Based on thin-section,argon-ion polished large-area imaging and nano-CT scanning data,the reservoir characteristics and genetic mechanisms of the Lower Silurian Longmaxi shale layers with different laminae and laminae combinations in the Sichuan Basin were *** is found that the shale has two kinds of laminae,clayey lamina and silty lamina,which are different in single lamina thickness,composition,pore type and structure,plane porosity and pore size *** clayey laminae are about 100μm thick each,over 15%in organic matter content,over 70%in quartz content,and higher in organic pore ratio and plane *** have abundant bedding fractures and organic matter and organic pores connecting with each other to form a *** contrast,the silty laminae are about 50μm thick each,5%to 15%in organic matter content,over 50%in carbonate content,higher in inorganic pore ratio,undeveloped in bedding fracture,and have organic matter and organic pores disconnected from each *** formation of mud lamina and silt lamina may be related to the flourish of silicon-rich *** mud lamina is formed during the intermittent period,and silt lamina is formed during the bloom period of silicon-rich *** mud laminae and silt laminae can combine into three types of assemblages:strip-shaped silt,gradating sand-mud and sand-mud thin *** strip-shaped silt assemblage has the highest porosity and horizontal/vertical permeability ratio,followed by the gradating sand-mud assemblage and sand-mud thin interlayer *** difference in the content ratio of the mud laminae to silt laminae results in the difference in the horizontal/vertical permeability ratio.

Crop diseases cause enormous yield losses and threaten global food *** of resistant cultivars can effectively control the disease and to minimize crop ***,high level of genetic immunity to disease was often accompanied by an undesired reduction in crop growth and ***,literatures have been rapidly emerged in understanding the mechanism of disease resistance and development genes in crop *** determine how and why the costs and the likely benefit of resistance genes caused in crop varieties,we re-summarized the present knowledge about the crosstalk between plant development and disease resistance caused by those genes that function as plasma membrane residents,MAPK cassette,nuclear envelope(NE)channels components and pleiotropic *** the growth-defense tradeoffs on the basis of current advances,finally,we try to understand and suggest that a reasonable balancing strategies based on the interplay between immunity with growth should be considered to enhance immunity capacity without yield penalty in future crop breeding.

秸秆打捆直燃锅炉供热是将秸秆在田间打包后直接送至锅炉燃用,实现从田间到灶头无缝衔接,减少秸秆二次加工和转运环节,燃料成本低,而且秸秆直燃锅炉的热效率达80%以上。秸秆能源化是利用农业废弃物循环再利用的一条主要途径,也是秸秆高值化利用的主要方向,与生态环保、能源替代优化息息相关。本文通过对铁岭顺鑫热力有限公司供暖实践进行总结提炼分析对比优势和运营模式,提出未来的发展方向和对策。

Direct numerical simulations are carried out to assess the potential drag reduction of compressible turbulent flow between isothermal *** the sake of achieving drag reduction,the flow is actively controlled by deformable dimples lying on the bottom wall of the *** first stage of the procedure consists in assessing the optimum geometry of the *** this regard,the lower wall is allowed to freely deform itself according to the loop of *** method is called the smart wall approach in this *** an analysis of the typical shape of the wall deformation thus obtained,it is found that dimples should be thinner than or comparable to the width of streaky structures in the spanwise direction and elongated in the streamwise *** active dimples as the wall-deformation actuators,a 15% drag reduction is obtained for the flow at Mam = 0.35 while the drag reduction rate is about 12% for the flow at Mam = *** fundamental mechanism of the drag reduction is then discussed in this *** drag reduction is believed to result from two aspects:the reduction of the mean streamwise velocity gradient near the deformable wall and the suppression of the turbulent fluctuations.

The male of Candacia varicans Giesbrecht, 1892 from the South China Sea was recorded and described. In general, the male of C. varicans is morphologically similar to those of C. arrnata and C. curta. However, it is distinguished with them by below several morphological characters：（1） posterolateral corners of the fifth thoracic segment prominently sharp and symmetrical; （2） right side of posterior edge of genital segment with a small backward protuberance; and （3） the dorsal surface of the third segment of the fifth pereiopod with a squamashaped protuberance.

青海省2014—2016年小麦条锈菌越夏菌源群体毒性结构分析

为探明青海省不同地区小麦条锈菌(Puccinia striiformis ***)越夏菌源之间的相互关系,于2014—2016年小麦秋苗期,从青海省不同地区采集发病初期的小麦条锈菌样本,利用近等基因系和辅助鉴别寄主进行毒性鉴定,在此基础上对不同年份和地区亚群的小麦条锈菌毒性多样性进行分析。结果表明,青海省小麦条锈菌群体毒性类型丰富,在106份条锈菌标样中共鉴定出65种毒性类型。其中,供试条锈菌群体对Yr25、Yr29和YrA抗条锈病基因的毒性频率最高,均为100%;其次是Yr44,为99.07%;对Yr5和Yr15的毒性频率均为0;除YrTr1基因(1.76%)外,对其余抗条锈基因的毒性频率在45.56%~97.78%之间,表明除Yr5、Yr15和YrTr1这3个基因外,其余24个抗条锈基因的抗性已减缓或丧失。不同采样年份小麦条锈菌系毒性多样性分析结果表明:2016年菌系毒性多样性最高,其次为2014年,2015年最低。不同采样地区小麦条锈菌系毒性多样性分析结果表明:化隆县群体的毒性基因多样性最高,其次为贵德县,民和县的毒性基因多样性最低。2014—2016三年中供试条锈菌群体对Yr5、Yr15和YrTr1基因的毒性频率在0~2.8%,表明这3个基因是当前青海省有效的抗条锈病基因,可进一步加以利用。本研究明确了青海省小麦条锈菌群体毒性类型以及不同地区间条锈菌群体毒性强弱,为该省小麦抗病品种合理布局提供了理论依据。

目的探究内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)在儿童胆胰疾病中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2022年6月至2023年9月安徽省儿童医院普外科收治的21例胆胰疾病患儿的临床资料,其中男性8例,女性13例,年龄9(5,11)岁,年龄范围3~14岁。收集所有患儿的ERCP操作情况、操作成功率及临床表现,分析比较21例患儿首次ERCP术前与术后3 d的血液指标变化情况,记录术后并发症发生情况。结果21例患儿的临床表现为腹痛(16例次)、黄疸(3例次)、腹胀(1例次)、发热(1例次)、恶心呕吐(10例次)。21例患儿在全麻下共接受ERCP 24例次,成功23例次,失败1例次,成功率为95.8%(23/24)。治疗措施包括副乳头切开3例次,球囊扩张9例次,鼻胆管引流9例次,胆管支架置入4例次,胆管取石10例次,胰管支架置入5例次,胰管取石3例次,胆管内支架取出术2例次。与ERCP前相比,21例患儿术后总胆红素[(44.61±14.44)μmmol/L比(81.63±24.14)μmmol/L]、直接胆红素[20.32(16.34,24.27)μmmol/L比36.81(33.01,42.22)μmmol/L]、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶[128.4(125.4,132.8)U/L比250.8(248.7,261.2)U/L]、丙氨酸氨基转移酶[180.1(176.4,190.2)U/L比303.5(301.0,320.9)U/L]、γ-谷氨酰转移酶[(135.8±42.3)U/L比(206.4±78.1)U/L]均降低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。21例患儿在ERCP诊疗后共发生并发症2例,发生率为9.52%,2例均为轻度术后胰腺炎。结论ERCP在儿童胆胰系统疾病的诊疗中安全有效。

The research fields of dynamic capabilities and strategic entrepreneurship have developed concurrently but separately. This study aims to bridge the gap in research on the underlying linkage between the two independent areas, both of which are critical for firms to sustain competitiveness in changing industrial environments. Drawing upon insights from the integrated perspective of hierarchical dynamic capabilities, strategic entrepreneurship, and environmental dynamics, an explicit theoretical framework is put forward to achieve a better understanding of the ways through which hierarchical dynamic capabilities promote strategic entrepreneurship. Moreover, through the proposed theoretical lens, this study further explores the detailed mechanisms of how first-order and second-order dynamic capabilities improve strategic entrepreneurship with regard to uncertainty of market conditions.
