In the process of photocatalytic water cracking,the migration rate and utilization rate of photogenerated charges determine the hydrogen evolution performance of the *** this paper,a carbon isotope superconducting material graphdiyne(GDY)is prepared by mechanical ball milling and introduced into the S-scheme heterojunction Zn_(0.5)Co_(0.5)S/MoS_(2)inorganic *** terms of hydrogen evolution kinetics,GDY acts as an electron bridge,not only accelerating the migration of photogenerated carriers but also improving the utilization of photogenerated ***,the large twodimensional layer provides more loading and anchoring points for Zn_(0.5)Co_(0.5)S/MoS_(2),which increases the number of active *** ternary composite catalyst 20%GDY/Zn_(0.5)Co_(0.5)S/MoS_(2)(20-GCSM)generates 69.94μmol of hydrogen(5 h)in triethanolamine *** is 2.97 and1.80 times higher than Zn_(0.5)Co_(0.5)S and Zn_(0.5)Co_(0.5)S/MoS_(2),*** the cyclic experiment,it still has stable hydrogen evolution performance after standing for24 h(under dark conditions).In addition,the potential mechanism of photocatalytic hydrogen evolution is demonstrated through in-situ X-ray photoelectron *** work provides a reference for further research in the field of introducing carbon materials into photocatalytic systems and improving the utilization of photogenerated charges.

Propylene carbonate(PC)-based electrolytes have exhibited significant advantages in boosting the low-temperature discharging of graphite-based li-ion ***,it is still unclear whether they can improve the charging property and suppress lithium *** this topic is challenging due to the problem of electrochemical *** overcome this issue,we introduced graphite with phase *** results show that the pouch-type full batteries using PC-based electrolyte exhibit steady performance over 500 cycles and can be reversibly charged over 30 times at-20℃ with an average Coulombic efficiency of 99.95%,while the corresponding value for the conventional ethylene carbonate(EC)-based electrolyte sample is only 31.20%.This indicates that the use of PC-based electrolyte significantly suppresses lithium plating during low-temperature *** further demonstrate that the improved performance is mainly attributed to the unique solvation structure,where PF-6more anions participate in solvation,leading to the formation of a stable F-rich solid state electrolyte interface on the graphite surface and a lower reduction tendency of li+*** work inspires new ideas for the design of PC-based electrolytes for low-temperature charging and fast-charging batteries.

The far-field microdynamic disturbance caused by the excavation of deep mineral resources and underground engineering can induce surrounding rock damage in high-stress conditions and even lead to ***,the mechanical properties and damage/fracture evolution mechanisms of deep rock induced by microdynamic disturbance under three-dimensional stress states are ***,a true triaxial multilevel disturbance test method is proposed,which can completely simulate natural geostress,excavation stress redistribution(such as stress unloading,concentration and rotation),and subsequently the microdynamic disturbance triggering damaged rock *** on a dynamic true triaxial test platform,true triaxial microdynamic disturbance tests under different frequency and amplitudes were carried out on *** results show that increasing amplitude or decreasing frequency diminishes the failure strength of *** modulus gradually decreases during disturbance *** frequency and amplitude increase,the degradation rate of deformation modulus decreases slightly,disturbance dissipated energy increases significantly,and disturbance deformation anisotropy strengthens obviously.A damage model has been proposed to quantitatively characterize the disturbance-induced damage evolution at different frequency and amplitude under true triaxial *** disturbance failure,the micro-tensile crack mechanism is dominant,and the micro-shear crack mechanism increases significantly at *** the increase of amplitude and frequency,the micro-shear crack mechanism *** approaching disturbance failure,the acoustic emission fractal dimension changes from a stable value to local large oscillation,and finally increases sharply to a high value at ***,the disturbance-induced failure mechanism of surrounding rock in deep engineering is clearly elucidated.

Cadmium(Cd)is a non-essential toxic heavy metal,seriously posing high environmental risks to human *** genetic resources relevant to functional genes is important for understanding the metal absorption and accumulation in crops and bioremediation of Cd-polluted *** study investigated a functionally uncharacterized ATP binding cassette transporter G family(ABCG)gene encoding a Pleiotropic Drug Resistance 20(PDR20)type metal transporter which is localized to the plasma membrane of ***20 was transcriptionally expressed in almost all tissues and organs in lifespan and was strongly induced in roots and shoots of young rice under Cd *** expression of OsPDR20 in a yeast mutant ycf1 sensitive to Cd conferred cellular tolerance with less Cd *** of OsPDR20 by RNA interference(RNAi)moderately attenuated root/shoot elongation and biomass,with reduced chlorophylls in rice grown under hydroponic medium with 2 and 10μmol/L Cd,but led to more Cd accumulation.A field trial of rice grown in a realistic Cd-contaminated soil(0.40 mg/kg)showed that RNAi plants growth and development were also compromised compared to wild-type(WT),with smaller panicles and lower spikelet fertility but little effect on yield of ***,OsPDR20 suppression resulted in unexpectedly higher levels of Cd accumulation in rice straw including lower leaves and culm and *** results suggest that OsPDR20 is actively involved in Cd accumulation and homeostasis in rice *** increased Cd accumulation in the RNAi plants has the potential application in phytoremediation of Cd-polluted wetland soils.

Fruit flies usually harbor diverse communities of bacteria in their digestive systems,which are known to play a significant role in their ***,little information is available on Zeugodacus tau,a polyphagous pest *** study reports the first extensive analysis of bacterial communities in different life stages and their effect on the development and reproduction of laboratory-reared Z *** bacteria were identified using the conventional method and all bacteria were identified by highthroughput technologies(16S ribosomal RNA gene sequencing of V3-V4 region).A total of six bacterial phyla were identified in larvae,pupae,and male and female adult flies,which were distributed into 14 classes,32 orders,58 families and 96 *** was the most represented phylum in all the stages except ***,Klebsiella,Providencia,and Pseudomonas were identified by conventional and next-generation sequencing analysis in both male and female adult flies,and Enterobacter was found to be the main *** being fed with antibiotics from the first instar larvae,bacterial diversity changed markedly in the adult *** flies laid eggs and needed 20 days before oviposition while the treated flies showed ovary development inhibited and were not able to lay eggs,probably due to the alteration of the *** findings provide the cornerstone for unexplored research on bacterial function in Z tau,which will help to develop an environmentally friendly management technique for this kind of harmful insect.

Globally,most organic-rich shales are deposited with volcanic ash *** ash,a source for many sedimentary basins,can affect the sedimentary water environment,alter the primary productivity,and preserve the organic matter(OM)through physical,chemical,and biological *** an increasing number of breakthroughs in shale oil exploration in the Bohai Bay Basin in recent years,less attention has been paid to the crucial role of volcanic impact especially its influence on the OM enrichment and hydrocarbon ***,we studied the petrology,mineralogy,and geochemical characteristics of the organic-rich shale in the upper submember of the fourth member(Es_(4)^(1))and the lower submember of the third member(Es_(3)^(3))of the Shahejie Formation,aiming to better understand the volcanic impact on organic-rich shale *** results show that total organic carbon is higher in the upper shale intervals rich in volcanic ash with enriched light rare earth elements and moderate Eu *** indicates that volcanism promoted OM formation before or after the *** positive correlation between Eu/Eu*and Post-Archean Australian Shale indicates hydrothermal activity before the volcanic *** plane graph of the hydrocarbon-generating intensity(S1+S2)suggests that the heat released by volcanism promoted hydrocarbon ***,the nutrients carried by volcanic ash promoted biological blooms during Es_(4)^(1 )and Es_(3)^(3) deposition,yielding a high primary *** blooms consume large amounts of oxygen and form anoxic environments conducive to the burial and preservation of ***,this study helps to further understand the organic-inorganic interactions caused by typical geological events and provides a guide for the next step of shale oil exploration and development in other lacustrine basins in China.

Over the years,numerous geotechnical approaches have been implemented to mitigate the adverse effects of climate warming on various infrastructures in the permafrost region of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau(QTP),such as the Qinghai-Tibet Highway and Railway,and achieved the expected engineering ***,little attention has been given to whether the performance of these geotechnical approaches has changed during the ongoing process of climate *** investigate the performance variation of one of these geotechnical approaches,which is two-phase closed thermosyphon(TPCT),during sustained climate warming,we conducted a statistical analysis of soil temperature monitoring data in 2003-2020 from eight regular embankments and six TPCT embankments in our permafrost monitoring *** results indicate that TPCT undeniably has a cooling effect on the permafrost beneath embankments,even rapidly eliminated previously formed taliks beneath ***,further analysis reveals that the performance of TPCT has been weakening during sustained climate warming,which has confirmed by the re-forming of the taliks beneath embankment where they had been previously *** on the current understanding,we attributed the weakening of thermosyphon performance to a significant reduction in the air temperature freezing index caused by ongoing climate *** this study,we aimed to draw attention to the evolving performance of geotechnical approaches in permafrost regions amid climate warming,prompting necessary engineering innovations to address this situation and ensure the sustainable development of the permafrost region on the QTP.

The convenient synthesis of the composite electrode with high supercapacitance performance plays an important role in practical application but is ***, the carbon nanotubes（CNTs） coupled with lowcrystalline sulfur and nitrogen co-doped Ni Co-LDH（denoted as SN-Ni Co-LDH） nanosheets array are grown on Ni Co foam（NCF） substrate by two convenient steps of metal induced self-assembly and corrosion engineering,which present the advantages of operating at roomtemperature and low preparation costs. Benefiting from the S–N co-doping and low-crystallinity of Ni Co-LDH, the prepared SN-Ni Co-LDH@CNTs@NCF electrode presents a topping charge capacity of 2470 C·g-1(4.94 C·cm-2) at 5 m A·cm-2. Furthermore, the fabricated asymmetry supercapacitor（ASC） achieves an extraordinary energy density of 77 Wh·kg-1(0.617 m Wh·cm-2) at a power density of 438 W·kg-1(3.5 m W·cm-2) and outstanding stability(91% capacity retention after 5000 cycles at20 m A·cm-2). Impressively, the structure evolution of Ni Co-LDH during the charge/discharge processes has been thoroughly elucidated by in-situ Raman spectra. Therefore,this work verifies a powerful strategy and practical value for preparing composite electrodes with high supercapacitance performance, and also provides guidance for the rational design of the smart electrodes.

AIEgens can serve as an effective platform for the construction of photosensitizer-based immunogenic cell death(ICD)*** date,several mitochondria or endoplasmic reticulum(ER)-targeted aggregationinduced emission(AIE)molecules have been developed and have evoked massive ICD in ***,due to the complex physicochemical environment in cells,these small AIE molecules cannot maintain a stable aggregate state,which not only affects the fluorescence intensity of the photosensitizer but also decreases the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS),and thus reducing the effect of the photosensitizer to elicit ***-based nanomicelles,which maintain a stable micellar structure,can prevent defects of AIE molecules in photodynamic therapy(PDT)***,in this study,a mitochondria-targeted AIE nanophotosensitizer was synthesized and used as a highly potent ICD inducer for vaccine preparation and tumor prevention.

A novel nano-WS_(2)/graphene nanosheets(GNSs)composite is obtained by ball milling with xylitol as auxiliary agent and hightemperature *** improves the shear force during ball milling and well overcomes the van der Waals interactions between the interlayer of graphite and WS_(2).Through high-temperature calcination,GNSs and WS_(2) nanosheets can form tight interface *** produced WS_(2)/GNSs composites can be used as anode materials for lithium-ion batteries,while maintaining a high reversible specific capacity of 705 mAh·g^(-1)with the capacity retention of 95%at a current density of 250 mA·g^(-1)after 200 cycles,mainly because WS_(2)/GNSs composites have a higher li^(+)diffusion coefficient of 2.2×10^(-9)cm^(2)·s^(-1)and a higher specific surface area of 70.10 m^(2)·g^(-1).As a result,the xylitol-assisted ball milling method designed in this work is suitable for extended preparation of peeling of two-dimensional layer materials into nanosheets.
