivo. In conclusion, the administration of SEB induces Th9 cells in SqC-bearing mice, and theseTh9 cells inhibit SqC growth.

Autophagy is a conserved lysosomal degradation pathway where cellular components are dynamically degraded and re-processed to maintain physical ***,the physiological effect of autophagy appears to be *** the one hand,autophagy functions as a cytoprotective mechanism,protecting against multiple diseases,especially tumor,cardiovascular disorders,and neurodegenerative and infectious ***,autophagy may also play a detrimental role via pro-survival effects on cancer cells or cell-killing effects on normal body *** disorder onset and progression,the expression levels of autophagy-related regulators and proteins encoded by autophagy-related genes(ATGs)are abnormally regulated,giving rise to imbalanced autophagy ***,the detailed mechanisms and molecular events of this process are quite ***,including DNA methylation,histone modifications and miRNAs,and post-translational modifications,including ubiquitination,phosphorylation and acetylation,precisely manipulate gene expression and protein function,and are strongly correlated with the occurrence and development of multiple *** is substantial evidence that autophagy-relevant regulators and machineries are subjected to epigenetic and post-translational modulation,resulting in alterations in autophagy levels,which subsequently induces disease or affects the therapeutic effectiveness to *** this review,we focus on the regulatory mechanisms mediated by epigenetic and post-translational modifications in disease-related autophagy to unveil potential therapeutic *** addition,the effect of autophagy on the therapeutic effectiveness of epigenetic drugs or drugs targeting post-translational modification have also been discussed,providing insights into the combination with autophagy activators or inhibitors in the treatment of clinical diseases.

The present study aimed to explore the potential of artificial intelligence(AI)methodology based on magnetic resonance(MR)images to aid in the management of prostate cancer(PCa).To this end,we reviewed and summarized the studies comparing the diagnostic and predictive performance for PCa between AI and common clinical assessment methods based on MR images and/or clinical characteristics,thereby investigating whether AI methods are generally superior to common clinical assessment methods for the diagnosis and prediction fields of ***,we found that,in the included studies of the present study,AI methods were generally equal to or better than the clinical assessment methods for the risk assessment of PCa,such as risk stratification of prostate lesions and the prediction of therapeutic outcomes or PCa *** particular,for the diagnosis of clinically significant PCa,the AI methods achieved a higher summary receiver operator characteristic curve(SROC-AUC)than that of the clinical assessment methods(0.87 vs.0.82).For the prediction of adverse pathology,the AI methods also achieved a higher SROC-AUC than that of the clinical assessment methods(0.86 vs.0.75).Second,as revealed by the radiomics quality score(RQS),the studies included in the present study presented a relatively high total average RQS of 15.2(11.0–20.0).Further,the scores of the individual RQS elements implied that the AI models in these studies were constructed with relatively perfect and standard radiomics processes,but the exact generalizability and clinical practicality of the AI models should be further validated using higher levels of evidence,such as prospective studies and open-testing datasets.

Background： Secondary preventive therapies play a key role in the prevention of adverse outcomes after coronary artery bypass grafting （CABG）. However, medication adherence alter CABG is often poor, and conventional interventions for improving adherence have limited success. With increasing penetration of smartphones, health-related smartphone applications might provide an opportunity to improve adherence. Carefully designed trials are needed to provide reliable evidence for the use of these applications in patients after CABG. Methods： The Measurement and Improvement Studies of Surgical Coronary Revascularization： Medication Adherence （MISSION-2） study is a multicenter randomized controlled trial, aiming to randomize 1000 CABG patients to the intervention or control groups in a 1 ： 1 ratio. We developed the multifaceted, patient-centered, smartphone-based Heart Health Application to encourage lnedication adherence in the intervention group through a health self management program initiated dnring hospital admission for CABG. The application integrated daily scheduled reminders to take the discharge medications, cardiac edticational materials, a dynamic dashboard to review cardiovascular risk factors and secondary prevention targets, and weekly questionnaires with interactive feedback. The primary outcome was secondary preventive medication adherence measured by the Chinese version of the 8-item Morisky Medication Adherence Scale at 6 months after randomization. In-situ synthesis of quantum dots in the nucleus of live cells

The cell nucleus is the main site for the storage and replication of genetic material, and the synthesis of substances in the nucleus is rhythmic, regular and strictly regulated by physiological processes. However,whether exogenous substances, such as nanoparticles, can be synthesized in situ in the nucleus of live cells has not been reported. Here, we have achieved in-situ synthesis of CdSxSe1-xquantum dots（QDs） in the nucleus by regulation of the glutathione（GSH） metabolic pathway. High enrichment of GSH in the nucleus can be accomplished by the addition of GSH with the help of the Bcl-2 protein. Then, high-valence Se is reduced to low-valence Se by glutathione-reductase-catalyzed GSH, and interacts with the Cd precursor formed through Cd and thiol-rich proteins, eventually generating QDs in the nucleus. Our work contributes to a new understanding of the syntheses of substances in the cell nucleus and will pave the way for the development of advanced ‘supercells’.

Investigation of airborne fungi at different altitudes in Shenzhen University

Aim: To investigate the richness of species or genera of airborne fungi, the amount of airborne fungi, and its seasonal variation at different al-titudes in Shenzhen University. The effect of meteorological factors on airborne fungi was also analyzed. Methods: Slide-exposure me- thod and open-plate method were used. Results: There were 27 genera or species of fungus spores identified. Among the identified fungal genus, Cladosporium, Ustilago, Alternaria, Helminth-sporium and Uredinales were more prevalent. There were 18 genera of fungi colonies identified. Among which Penicillium, non-sporulating fungi, Aspergillus, Saccharomyces and Cladosporium were more common. The airborne fungal spores were present in the atmosphere of Shenzhen University all year round. The peaks of airborne spores appeared during April and October, while the lowest numbers were observed during January, July and December from March 2005-Febrary 2006. The highest volumes of fungi colonies were observed during April, October and September, while the lowest numbers were de-tected during in January, July and December or May from March 2005-Febrary 2006. The meteoro-logical factors had no relationship between the total monthly spore count at 10 and 30 meter height. At 70 meter, the total spores count was negatively correlated with solar radiation. Conclusions: Most of the fungi spores decreased along with the increase of altitudes.
