Heptafluoroisobutyronitrile(C_(4)F_(7)N)is being considered as a promising alternative to the greenhouse gas SF6 in the electrical ***,its biotoxicity necessitates the development of gas sensing technology to detect leaked C_(4)F_(7)N.A combination of density functional theory.and experiments was employed to evaluate the adsorption and sensing performance of different metal-phthalocyanines as potential sensing materials for C_(4)F_(7)N *** study included exploring adsorption configurations with adsorption energies,electron transfer,and adsorption distance,as well as comparisons of electronic properties,electron distribution,and density of states(DOS)among the ***,gas sensing experiments were conducted using different MPcs to detect 25-100 ppm C_(4)F_(7)*** results revealed that Mn-Pc,Fe-Pc,Co-Pc,and Zn-Pc exhibited considerable chemical interactions,while Ni-Pc and Cu-Pc showed weaker adsorption *** findings were further elucidated based on the electron density.and DOS of atomic ***,gas sensing experiments indicated that Co-Pc demonstrated a higher response compared to Fe-Pc at the same concentration of C_(4)F_(7)***,the theoretical and experimental insights offer valuable guidance for C_(4)F_(7)N detection and provide a systematic approach to screen and explore organometallic polymer-based gas sensors applicable in various fields.

During cell differentiation,growth,and development,cells can respond to extracellular stimuli through communication ***(Panx)family.and connexin(Cx)family are two important types of channel-forming *** family contains three members(Panx1-3)and is expressed widely in bone,cartilage and *** there is no sequence homology between Panx family.and Cx family,they exhibit similar configurations and *** to Cxs,the key roles of Panxs in the maintenance of physiological functions of the musculoskeletal system and disease progression were gradually revealed ***,we seek to elucidate the structure of Panxs and their roles in regulating processes such as osteogenesis,chondrogenesis,and muscle *** also focus on the comparison between Cx and *** a new key target,Panxs expression imbalance and dysfunction in muscle and the therapeutic potentials of Panxs in joint diseases are also discussed.

Single-atom catalysts have risen significant attention in the realm of green electrocatalytic energy conversion to address energy.and environmental sustainability *** metal dichalcogenide(TMD)-based single-atom catalysts are considered highly effective in electrocatalysis due to the TMDs'notable specific surface area,tunable elemental species and efficient utilization of single *** order to enhance electrocatalytic performance,it is imperative to elaborately engineer the local environment surrounding the active sites of single atoms within *** this review,we initially explore the effects of synthesis methods on single-atom active sites and the influence of loading of single atoms on catalytic performance for *** modulation strategies of the local environment surrounding single-atom sites in TMDs are elaborated,including substitution engineering,surface adsorption,vacancies,spatial confinement and dual-atom site *** each modulation strategy,the effects of diverse local environments on various electrocatalytic applications are presented,such as the oxygen evolution reaction,oxygen reduction reaction,nitrogen reduction reaction,CO_(2)reduction reaction and CO ***,this study presents a comprehensive overview of the challenges encountered and the potential directions for the advancement of single-atom catalysts based on TMDs in the realm of electrocatalysis.

As important messengers of intercellular communication,exosomes can regulate local and distant cellular communication by transporting specific exosomal con-tents and can also promote or suppress the development and progression of gas-tric cancer(GC)by regulating the growth and proliferation of tumor cells,the tumor-related immune response and tumor *** transport bioactive molecules including DNA,proteins,and RNA(coding and noncoding)from donor cells to recipient cells,causing reprogramming of the target *** this review,we will describe how exosomes regulate the cellular immune respon-se,tumor angiogenesis,proliferation and metastasis of GC cells,and the role and mechanism of exosome-based therapy in human *** will also discuss the potential application value of exosomes as biomarkers in the diagnosis and treat-ment of GC and their relationship with drug resistance.

Shear-thinning hydrogels have emerged for endoscopic submucosal dissection,while wound intervention after surgery has rarely been ***,a catechol-modified chitosa n hydrogel with shear-thinning property was developed for simultaneously facilitating endoscopic submucosal dissection and postoperative wound *** from the shear-thinning and self-healing characteristics,the asprepared hydrogel showed easily endoscopic *** also performed very well as submucosal cushion,which could remain above 70%after injection for 120 min in ex vivo porcine large intestine *** fact,the cushion height of normal saline dramatically decreased to 46%of the initial height at 30 *** nanoparticles encapsulated into the network endowed the hydrogel with almost reached 100%antibacterial effect against *** and *** hemolysis ratio of the hydrogel was calculated to be as low as 0.8%.Combined with good hemocompatibility.and cytocompatibility,the as-prepared hydrogel displayed much higher in vivo wound closu re and healing efficacy than normal *** results demonstrated the superiority of the shear-thinning chitosan hydrogel in facilitating clinical endoscopic submucosal dissection surgery.

Background This study was aimed to evaluate the stigma and quality of life(QoL)in adult patients with epilepsy(PWEs)and explore the relationship between stigma and *** Two hundred and ninety-eight PWEs admitted to the Epilepsy Center of the First Affiliated Hospitalof Chongqing Medical University during September 2020 and March 2021 were enrolled in this *** participantscompleted self-reported questionnaires including the Stigma Scale for Epilepsy.and the Quality of Life in EpilepsyInventory-31(QOLIE-31).Results A total of 146(49%)PWEs reported an experience of *** total score of QOLIE-31 and the individualscores of seven subscales(worry about new seizures,emotion,well-being,energy.and fatigue,cognitive impairment,medication effect,and social function)were significantly decreased in these patients(Pysis showed that the annual household income per capita,the number of antiseizure medica-tions and stigma had statistically significant effects on QoL(Py half of PWEs have experienced ***,lower household income per capita,and polyp-harmacy treatment are associated with poorer *** has the most obvious negative impact.

Long-range magnetic order appears on a side decorated Heisenberg spin nanoribbon at nonzero temperature,although no spontaneous magnetization exists in a one-or two-dimensional isotropic Heisenberg model at any nonzero temperature according to the Mermin-Wagner *** use of the spin Green's function method,we calculated the magnetizations of Heisenberg nanoribbons decorated by side spins with single-ion anisotropy.and found that the system exhibits a nonzero transition temperature,whether the decorated edge spins of the system link together or separate from each *** the width of the nanoribbon achieves infinite limit,the transition temperatures of the system tend to the same finite constant eventually whether one edge or both edges are decorated by side spins in the *** results reveal that the magnetism of a low-dimensional spin system is different from that of a threedimensional spin *** the single-ion anisotropy of edge spins in a Heisenberg spin nanoribbon can be modulated by.an electric field experimentally,various useful long-range magnetic orders of the system can be *** work can provide a detailed theoretical basis for designing and fabricating next-generation low-dimensional magnetic random-access memory.
