Objective:To investigate the effects of Pien Tze Huang(PZH) on the migration and invasion of HCC cells and underlying molecular ***:Cell counting kit-8(CCK-8) was applied to evaluate the cell viabilities of SMMC-7721,SK-Hep-1,C3A and HL-7702(6 × 10^(3)cells/well) co-incubated with different concentrations of PZH(0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8 mg/mL) for 24 ***,wound healing assay,CCK-8and Annexin V-FITC/PI staining were conducted to investigate the effects of PZH on the migration,invasion,proliferation and apoptosis of SK-Hep-1 and SMMC-7721 cells(650 μg/mL for SK-Hep-1 cells and 330 μg/mL for SMMC-7721 cells),*** vivo,lung metastasis mouse model constructed by tail vein injection of HCC cells was used for evaluating the anti-metastasis function of ***-Hep-1 cells(10^(6)cells/200 μL per mice) were injected into B-NDG mice via tail *** 8 mice were randomly divided into PZH and control groups,4 mice in each *** 2-d inoculation,mice in the PZH group were administered with PZH(250 mg/kg,daily) and mice in the control group received only vehicle(PBS) from the 2nd day after xenograft to day *** analysis based on RNA-seq was subsequently used for deciphering anti-tumor mechanism of *** real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR) and Western blot were applied to verify RNA-seq *** reporter assay was performed to examine the transcriptional activity of yes-associated protein(YAP).Results:PZH treatment significantly inhibited the migration,invasion,proliferation and promoted the apoptosis of HCC cells in vitro and in vivo(P<0.01).Transcriptome analysis indicated that Hippo signaling pathway was associated with anti-metastasis function of *** study showed PZH significantly inhibited the expressions of platelet derived growth factor receptor beta(PDGFRB),YAP,connective tissue growth factor(CCN2),N-cadherin,vimentin and matrix metallopeptidase 2(MMP2,P<0.01).Meanwhile,the phosphorylatio

The title compound, [HgI2（C12H8N4S）], has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 14.086（2）, b = 6.0365（6）, c = 20.286（2）°A,β= 108.818（5）°, V = 1632.7（3）°A^3, Mr = 694.67, Z = 4, D, = 2.826 g/cm^3,μ= 13.331 mm^-1, F（000） = 1240, S = 1.108, the final R = 0.0438 and wR = 0.0934 for 3085 observed reflections （I〉 2σ（I））. The Hg（Ⅱ） atom is coordinated by two 2,5-bis（4-pyridyl）-1,3,4-thiadiazole （L） molecules and two iodine anions in a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry. Mercury atoms are linked by the organic ligands to form a one-dimensional zigzag chain. 当前图书馆书籍自动定位系统存在误差大,实时性差等不足,为了获得更加理想的图书馆书籍自动定位结果,设计基于物联网技术的图书馆书籍自动定位系统。首先无线射频识别技术读取书籍位置信息,再传送到物联网汇聚节点进行信息融合和处理,然后通过物联网将信息发送到控制中心,用户通过控制中心可以查询书籍位置信息,从而实现图书馆书籍的智能定位,最后对系统性能进行仿真测试,结果表明,所提系统提升了图书馆书籍信息定位的精度,加快了图书馆书籍信息定位速度,具有较好的智能化程度,实际应用价值更高。

Mutations in surface and polymerase gene of chronic hepatitis B patients with coexisting HBsAg and anti-HBs

AIM： To investigate the clinical significance and presence of mutations in the surface （S） and overlapping polymerase gene of hepatitis B patients with coexisting HBsAg and anti-HBs. METHODS： Twenty-three patients with chronic hepatitis B were studied. Of the 23 patients, i i were both positive for hepatitis B virus （HBV） surface antigen （HBsAg） and antibody to HBV surface antigen （anti-HBs）, 12 were negative for anti-HBs while positive for HBsAg. DNA was extracted from 200 μL serum of the patients. Nucleotide of the surface and overlapping polymerase gene from HBV-infected patients was amplified by PCR, and the PCR products were sequenced. RESULTS： Forty-one mutations were found within the surface gene protein of HBV in 15 patients （10 with coexisting HBsAg and anti-HBs）. Six （14.6%） out of 41 mutations were located at ＂α＂ determinant region in 5 patients （4 positive for HBsAg and anti-HBs）. Eleven mutations （26.8%） occurred in the downstream or upstream of ＂α＂ determinant region. Lamivudine （LMV）- selected mutations were found in three patients who developed anti-HBs, which occurred in amino acid positions （196, 198, 199） of the surface protein and in YMDD motif （M204I/V） of the polymerase protein simultaneously. Presence of these mutations did not relate to changes in ALT and HBV DNA ***： Besides mutations in the ＂α＂ determinant region, mutations at downstream or upstream of the ＂α＂ determinant region may contribute to the development of anti-HBs. These mutations do not block the replicating competency of HBV in the presence of high titer of anti-HBs.

Increasing the recrystallization temperature to achieve better high-temperature performance is critical in the development of molybdenum alloys for ultrahightemperature applications,such as the newest generation of multitype high-temperature nuclear *** this study,an innovative strategy was proposed to improve the performance of molybdenum alloys at high temperature by using the two-dimensional MAX(where M is an early transition metal,A is an A-group element and X is C or N)ceramic material Ti_(3)AlC_(2).The relationships between flow stress,strain rate and temperature were *** microstructure,distribution of misorientation and evolution of dislocations in the Mo-Ti_(3)AlC_(2) alloy were *** microscopic mechanism of the Ti_(3)AlC_(2) phase in the molybdenum alloy at high temperatures was *** experimental results showed that the peak flow stress of Mo-Ti_(3)AlC_(2) at 1600℃ reached 155 MPa,which was161.8% greater than that of pure *** activation energy of thermal deformation of Mo-Ti_(3)AlC_(2) was as large as537 kJ·mol~(-1),which was 17.6% more than that of pure *** recrystallization temperature reached 1600℃ or even *** topological reaction of the Ti_(3)AlC_(2) phase consumed a large amount of energy at high temperatures,resulting in increases in the deformation activation *** structures of AlTi_3 and Ti-O Magneli-phase oxides(Ti_nO_(2n-1)) were formed in-situ,which relied on kink bands and interlayer slip,resulting in many dislocations during ***,the special two-dimensional of the structure Ti_(3)AlC_(2) ceramic inhibited the recrystallization behavior of the Mo *** results of this study can provide theoretical guidance for the development of a new generation of molybdenum alloys for use in ultrahigh-temperature environments.

Metamorphic P-T conditions and ages of garnet-biotite schists in the Dahongshan Group from the southwestern Yangtze Block

The Dahongshan Group,situated at the southwestern margin of the Yangtze Block,represents a geological unit characterized by relatively high-grade metamorphism in the *** paper investigates the garnet-biotite schist from the Laochanghe Formation of the Dahongshan Group,employing an integrated approach that includes petrological analysis,phase equilibrium modeling,and zircon U-Pb *** schist is mainly composed of garnet,biotite,plagioclase,quartz,rutile,and *** equilibrium modeling revealed the peak metamorphic conditions of 8-9 kbar and 635-675°*** further integrating the prograde metamorphic profile of garnet and geothermobarometric results,a clockwise P-T metamorphic evolution path is constructed,which includes an increase in temperature and pressure during the prograde ***-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating and zircon Ti thermometry constrains the post-peak metamorphic age of 831.2±7.2 *** with previously reported results,it is revealed that the southwestern margin of the Yangtze Block experienced a large-scale regional metamorphism during the Neoproterozoic(890-750 Ma),which is related to the collisional orogenic *** may be associated with the late-stage assembly of the Rodinia supercontinent or with local compression and subduction processes during the breakup of the Rodinia supercontinent.
