As the main link of ground engineering,crude oil gathering and transportation systems require huge energy consumption and complex *** is necessary to establish an energy efficiency evaluation system for crude oil gathering and transportation systems and identify the energy efficiency *** this paper,the energy efficiency evaluation system of the crude oil gathering and transportation system in an oilfield in western China is *** with the big data analysis method,the GA-BP neural network is used to establish the energy efficiency index prediction model for crude oil gathering and transportation *** comprehensive energy consumption,gas consumption,power consumption,energy utilization rate,heat utilization rate,and power utilization rate of crude oil gathering and transportation systems are *** the efficiency and unit consumption index of the crude oil gathering and transportation system,the energy efficiency evaluation system of the crude oil gathering and transportation system is established based on a game theory combined weighting method and TOPSIS evaluation method,and the subjective weight is determined by the triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy *** entropy weight method determines the objective weight,and the combined weight of game theory combines subjectivity with objectivity to comprehensively evaluate the comprehensive energy efficiency of crude oil gathering and transportation systems and their ***,the weak links in energy utilization are identified,and energy conservation and consumption reduction are *** above research provides technical support for the green,efficient and intelligent development of crude oil gathering and transportation systems.

Dear editor,Cas13,a class Ⅱ type Ⅵ CRISPR‒Cas endonuclease with two higher eukaryotes and prokaryotes nucleotide-binding(HEPN)domains,exclusively binds to and cleaves single-stranded RNA by a complementary guide RNA(gRNA)(Makarova et al.,2020).RfxCas13d(also known as CasRx)is an ortholog of CRISPR‒Cas13 with a relatively small size and robust RNA knockdown capability in mammalian cells(Konermann et al.,2018).Owing to its simplicity and high efficiency,CasRx has been applied for RNA targeting in various types of cells and ***,most of these studies failed to control the nuclease activity of CasRx *** re-engineered split-Cas9 system enables inducible genome editing and epigenetic modulation through chemical-induced reassembly of the Cas9 protein(Zetsche et al.,2015).However,tools that allow for efficient and controllable RNA knockdown by a split-Cas13 system remain to be established.

Sedimentary paleoenvironment and its control on organic matter enrichment in the Mesoproterozoic hydrocarbon source rocks in the Ordos Basin, southern margin of the North China Craton

The black shale of the Mesoproterozoic Cuizhuang Formation in the Changcheng System in Yongji city,North China Craton, is a potential source rock. Understanding the organic matter enrichment mechanism is crucial for evaluating source rock resources and understanding oil and gas accumulation *** this study, we evaluated the sedimentary paleoenvironment and organic matter enrichment mechanisms of shale using thin section observations, mineral composition analysis, organic geochemistry, and elemental geochemistry. We found significant differences in the sedimentary paleoenvironment and organic matter enrichment mechanisms between the lower Cuizhuang Formation and the Beidajian Formation shale. The Cuizhuang Formation was deposited in a late-stage, restricted basin environment during the rift phase, and elemental and geochemical indicators showed that the Cuizhuang Formation was in a suboxic-anoxic water environment, that was influenced by a warm and humid paleoclimate and submarine hydrothermal activities, which promoted the accumulation of organic matter. However, the enrichment of organic matter in the Cuizhuang Formation was mainly controlled by redox *** formation of suboxic-anoxic water environments may be closely related to the warm and humid paleoclimate and submarine hydrothermal activities. Warm conditions promote continental weathering and increase marine productivity, thereby consuming oxygen in the bottom water. Moreover, acidic hydrothermal activity also helps to establish an anoxic environment. Our results reveal the effects controlling various coupled mechanisms dominated by redox conditions, which may explain the development of source rocks in the Cuizhuang Formation.

A new two-step variational model for multiplicative noise removal with applications to texture images

Multiplicative noise removal problems have attracted much attention in recent *** additive noise,multiplicative noise destroys almost all information of the original image,especially for texture *** by the TV-Stokes model,we propose a new two-step variational model to denoise the texture images corrupted by multiplicative noise with a good geometry explanation in this *** the first step,we convert the multiplicative denoising problem into an additive one by the logarithm transform and propagate the isophote directions in the tangential field *** the isophote directions are constructed,an image is restored to fit the constructed directions in the second *** existence and uniqueness of the solution to the variational problems are *** these two steps,we use the gradient descent method and construct finite difference schemes to solve the ***,the augmented Lagrangian method and the fast Fourier transform are adopted to accelerate the *** results show that the proposed model can remove the multiplicative noise efficiently and protect the texture well.

3D-Printed Flat-Bone-Mimetic Bioceramic Scaffolds for Cranial Restoration

The limitations of autologous bone grafts necessitate the development of advanced biomimetic biomaterials for efficient cranial defect *** cranial bones are typical flat bones with sandwich structures,consisting of a diploe in the middle region and 2 outer compact *** this study,we originally developed 2 types of flat-bone-mimeticβ-tricalcium phosphate bioceramic scaffolds(Gyr-Comp and Gyr-Tub)by high-precision vat-photopolymerization-based 3-dimensional *** scaffolds had 2 outer layers and an inner layer with gyroid pores mimicking the diploe *** outer layers of Gyr-Comp scaffolds simulated the low porosity of outer tables,while those of Gyr-Tub scaffolds mimicked the tubular pore structure in the tables of flat *** Gyr-Comp and Gyr-Tub scaffolds possessed higher compressive strength and noticeably promoted in vitro cell proliferation,osteogenic differentiation,and angiogenic activities compared with conventional scaffolds with cross-hatch *** implantation into rabbit cranial defects for 12 weeks,Gyr-Tub achieved the best repairing effects by accelerating the generation of bone tissues and blood *** work provides an advanced strategy to prepare biomimetic biomaterials that fit the structural and functional needs of efficacious bone regeneration.

Micromechanical modeling of longitudinal tensile behavior and failure mechanism of unidirectional carbon fiber/aluminum composites involving fiber strength dispersion

This paper examines the longitudinal tensile behavior and failure mechanism of a new unidirectional carbon fiber reinforced aluminum composite through experiments and simulations.A Weibull distribution model was established to describe the fiber strength dispersion based on single-fiber tensile tests for carbon fibers extracted from the *** constitutive models for the matrix and interface were established based on the uniaxial tensile and single-fiber push-out tests,***,a 3D micromechanical numerical model,innovatively considering the fiber strength dispersion by use of the weakest link and Weibull distribution theories,was estab-lished to simulate the progressive failure behavior of the composite under longitudinal *** to the dispersion of fiber strength,the weakest link of the fiber first fractures,and stress concentra-tion occurs in the surrounding fibers,interfaces,and *** maximum stress concentration fac-tor for neighboring fibers varies nonlinearly with the distance from the fractured *** isolated and clustered fractured fibers are present during the progressive failure process of the *** expansion of fractured fiber clusters intensifies stress concentration and material degradation which in turn enlarges the fractured fiber clusters,and their mutual action leads to the final collapse of the composite.

Interpretation and characterization of rate of penetration intelligent prediction model

Accurate prediction of the rate of penetration(ROP)is significant for drilling *** the intelligent ROP prediction model based on fully connected neural networks(FNN)outperforms traditional ROP equations and machine learning algorithms,its lack of interpretability undermines its *** study proposes a novel interpretation and characterization method for the FNN ROP prediction model using the Rectified Linear Unit(ReLU)activation *** leveraging the derivative of the ReLU function,the FNN function calculation process is transformed into vector *** FNN model is linearly characterized through further simplification,enabling its interpretation and *** proposed method is applied in ROP prediction scenarios using drilling data from three vertical wells in the Tarim *** results demonstrate that the FNN ROP prediction model with ReLU as the activation function performs exceptionally *** relative activation frequency curve of hidden layer neurons aids in analyzing the overfitting of the FNN ROP model and determining drilling data *** the well sections with similar drilling data,averaging the weight parameters enables linear characterization of the FNN ROP prediction model,leading to the establishment of a corresponding linear representation ***,the quantitative analysis of each feature's influence on ROP facilitates the proposal of drilling parameter optimization schemes for the current well *** established linear characterization equation exhibits high precision,strong stability,and adaptability through the application and validation across multiple well sections.

Aboveground biomass stocks of species-rich natural forests in southern China are influenced by stand structural attributes,species richness and precipitation

Forests,the largest terrestrial carbon sinks,play an important role in carbon sequestration and climate change *** forest attributes and environmental factors have been shown to impact aboveground biomass,their influence on biomass stocks in species-rich forests in southern China,a biodiversity hotspot,has rarely been *** this study,we characterized the effects of environmental factors,forest structure,and species diversity on aboveground biomass stocks of 30 plots(1 ha each) in natural forests located within seven nature reserves distributed across subtropical and marginal tropical zones in Guangxi,*** results indicate that forest aboveground biomass stocks in this region are lower than those in mature tropical and subtropical forests in other ***,we found that aboveground biomass was positively correlated with stand age,mean annual precipitation,elevation,structural attributes and species richness,although not with species *** we compared stands with the same basal area,we found that aboveground biomass stock was higher in communities with a higher coefficient of variation of diameter at breast *** findings highlight the importance of maintaining forest structural diversity and species richness to promote aboveground biomass accumulation and reveal the potential impacts of precipitation changes resulting from climate warming on the ecosystem services of subtropical and northern tropical forests in ***,many natural forests in southern China are not fully ***,their continued growth will increase their carbon storage over time.

In this paper,we consider the limit distribution of the error density function estima-tor in the rst-order autoregressive models with negatively associated and positively associated random *** mild regularity assumptions,some asymptotic normality results of the residual density estimator are obtained when the autoregressive models are stationary process and explosive *** order to illustrate these results,some simulations such as con dence intervals and mean integrated square errors are provided in this *** shows that the residual density estimator can replace the density\estimator"which contains errors.

Emerging as a prominent area of focus in energy conversion and storage technologies,the development of highly active metal-based single-atom catalysts(SACs)holds great signiﬁcance in searching alternatives to replace precious metals toward the efficient,stable,and low-cost hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),as well as the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).Combining the tremendous tunability of ligand and coordination environment with rich metal-based electrocatalysts can create breakthrough opportunities for achieving both high stability and ***,we propose a novel and stable holey graphene-like carbon nitride monolayer g-C_(16)N5(N_(4)@g-C_(16)N_(3))stoichiometries interestingly behaving as a natural substrate for constructing SACs((TM-N_(4))@g-C_(16)N_(3)),whose evenly distributed holes map rich and uniform nitrogen coordination positions with electron-rich lone pairs for anchoring transition metal(TM)***,we employed density functional theory(DFT)calculations to systematically investigate the electrocatalytic activity of(TM-N_(4))@g-C_(16)N_(3) toward HER/OER/ORR,meanwhile considering the synergistic modulation of H-loading and O-coordination((TM-N_(x)O_(4-x))@g-C_(16)N_(3)^(-)H_(3),x=0–4).Together a“four-step procedure”screening mechanism with the first-principles high-throughput calculations,we find that(Rh-N_(4))and(Ir-N_(2)O_(2)-II)distributed on g-C_(16)N_(3)^(-)H_(3) can modulate the adsorption strength of the adsorbates,thus achieving the best HER/OER/ORR performance among 216 candidates,and the lowest overpotential of 0.098/0.3/0.46 V and 0.06/0.48/0.45 V,***,the d-band center,crystal orbital Hamilton population(COHP),and molecular orbitals are used to reveal the OER/ORR activity ***,the Rh/Ir-d orbital is dramatically hybridized with the O-p orbital of the oxygenated adsorbates,so that the lone-electrons incipiently locate at the antibonding orbital pair up and popula
