Herein,the successful preparation of a singleatom catalyst V-N-C using vanadium-doped zeolitic imidazolate framework(ZIF)-8 as a precursor is *** experimental results showed that the V-N-C had a good promoting effect on the hydrogen storage performance of MgH_(2),and the optimal addition amount of V-N-C was 10wt%.The hydrogenation and dehydrogenation apparent activation energies of 10 wt%V-N-C-catalyzed MgH_(2)were reduced by 44.9 and 53.5 kJ·mol^(-1),respectively,compared to those of additive-free MgH_(2).The 10 wt%V-N-C-catalyzed MgH_(2)could reabsorb 5.92 wt%of hydrogen in 50 min at 150℃,with a capacity retention rate of 99.1%after 30 cycles of hydrogen absorption and *** analysis showed that V-N-C was partially transformed into VN and metallic V when it was milled with MgH_(2);the in-situ-formed VN and metallic V played an important role in improving the hydrogen storage performance of MgH_(2).This approach provides a potential solution for obtaining high-performance Mg-based hydrogen storage materials through synergistic interactions between V,N and C.

Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)have become one of the most successful energy storage systems due to their high operating voltage,high energy density,and long cycle ***,with the widespread use of LIBs in recent decades,lithium resources are at risk of being ***,it is necessary to find a substitute for LIBs to meet the needs of future large-scale energy storage *** of their competitiveness,low cost,and high safety,aqueous rechargeable zinc-ion batteries(ARZIBs)are regarded as promising components in the post-lithium-ion-battery *** the tunable composition,ordered porous channels,and controllable structure of metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)and covalent organic frameworks(COFs),these frameworks are viewed as potential materials for developing high-performance *** this review,we focus on the recent developments in the applications of MOF-/COF-based materials in ARZIBs,including in electrode materials,anode modifications,separators,and solid *** then focus on the critical factors and optimization techniques of MOF-/COF-based materials that affect the performance of ***,we conclude with some projections for the expansion of ARZIBs containing MOF-/COF-based materials.

Titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))hollow nanoparticles present significant potential for photocatalytic applications while their straightforward preparation with precise structure control is still *** work reports the approach to preparing tunable hollow TiO_(2) nanospheres by utilization of spherical polyelectrolyte brushes(SPB)as nanoreactors and *** the preparation,the evolution of the structure was characterized by small angle X-ray scattering(SAXS),and in combination with dynamic light scattering and transmission electron *** formation of TiO_(2) shell within the brush(SPB@TiO_(2))is confirmed by the significant increase of the electron density,and its internal structure has been analyzed by fitting SAXS data,which can be influenced by Titanium precursors and ammonia *** calcining SPB@TiO_(2) in a muffle furnace,hollow TiO_(2) nanospheres are produced,and their transition to the anatase crystal form is triggered,as confirmed by X-ray diffraction *** the advantages of their hollow structure,these TiO_(2) nanospheres exhibit exceptional catalytic degradation efficiency of methylene blue(MB),tetracycline(TC),and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D),and also demonstrate excellent recyclability.

Fixed-wing aircraft cannot maintain optimal aerodynamic performance at different flight *** a type of morphing aircraft,the shear variable-sweep wing(SVSW)can dramatically improve its aerodynamic performance by altering its shape to adapt to various flight *** order to achieve smooth continuous shear deformation,SVSW’s skin adopts a flexible composite skin design instead of traditional aluminum alloy ***,this also brings about the non-linear difficulty in stiffness modeling and *** this research,a new SVSW design and efficient stiffness modeling method are *** on shear deformation theory,the flexible composite skin is equivalently modeled as diagonally arranged nonlinear springs,simulating the elastic force interaction between the skin and the *** shear loading tests of flexible composite skin,the accuracy of this flexible composite skin modeling method is *** SVSW stiffness model was established,and its accuracy was verified through static loading *** effects of root connection,sweep angles,and flexible composite skin on the SVSW stiffness are ***,considering three typical flight conditions of SVSW:low-speed flow(Ma=0.3,Re=5.8210^(6)),transonic flow(Ma=0.9,Re=3.4410^(6)),and supersonic flow(Ma=3,Re=7.5110^(6)),the stiffness characteristics of SVSW under flight conditions were *** calculated results guide the application of SVSW.

In order to suppress the low-frequency ultrasound vibration in the broadband range of 20 k Hz—100 k Hz,this paper proposes and discusses an acoustic metamaterial with low-frequency ultrasound vibration attenuation properties,which is configured by hybrid arc and sharp-angle convergent star-shaped *** effect of the dispersion relation and the bandgap characteristic for the scatterers in star-shaped are simulated and *** target bandgap width is extended by optimizing the geometry parameters of arc and sharp-angle convergent *** proposed metamaterial configured by optimized hybrid lattices exhibits remarkable broad bandgap characteristics by bandgap complementarity,and the simulation results verify a 99%vibration attenuation amplitude can be obtained in the frequency of20 k Hz—100 k *** the fabrication of the proposed hybrid configurational star-shaped metamaterial by 3D printing technique,the transmission loss experiments are performed,and the experimental results indicate that the fabricated metamaterial has the characteristics of broadband vibration attenuation and an amplitude greater than 85%attenuation for the target *** results demonstrate that the hybrid configurational star-shaped metamaterials can effectively widen the bandgap and realize high efficiency attenuation,which has capability for the vibration attenuation in the application of highprecise equipment.

The Chinese tree shrew(Tupaia belangeri chinensis)has emerged as a promising model for investigating adrenal steroid synthesis,but it is unclear whether the same cells produce steroid hormones and whether their production is regulated in the same way as in ***,we comprehensively mapped the cell types and pathways of steroid metabolism in the adrenal gland of Chinese tree shrews using single-cell RNA sequencing,spatial transcriptome analysis,mass spectrometry,and *** compared the transcriptomes of various adrenal cell types across tree shrews,humans,macaques,and *** showed that tree shrew adrenal glands expressed many of the same key enzymes for steroid synthesis as humans,including CYP11B2,CYP11B1,CYB5A,and *** analysis confirmed the production of aldosterone,cortisol,and dehydroepiandrosterone but not dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate in the tree shrew adrenal ***,genes in adrenal cell types in tree shrews were correlated with genetic risk factors for polycystic ovary syndrome,primary aldosteronism,hypertension,and related disorders in humans based on genome-wide association ***,this study suggests that the adrenal glands of Chinese tree shrews may consist of closely related cell populations with functional similarity to those of the human adrenal *** comprehensive results(publicly available at http://***:16245/scAGMap/)should facilitate the advancement of this animal model for the investigation of adrenal gland disorders.

Flexible and wearable pressure sensors hold immense promise for health monitoring,covering disease detection and postoperative *** pressure sensors with high sensitivity,wide detection range,and cost-effectiveness is *** leveraging paper for its sustainability,biocompatibility,and inherent porous structure,herein,a solution-processed all-paper resistive pressure sensor is designed with outstanding performance.A ternary composite paste,comprising a compressible 3D carbon skeleton,conductive polymer poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate),and cohesive carbon nanotubes,is blade-coated on paper and naturally dried to form the porous composite electrode with hierachical micro-and nano-structured *** with screen-printed Cu electrodes in submillimeter finger widths on rough paper,this creates a multiscale hierarchical contact interface between electrodes,significantly enhancing sensitivity(1014 kPa-1)and expanding the detection range(up to 300 kPa)of as-resulted all-paper pressure sensor with low detection limit and power *** versatility ranges from subtle wrist pulses,robust finger taps,to large-area spatial force detection,highlighting its intricate submillimetermicrometer-nanometer hierarchical interface and nanometer porosity in the composite ***,this all-paper resistive pressure sensor,with its superior sensing capabilities,large-scale fabrication potential,and cost-effectiveness,paves the way for next-generation wearable electronics,ushering in an era of advanced,sustainable technological solutions.

The induction of dental pulp stem cells(DPSCs)into odontogenic differentiation is a cutting-edge method of dental pulp regeneration ***,it remains a challenge to develop biomaterials and ther-apies that can induce odontogenic ***,we propose a wireless electrical stimulation strat-egy to induce DPSCs odontogenic differentiation via K_(0.5)Na_(0.5)NbO_(3)piezoelectric nanoparticles(KNN)and polarized KNN(PKNN),which can be endocytosed by *** vitro,several odontogenic differentiation indexes were also increased in DPSCs treated with KNN and PKNN,and the increase was more obvious in the PKNN *** wireless electrical field promoted mitochondrial calcium concentration via mitochondrial calcium unidirectional transporter(MCU),increased the production of adenosine triphos-phate(ATP),and induced odontogenic differentiation through the activation of the cAMP-PKA signaling *** vivo,dental pulp-like tissue was induced by electrical stimulation wirelessly with KNN and PKNN,which was more clinically friendly compared with the wired device,and the induction was more obvious in the PKNN group consistent with in vitro *** conclusion,this work demonstrates the potential of PKNN as an effective stimulus that can induce odontogenic differentiation of DPSCs and be applied to dental pulp regeneration treatment.

Tailoring Ni based catalysts by indium for the dehydrogenative coupling of ethanol into ethyl acetate

Exploring stable and robust catalysts to replace the current toxic CuCr based catalysts for dehydrogenative coupling of ethanol to ethyl acetate is a challenging but promising ***,novel NiIn based catalysts were developed by tailoring Ni catalysts with Indium （In） for this *** the optimal Ni0.1Zn0.7Al0.3InOx catalyst,the ethyl acetate selectivity reached 90.1%at 46.2%ethanol conversion under the conditions of 548 K and a weight hourly space velocity of 1.9 h-1in the 370 h time on ***,the ethyl acetate productivity surpassed1.1 gethyl acetateg-1catalysth-1,one of the best performance in current *** to catalyst characterizations and conditional experiments,the active sites for dehydrogenative coupling of ethanol to ethyl acetate were proved to be Ni4In *** presence of In tailored the chemical properties of Ni,and subsequently inhibited the C±C cracking and/or condensation reactions during ethanol *** Ni4In alloy sites,ethanol was dehydrogenated into acetaldehyde,and then transformed into acetyl species with the removal of H ***,the coupling between acetyl species and surface-abundant ethoxyde species into ethyl acetate was achieved,affording a high ethyl acetate selectivity and catalyst stability.
