Based on single Cesium atoims trapped in a 1064 nm microscopic optical trap we have exhibited a single qubit encoded in the Cesium ＂clock states＂. The single qubit initialization, detection and the fast state rotation with high efficiencies are demonstrated and this state manipulation is crucial for quantmn information processing. The ground ~ates Rabi flopping rate of 229.0 ± 0.6 kHz is realized hy a two-photon Raman process. A clock states dephasing time of 3.0 ± 0.7 ms is measured, while all irreversible homogeneous dephasing time of 124 ± 17 ms is achieved by using the spin-echo technique. This well-controlled single atom provides an ideal quantmn qubit and quantmn node for quantum information processing.

Galaxy clustering provides insightful clues to our understanding of galaxy formation and evolution,as well as the *** redshift assignment for the random sample is one of the key steps to accurately measure galaxy *** this paper,by virtue of the mock galaxy catalogs,we investigate the effect of two redshift assignment methods on the measurement of galaxy two-point correlation functions(hereafter 2 PCFs),the Vmax method and the"shuffled"*** have found that the shuffled method significantly underestimates both of the projected 2 PCFs and the two-dimensional 2 PCFs in redshift space,while the Vmax method does not show any notable bias on the 2 PCFs for volume-limited *** fluxlimited samples,the bias produced by the Vmax method is less than half of the shuffled method on large ***,we strongly recommend the Vmax method to assign redshifts to random samples in the future galaxy clustering analysis.

Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have attracted significant attention in the past two decades due to their diverse physical properties and associated *** numerous advances have been made,the acoustic properties of MOFs have attracted very little ***,we systematically investigate the acoustic velocities and impedances of 19 prototypical MOFs via first-principle *** results demonstrate that these MOFs exhibit a wider range of acoustic velocities,higher anisotropy,and lower acoustic impedances than their inorganic counterparts,which are ascribed to their structural diversity and anisotropy,as well as low *** addition,the piezoelectric properties,which are intimately related to the acoustic properties,were calculated for 3 MOFs via density functional perturbation theory,which reveals that MOFs can exhibit significant piezoelectricity due to the ionic *** work provides a comprehensive study of the fundamental acoustic properties of MOFs,which could stimulate further interest in this new exciting field.

A rapid, safe, and efficient method for the synthesis of novel molecular clefts based on deoxycholic acid was reported. Seven new molecular clefts have been synthesized in good yields （89-98%）. This method proved to be extremely simple and highly efficient. The structures of these receptors were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. 2007 zhi gang Zhao. A Direct Numerical Simulation （DNS） for understanding the dynamic response of bubble cluster to pulses of pressure perturbations has been studied by using a front-tracking method. The results show that owing to high nonlinearity, the bubble shape and volume oscillations caused by passing by pressure wave will be transformed into an in-phase volumetric oscillation of whole bubble cluster at a particular low-frequency. The value of the frequency is independent of the pulse excitations but the characteristics of the bubble cluster such as its bubble size, bulk void fraction and its spacial distribution etc. It is believed that this study provides important information for us to understand the coupling mechanism of cavitation cloud involved in cavitation resonance, a phenomenon noticed by one of the authors more than two decades ago.

Unsupervised anomaly detection can detect attacks without the need for clean or labeled training *** paper studies the application of clustering to unsupervised anomaly detection(ACUAD).Data records are mapped to a feature *** are detected by determining which points lie in the sparse regions of the feature space.A critical element for this method to be effective is the definition of the distance function between data *** propose a unified normalization distance framework for records with numeric and nominal features mixed data.A heuristic method that computes the distance for nominal features is proposed,taking advantage of an important characteristic of nominal features-their probability ***,robust methods are proposed for mapping numeric features and computing their distance,these being able to tolerate the impact of the value difference in scale and diversification among features,and outliers introduced by *** experiments with the KDD 1999 dataset showed that ACUAD can detect intrusions with relatively low false alarm rates compared with other approaches.

Chx10-expressing V2 a(Chx10+V2 a) spinal interneurons play a large role in the excitatory drive of motoneurons. Chemogenetic ablation studies have demonstrated the essential nature of Chx10+V2 a interneurons in the regulation of locomotor initiation, maintenance, alternation, speed, and rhythmicity. The role of Chx10+V2 a interneurons in locomotion and autonomic nervous system regulation is thought to be robust, but their precise role in spinal motor regulation and spinal cord injury have not been fully explored. The present paper reviews the origin, characteristics, and functional roles of Chx10+V2 a interneurons with an emphasis on their involvement in the pathogenesis of spinal cord injury. The diverse functional properties of these cells have only been substantiated by and are due in large part to their integration in a variety of diverse spinal circuits. Chx10+V2 a interneurons play an integral role in conferring locomotion, which integrates various corticospinal, mechanosensory, and interneuron pathways. Moreover, accumulating evidence suggests that Chx10+V2 a interneurons also play an important role in rhythmic patterning maintenance, leftright alternation of central pattern generation, and locomotor pattern generation in higher order mammals, likely conferring complex locomotion. Consequently, the latest research has focused on postinjury transplantation and noninvasive stimulation of Chx10+V2 a interneurons as a therapeutic strategy, particularly in spinal cord injury. Finally, we review the latest preclinical study advances in laboratory derivation and stimulation/transplantation of these cells as a strategy for the treatment of spinal cord injury. The evidence supports that the Chx10+V2 a interneurons act as a new therapeutic target for spinal cord injury. Future optimization strategies should focus on the viability, maturity, and functional integration of Chx10+V2 a interneurons transplanted in spinal cord injury foci.
