Since the classical element model cannot describe the nonlinear characteristics of rock during the entire compressive creep process,nonlinear elements and creep damage are generally introduced in the model to resolve this ***,several previous studies have reckoned that creep damage in rock only occurs in the accelerated creep stage and is only described by the Weibull ***,the creep damage mechanism of rocks is still not clearly *** this study,a reasonable representation of the damage variables of solid materials is ***,based on the Gurson damage model,the damage state functions reflecting the constant creep stage and accelerated creep stage of rock are ***,the one-dimensional and three-dimensional creep damage constitutive equations of rock are derived by modifying the Nishihara ***,the creep-acoustic emission tests of phyllite under different confining pressures are conducted to examine the creep damage characteristics of *** the proposed constitutive model is verified by analyzing the results of creep tests performed on saturated ***,this study reveals the relationship between the creep characteristics of rocks and the corresponding damage evolution pattern,which bridges the gap between the traditional theory and the quantitative analysis of rock creep and its damage pattern.

Without intervention,a considerable proportion of patients with metabolism‐associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)will progress from simple steatosis to metabolism‐associated steatohepatitis(MASH),liver fibrosis,and even hepatocellular ***,the molecular mechanisms that control progressive MAFLD have yet to be fully ***,we unraveled that the expression of the N6-methyladenosine(m6A)methyltransferase METTL14 is remarkably downregulated in the livers of both patients and several murine models of MAFLD,whereas hepatocyte-specific depletion of this methyltransferase aggravated lipid accumulation,liver injury,and ***,hepatic Mettl14 overexpression alleviated the above pathophysiological changes in mice fed on a high-fat diet(HFD).Notably,in vivo and in vitro mechanistic studies indicated that METTL14 downregulation decreased the level of GLS2 by affecting the translation efficiency mediated by YTHDF1 in an m6A-depedent manner,which might help to form an oxidative stress microenvironment and accordingly recruit Cx3cr1^(+)Ccr2^(+)monocyte-derived macrophages(Mo-macs).In detail,Cx3cr1^(+)Ccr2^(+)Mo-macs can be categorized into M1-like macrophages and S100A4-positive macrophages and then further activate hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)to promote liver *** experiments revealed that CX3CR1 can activate the transcription of S100A4 via CX3CR1/MyD88/NF-κB signaling pathway in Cx3cr1^(+)Ccr2^(+)*** of METTL14 or GLS2,or interfering with this signal transduction pathway such as inhibiting MyD88 could ameliorate liver injuries and *** together,these findings indicate potential therapies for the treatment of MAFLD progression.

Microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg–Zn–Y alloys with different Zn/Y atomic ratios with or without artificial cooling (AC) extrusion were systematically investigated in this work. The results show that bimodal microstructure consisting of submicron dynamic recrystallized (DRXed) grains with high fraction of low-angle grain boundaries (LAGBs) and elongated unDRXed grains was formed in Mg_(98.7)Zn_(1)Y_(0.3) alloy with AC extrusion. The AC process effectively limits the growth of precipitated phases, and large amount of nanoscale precipitates were dynamically precipitated during the extrusion process. AC extrusion could effectually refine the lamellar 14H LPSO phases and inhibit the transition from stacking faults to LSPO phases in Mg_(98)Zn_(1)Y_(1) alloy and the narrow LPSO phase in Mg_(98)Zn_(1)Y_(1)-AC alloy which could promote the nucleation of DRXed grains. The AC extrusion significantly improves the strength of Mg–Zn–Y alloys. Owing to AC extrusion, the strength improvement of Mg_(98.7)Zn_(1)Y_(0.3) alloy is mainly attributed to fine grain strengthening, dislocation strengthening, and nano-phases precipitation strengthening. After AC process, more fine grains and nano-phases jointly strengthen the Mg_(98)Zn_(1)Y_(1) alloy. The Mg_(98)Zn_(1)Y_(1) alloy obtains optimal mechanical properties after extrusion at 623 K, with ultimate tensile strength (UTS) of 406 MPa, yield strength (YS) of 388 MPa, and elongation (EL) of 5.6%.

The balancing of the electrochemical performance,mechanical stability,and processing technology for applying supercapacitors to flexible and wearable electronics continues to encounter severe ***,we prepare Ni-Co-Mn hydroxide electrodes with a threedimensional multichannel structure via a simple hydrothermal *** are constructed using vertically contiguous nano sheets with a uniform thickness and rough *** electrodes can provide numerous electroactive sites and accelerate the transmission of electrolyte *** relationship between the structure and electrochemical performances is verified by experiments and theoretical ***-dimensional(2D)planar and one-dimensional(1D)fiber electrodes are prepared using a flexible carbon cloth(CC)and carbon fiber(CF),respectively,as *** assembled quasi-solid-state flexible asymmetric supercapacitor(FASC)with a twodimensional sandwich structure using NiCoMn-OH/CC as the electrode achieves a remarkable energy density of73.8 Wh·kg^(-1)at a power density of 1.03 kW·kg^(-1).The quasi-solid-state FASC with a 1D linear structure using NiCoMn-OH/CF as the electrode also attains a high energy density(12.9 Wh·kg^(-1)at a power density of0.75 W·kg^(-1)).Moreover,the electrochemical performances of the NiCoMn/CC//AC/CC and NiCoMn/CF//AC/CF FASCs are not disturbed at different bending angles(0°,45°,90°,135°and 180°),This indicates the superior flexibility of the *** also assemble a self-powered energy-harvesting storage system by integrating FASCs and commercial solar cells to verify its *** displays sustainable development potential for energy storage.
