A novel series of eight SMS and sPLA2 dual inhibitors containing indole and a-amino cyanide fragments of different length and substitution position was synthesized and evaluated by three different in vitro assays. Biological evaluation showed that all compounds provided inhibitory effects against SMS （about 50% inhibition at 100 μmol/L） and sPLA2 （14-32 μmol/L）. All the compounds had the SMS activity better than the positive control compound D609 in SMS2 homogenate, with compounds 5b and fie ideal for liver homogenate and SMS2 high expression cell homogenate, respectively.

Weight reduction is a key driving force for materials development in aerospace industry,which leads to extensive usage of lightweight structural materials such as fiber reinforced polymer(FRP),titanium alloy,aluminum alloy,*** making is indispensable to assembling these lightweight components by riveted or bolted ***,hole making of FRP / metal stacks is always the most challenging task due to differences of material properties between FRP and metals.A comprehensive literature review on hole making of FRP/metal stacks in the last decade is given with a focus on four main aspects including drilling operation,drilling damages and machining parameter optimization,tool performance and wear,and developments in hole making ***,in order to ensure the precise and efficient hole making of FRP/metal stacks,an idea of low frequency vibration assisted drilling(LFVAD)FRP/metal stacks based on material removal characteristics is put forward by fully exploiting the unique advantages of LFVAD technology.

Cellular deformability is a promising biomarker for evaluating the physiological state of cells in medical *** has emerged as a powerful technique for measuring cellular ***,existing microfluidic-based assays for measuring cellular deformability rely heavily on image analysis,which can limit their scalability for high-throughput ***,we develop a parallel constriction-based microfluidic flow cytometry device and an integrated computational framework(ATMQcD).The ATMQcD framework includes automatic training set generation,multiple object tracking,segmentation,and cellular deformability *** system was validated using cancer cell lines of varying metastatic potential,achieving a classification accuracy of 92.4%for invasiveness assessment and stratifying cancer cells before and after hypoxia *** ATMQcD system also demonstrated excellent performance in distinguishing cancer cells from leukocytes(accuracy=89.5%).We developed a mechanical model based on power-law rheology to quantify stiffness,which was fitted with measured data *** model evaluated metastatic potentials for multiple cancer types and mixed cell populations,even under realworld clinical *** study presents a highly robust and transferable computational framework for multiobject tracking and deformation measurement tasks in *** believe that this platform has the potential to pave the way for high-throughput analysis in clinical applications,providing a powerful tool for evaluating cellular deformability and assessing the physiological state of cells.

Nanoporous carbon/graphene composites （NCGC） are synthesized via one-step hydrothermal approach com- bining carbonization, where phenol and formaldehyde are used as carbon sources and triblock copolymers F 127 as template. Transmission electron microscopy （TEM） and nitrogen adsorption measurements show that the synthe- sized NCGC samples possess high surface area over 400 m2·g-1 and mesoporous structures with interconnected pores. The electrochemical studies demonstrate that Pt catalyst with NCGC as support exhibits better eletrocatalytic activity for methanol oxidation as compared to the catalyst taking widely-used VulcanXC-72 as support. In addition, the potential formation mechanism of NCGC is discussed.

Aiming at the problem of skidding in the operation of a self-propelled high-stem crop sprayer due to uneven road surface and uneven distribution of soil cohesive force,This study proposed a four-wheel drive hydraulic anti-skid control system based on RTM *** theoretical analysis of control components such as the RTM valve and steering cylinder,the control model of the anti-skid drive system of the spray machine is established,and the simulation test is carried out in Matlab/*** simulation results show that the slip rate of the anti-skid drive system based on the PID control strategy is controlled below 0.05,and the RTM valve keeps the driving pressure of the system basically *** order to verify the reliability of the simulation results,the designed drive anti-skid control system was carried out on a spray machine for the field *** experimental results show that the slip rate of the drive anti-skid system decreases from 86.7%to 1.25%when the anti-skid function is turned on,indicating that the designed drive anti-skid system has good anti-skid performance.

Precise absolute positioning for a single-frequency user

A new strategy to realize precise absolute positioning for a single-frequency user is presented. In the presented strategy, the receiver clock and ambiguities are removed using the satelliteand epoch-differenced (SDED) algorithm. As a further development of the SDED algorithm, a regional augmentation network is used to generate the SDED atmospheric delays at the user. The weakened mathematic property due to the epoch-differenced operation is improved by adding the generated atmospheric delays and applying the robust estimation. To test the new approach, the 24-h data at 5 Continuous Operation Reference Station (CORS) stations in Shanghai is processed. The results show a more than 96% success rate, defined as the case where three directions achieve the desired positioning accuracy of 10 cm, when the observation is longer than 20 min. The 20-min static results show that the new method can reach an accuracy of 3.42, 4.76 and 9.26 cm in the North, East and Up directions, respectively. An experiment was carried out to assess the kinematic positioning. The results show that the kinematic positioning accuracy is 4.11, 5.31 and 4.05 cm in the north-south, east-west and height directions,respectively.

In recent years,water evaporation-induced electricity has attracted a great deal of attention as an emerging green and renewable energy harvesting *** abundant materials have been developed to fabricate hydrovoltaic devices,the limitations of high costs,inconvenient storage and transport,low environmental benefits,and unadaptable shape have restricted their wide ***,an electricity generator driven by water evaporation has been engineered based on natural biomass leather with inherent properties of good moisture permeability,excellent wettability,physicochemical stability,flexibility,and *** numerous nano/microchannels together with rich oxygen-bearing functional groups,the natural leather-based water evaporator,Leather_(Emblic-NPs-SA/CB),could continuously produce electricity even staying outside,achieving a maximum output voltage of∼3 V with six-series ***,the leather-based water evaporator has enormous potential for use as a flexible self-powered electronic floor and seawater demineralizer due to its sensitive pressure sensing ability as well as its excellent photothermal conversion efficiency(96.3%)and thus fast water evaporation rate(2.65 kg m^(−2)h^(−1)).This work offers a new and functional material for the construction of hydrovoltaic devices to harvest the sustained green energy from water evaporation in arbitrary ambient environments,which shows great promise in their widespread applications.

Heterogeneous vehicular networks （HetVNETs） are regarded as a promising technique for meeting various requirements of intelli- gent transportation system （ITS） services. With the rapid development of mobile Internet in the past decade, social networks （SNs） have become an indispensable part of human life. Based on this indivisible relationship between vehicles and users, social charac- teristics and human behaviors can significantly affect vehicular network performance. Hence, we firstly present two architectures for SNs by introducing social characteristics into the HetVNETs. Then, several user cases are also given in this paper, in which service requirements are analyzed simultaneously. At last, we briefly discuss potential challenges raised by the HetVNETs for SNs.
