Objective:Sex-specific differences are observed in various liver diseases,but the influence of sex on the outcomes of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)after liver transplantation(LT)remains to be *** study is the first Chinese nationwide investigation of the role of sex in post-LT outcomes in patients with ***:Data for recipients with HCC registered in the China Liver Transplant Registry between January 2015 and December 2020 were *** associations between donor,recipient,or donor-recipient transplant patterns by sex and the post-LT outcomes were studied with propensity score matching(PSM).The survival associated with different sex-based donor-recipient transplant patterns was further ***:Among 3,769 patients enrolled in this study,the 1-,3-,and 5-year overall survival(OS)rates of patients with HCC after LT were 96.1%,86.4%,and 78.5%,respectively,in female recipients,and 95.8%,79.0%,and 70.7%,respectively,in male recipients after PSM(P=0.009).However,the OS was comparable between recipients with female donors and male *** analysis indicated that male recipient sex was a risk factor for post-LT survival(HR=1.381,P=0.046).Among the donor-recipient transplant patterns,the male-male donor-recipient transplant pattern was associated with the poorest post-LT survival(P<0.05).Conclusions:Our findings highlighted that the post-LT outcomes of female recipients were significantly superior to those of male recipients,and the male-male donor-recipient transplant pattern was associated with the poorest post-LT *** from male donors may provide the most benefit to female *** results indicate that sex should be considered as a critical factor in organ allocation.

数字技术促成监管部门的执法权力呈现智能化和自动化趋势。这主要表现为监管规则的数字化、监督守法情况的数字化以及行使制裁不守法行为的数字化。政府监管流程数字化运行可以有效提升执法质量和效能,同时也伴随着合法性风险,即数字化监管规则逃逸法律约束、数字技术反噬执法人员和监管对象的法律主体地位、技术理性压制规范理性而减损执法质量。为应对监管流程数字化运行所引发的合法性风险,需要落实算法规则与法律规则的契合性、稳固执法人员和监管对象的法律主体地位并保障数字化监管的执法质量。

文章采用2012年、2015年、2017年中国区域间投入产出表和2002~2020年CEPII数据库的农产品双边贸易流数据,基于“双循环”视角系统测算了中国国内循环和国际循环的比例关系与结构特征,并且借助最新发展的随机行动者导向模型(SAOM),实证检验了国内循环和国际循环的影响机制及其相对重要性。研究结果表明,除了传统外生环境因素外,互惠效应、传递闭合效应、流行性效应以及高出度节点向高入度节点的发出者效应等一系列内生性结构效应对农产品贸易的“双循环”发展至关重要,这再次验证了核心出口国(省)的主导地位以及核心进口国(省)所面临的被动地位导致的粮食安全问题。尤其是内生结构效应的相对重要性分别在国际循环和国内循环中占据50%和61%,均接近或超过一半比例,进一步削弱了现有研究结论中传统外生环境因素的重要性。差异性分析表明,针对不同的农产品类型或消费类型,其内生性结构效应和外生环境因素的相对重要性存在异质性,尤其是流行性效应与高出度节点向高入度节点的发出者效应。文章研究结论为助推构建中国农产品贸易网络的“双循环”发展格局,实现以国内循环拉动国际循环,降低对单一国家的进口贸易依赖等提供了新思路和新方法。

遗传代谢性肝病(IMLD)是一类基因异常导致的肝脏代谢性疾病。IMLD发病机制复杂,常见的原因包括特定酶缺陷导致有害代谢底物或产物蓄积以及糖、脂肪等物质代谢异常导致的能量缺陷或异常沉积等。近年来,随着肝移植技术的发展,肝移植在治疗IMLD中发挥着越来越重要的作用。目前,在儿童肝移植中,IMLD已成为继胆道闭锁后的第二大适应证。目前接受肝移植治疗的IMLD患者主要分为两大类:第1类为IMLD合并肝脏病变;第2类患者肝脏结构正常,但相关代谢酶缺陷。肝移植一方面能替换结构和功能异常的肝脏,另一方面能提供患者代谢所需的正常酶,改善患者生活质量,甚至挽救患者生命。本文对常见的可行肝移植治疗的IMLD、肝移植治疗IMLD的预后及手术方式进行综述,旨在为肝移植治疗IMLD提供参考依据。

Based on the distance of interval numbers and the two-stage decision methods, this paper expands the decision model of grey target into some situation under which the decision information and target weights are the interval numbers at the same time. It also gives the optimization method of weights in the grey target. We get the optimum coordinated vector utilizing the combination assigning method, based on the local optimization of various schemes. So it can shift the weights of interval number into real number form and sequence it according to the weighted off-target distance. Finally the effectiveness and practicality of the model is proved by a real project.

Improving dynamics of integer-order small-world network models under fractional-order PD control

The optimal control of dynamics is a popular topic for small-world networks. In this paper, we address the problem of improving the behavior of Hopf bifurcations in an integer-order model of small-world networks. In this study, the time delay is used as the bifurcation parameter. We add a fractional-order proportional-derivative(PD) scheme to an integer-order Newman-Watts(N-W) small-world model to better control the Hopf bifurcation of the model. The most important contribution of this paper involves obtaining the stability of the system and the variation of the conditions of the Hopf bifurcation after a fractional PD controller is added to the integer-order small-world model. The results demonstrate that the designed PD controller can be used to restrain or promote the occurrence of Hopf bifurcations by setting appropriate parameters. We also describe several simulations to verify our research results.

为了提升大坝变形预测精度,更好地对未来大坝运行状态进行评估,提出了基于显著变量和自相关分析优化长短期记忆神经网络(LSTM)的大坝变形多步预测方法.该方法首先基于随机森林(RF)确定对变形影响程度高的关键变量,同时基于SVM交叉验证自相关分析提取显著的历史特征,在提升LSTM信息挖掘能力的同时提高预测精度,最后将确定的影响因子与历史数据输入LSTM模型中,通过全连接网络输出变形预测结果.经分析,所提方法大坝变形预测精度高,与LSTM、RF-LSTM、SVM-LSTM方法相比,该方法预测精度最大提升幅度分别为62.15%(MAE)和60.12%(RMSE).
