In order to improve the breakdown voltage of AlGaN/GaN high electron mobility transistors （HEMTs）, we report a feasible method of low density drain （LDD） HEMT. The fluoride-based plasma treatment using CF4 gas is performed on the drain-side of the gate edge. The channel two-dimensional electron gas （2DEG） concentrations are modulated by fluoride plasma treatment, and the peak electric field at the gate edge is effectively reduced, so the breakdown voltage is improved. The electric field distributions of the LDD-HEMTs are simulated using the Silvaco software, and the peak of the electric field on the gate edge is effectively reduced. Experimental results show that, compared with the conventional HEMT, LDD-HEMTs have a lower reverse leakage current of the gate, and the breakdown voltage is increased by 36%. The current collapse characteristics of the LDD-HEMTs are confirmed by dual-pulse measurement, and an obvious pulse current reduction is due to the surface states by implanting F ions between the gate and the drain.

Real-time prediction and precise control of sinter quality are pivotal for energy saving,cost reduction,quality improvement and efficiency enhancement in the ironmaking *** advance,the accuracy and comprehensiveness of sinter quality prediction,an intelligent flare monitoring system for sintering machine tails that combines hybrid neural networks integrating convolutional neural network with long short-term memory(CNN-LSTM)networks was *** system utilized a high-temperature thermal imager for image acquisition at the sintering machine tail and employed a zone-triggered method to accurately capture dynamic feature images under challenging conditions of high-temperature,high dust,and *** feature images were then segmented through a triple-iteration multi-thresholding approach based on the maximum between-class variance method to minimize detail loss during the segmentation *** the advantages of CNN and LSTM networks in capturing temporal and spatial information,a comprehensive model for sinter quality prediction was constructed,with inputs including the proportion of combustion layer,porosity rate,temperature distribution,and image features obtained from the convolutional neural network,and outputs comprising quality indicators such as underburning index,uniformity index,and FeO content of the *** accuracy is notably increased,achieving a 95.8%hit rate within an error margin of±*** the system is applied,the average qualified rate of FeO content increases from 87.24%to 89.99%,representing an improvement of 2.75%.The average monthly solid fuel consumption is reduced from 49.75 to 46.44 kg/t,leading to a 6.65%reduction and underscoring significant energy saving and cost reduction effects.

Abstract Objective This paper aims to investigate the anti-tumor mechanism of inactivated Sendai virus （Hemagglutinating virus of Japan envelope, HVJ-E） for murine melanoma （B16F10）. Methods The murine dendritic cells （DCs） were treated with HVJ-E, and then the cytokines secreted from DCs and costimulation-related molecules on DCs were measured. Meanwhile, the expression of 13-catenin in HVJ-E treated murine melanoma cells was detected. In addition, HVJ-E was intratumorally injected into the melanoma on C57BL/6 mice, and the immune cells, CTL response and tumor volume were analyzed. Results HVJ-E injected into B16F10 melanoma obviously inhibited the growth of the tumor and prolonged the survival time of the tumor-bearing mice. Profiles of cytokines secreted by dendritic cells （DCs） after HVJ-E stimulation showed that the number of cytokines released was significantly higher than that elicited by PBS （P〈O.05）. The co-stimulation-related molecules on DCs were comparable to those stimulated by LPS. Immunohistochemical examinations demonstrated the repression of 13-catenin in B16F10 melanoma cells after HVJ-E treatment. Meanwhile, real-time reverse transcription PCR revealed that HVJ-E induced a remarkable infiltration of CDllc positive cells, chemokine ligand 10 （CXCL10） molecules, interleukin-2 （IL-2） molecule, CD4^＋ and CD8^＋ T cells into HVJ-E injected tumors. Furthermore, the mRNA expression level of 13-catenin in the HVJ-E injected tumors was also down-regulated. In addition, B16F10-specific CTLs were induced significantly after HVJ-E was injected into the tumor-bearing mice. Conclusion This is the first report to show the effective inhibition of melanoma tumors by HVJ-E alone and the mechanism through which it induces antitumor immune responses and regulates important signal pathways for melanoma invasion. Therefore, HVJ-E shows its prospect as a novel therapeutic for melanoma therapy.

The effects of austenite grain size on the deformed microstructure and mechanical properties of an Fe-20Mn-6Al-0.6C-0.15Si(wt.%)low-density steel were *** microstructure of the experimental steel after solution treatment was single austenitic *** austenite grain size increased with solution temperature and time.A model was established to show the relationship between temperature,time and austenite grain size for the experimental *** addition,as the solution temperature increased,the strength decreased,while the elongation first increased and then *** decrease in elongation after solution treatment at 1100℃ for 90 min is contributed to the over-coarse austenite ***,after solution treatment at 900℃ for 90 min,the strength-elongation product reached the highest value of 44.4 GPa%.As the austenite grain size increased,the intensity of//tensile direction fiber *** was accompanied by a decrease in dislocation density,resulting in a lower fraction of low-angle grain boundaries and a lower work hardening ***,the austenite grain size has a critical influence on the mechanical properties of the low-density *** grains lead to a lower yield strength due to the Hall-Petch effect and a lower tensile strength because of lower dislocation strengthening.

基于身份的门限代理签名方案大都是在随机预言模型下进行安全证明,并且方案中每个代理人的代理签名密钥在有效期内都是固定不变的。在已有的基于身份的签名方案基础上,利用可公开验证秘密分享技术提出了一个在标准模型下可证安全的基于身份的(t,n)-动态门限代理签名方案。方案中代理人的代理签名密钥可以定期更新,而且代理签名验证过程只需要常数个双线性对运算,因此方案具有更好的动态安全性和较高的效率。

AIM:To explore the neuroprotective effects of high mobility group box 2(HMGB2)knockdown on retinal ganglion cells(RGCs)in the retinal ischemia-reperfusion injury(RIRI).METHODS:Oxygen-glucose deprivation(OGD)-injured RGCs from postnatal three-day C57BL/6 mice pups and high intraocular pressure(IOP)-induced RIRI mice were used as cellular and animal models of *** expression of HMGB2 in the retina of RIRI mice and OGD-injured RGCs was detected through reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)and Western *** effects of HMGB2 silencing on the morphological changes,RGCs survival,and cell apoptosis in mouse retinal tissues were observed through H&E staining,immunofluorescence staining with RNA-binding protein with multiple splicing(RBPMS)antibody,and TUNEL staining,*** viability and apoptosis were examined by CCK-8 and flow cytometry *** levels of proteins associated with NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain associated protein 3(NLRP3)-mediated pyroptosis[NLRP3,Caspase-1,GSDMD-N,interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-18]in vivo and in vitro were measured by Western ***:HMGB2 protein and NLRP3 were upregulated in the retina of RIRI mice and OGD-injured RGCs(P<0.001).The retina was edematous,accompanied by disorganized cell arrangement and decreased thickness of all layers,and obvious vacuoles in ganglion cell ***2 silencing alleviated the reduction in total retinal thickness and the severity of retinal tissue damage as well as suppressed RGC loss and retinal cell apoptosis in RIRI ***-induced RGC apoptosis was ameliorated after downregulation of HMGB2 in *** injection of the AAV-sh-HMGB2 and si-HMGB2 resulted in significantly decrease of NLRP3,Caspase-1,GSDMD-N,IL-1β,and IL-18 protein levels in the retinal tissues of RIRI mice and OGD-injured RGCs,respectively(all P<0.001).CONCLUSION:HMGB2 knockdown protects against RGC apoptosis and pyroptosis after RIRI through suppressing NLRP3 inflammasome activ
