The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has led to heightened levels of anxiety and stress levels towards the health threats posed by the SARS-CoV-2 *** least 10%of those infected were health *** addition,a large proportion of infected cases and deaths were possibly due to SARS-CoV-2 infections acquired in hospitals or long-term care *** workers,especially those working on the frontline play a crucial role in controlling and preventing the COVID-19 *** studies reported that health workers were exposed to severe emotional stress(i.e.,burnout,depression and anxiety symptoms)during the outbreaks of infectious diseases including severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS),Ebola and Middle East respiratory syndrome(MERS).It is therefore important to be aware that prolonged exposure to moderate-to severe stress can have negative health consequences and reduce the work performance of health ***,some immediate measures should be taken by the health care institutions and relevant health authorities to ensure that Chinese health workers are better supported in caring for large number of COVID-19 *** studies should examine the health status and work efficiency of health workers working in high stress environment amidst the COVID-19 pandemic or other disasters.

Background:Fructose plays an important role in the complex metabolism of uric acid in the human ***,high blood uric acid concentration,known as hyperuricemia,is the main risk factor for development of ***,we conducted an updated meta-analysis on the prevalence and geographical distribution of hyperuricemia among the general population in China's mainland using systematic literature ***:Five electronic databases were used to search for relevant articles published until *** calculations were conducted using the Comprehensive Meta-Analysis(Cma)*** included 108 eligible articles(172 studies by sex,95 studies by regions,and 107 studies by study type)and an overall sample size of>808,505 ***:The pooled prevalence of hyperuricemia among the general population in China's mainland was 17.4%(95%CI:15.8-19.1%).Our subgroup analysis indicated that the pooled prevalence by regions ranged from 15.5 to 24.6%.Those living Northeast region and being males had the highest prevalence(P20%),particularly in *** increasing prevalence was reported since 2005-2009 until *** publication of bias was observed as indicated by a symmetrical funnel plot and Begg and mazumdar rank correlation(P=0.392).Conclusion:Prevalence of hyperuricemia is increasing in China,and future studies should investigate the association between the prevalence of hyperuricemia and its risk factors in order to tackle the issue,particularly among the vulnerable ***,our study was the first comprehensive study to investigate the overall prevalence of hyperuricemia in China's mainland covering the six different regions.

Aerosol hygroscopicity and liquid water content(ALWC)have important influences on the environmental and climate effect of *** this study,we measured the hygroscopic growth factors(GF)of particles with dry diameters of 40,80,150,and 200 nm during the wintertime in *** the GF-derived hygroscopicity parameter(κ_(gf))and ALWC increased with particle size,but displayed differing diurnal variations,withκ_(gf)peaking around the midday,while ALWC peaking in the early ***,ammonium and oxygenated organic aerosols(OOA)were found as the chemical components mostly strongly correlated with ALWC.A closure study suggests that during midday photo-oxidation and nighttime high ALWC periods,theκof organic aerosols(κ_(org))was underestimated when using previous ***,we re-constructed parameterizations forκ_(org)and the oxidation level of organics for these periods,which indicates a higher hygroscopicity of photochemically formed OOA than the aqueous OOA,yet both being much higher than the generally assumed OOA ***,in a typical high ALWC episode,concurrently increased ALWC,nitrate,OOA as well as aerosol surface area and mass concentrations were observed under elevated ambient *** strongly indicates a coupled effect that the hygroscopic secondary aerosols,in particular nitratewith strong hygroscopicity,led to large increase in ALWC,which in turn synergistically boosted nitrate and OOA formation by heterogeneous/aqueous *** interaction may represent an important mechanism contributing to enhanced formation of secondary aerosols and rapid growth of fine particulate matter under relatively high RH conditions.

The effect of rolling schedules on the ridging resistance of ultra-thin ferritic stainless steel(FSS)430 foil was evaluated by studying the microstructure and *** results show that specimens processed with three-pass cold rolling under the reductions of 40%,40%and 31%,respectively,exhibit improved ridging resistance owing to the microstructural refinement and the texture structure optimization.A nearly 40%reduction of ridging height can be achieved using the proposed rolling schedule compared to the other two rolling *** addition,the effect of annealing temperature after cold rolling on the ridging resistance of FSS 430 foil is also found to be crucial,and an optimal annealing temperature of 900℃ is obtained for FSS 430 foil with high ridging ***,the improvement in the ridging resistance of FSS 430 foil can be attributed to the reduction in the fraction of{001}and{114}components by optimization of the rolling and annealing processes.

The incidence of in-hospital cardiac arrest (IHCA) has increased over the past decade,with more than half occurring in intensive care units (ICUs).^([1])ICU cardiac arrest (ICU-CA)presents unique challenges,with worse outcomes than those in monitored wards,highlighting the need for early detection and intervention.^([2])Up to 80%of patients exhibit signs of deterioration hours before IHCA.^([3])Although early warning scores based on vital signs are useful,their eff ectiveness in ICUs is limited due to abnormal physiological parameters.^([4])Laboratory markers,such as sodium,potassium,and lactate,are predictive of poor outcomes,^([5])but static measurements may not capture the patient’s *** in laboratory indicators,such as variability and extremes,may offer better predictive value.^([6])This study aimed to evaluate ICU-CA predictive factors,with a focus on vital signs and trends of laboratory indicators.

Covalent organic frameworks（COFs） are promising materials for mitigating polysulfide shuttling in lithium-sulfur（Li-S） batteries,but enhancing their ability to convert polysulfides across a wide temperature range remains a challenge,Herein,we introduce a redox-active COF（RaCOF） that functions as both a physical barrier and a kinetic enhancer to improve the temperature adaptability of Li-S batteries,The RaCOF constructed from redox-active anthraquinone units accelerates polysulfide conversion kinetics through reversible C=O/C-OLi transformations within a voltage range of 1,7 to 2.8 V（***+/Li）,optimizing sulfur redox reactions in ether-based *** conventional COFs,RaCOF provides bidentate trapping of polysulfides,increasing binding energy and facilitating more effective polysulfide ***-situ XRD and ToF-SIMS analyses confirm that RaCOF enhances polysulfide adsorption and promotes the transformation of lithium sulfide（Li2S）,leading to better sulfur cathode ***,RaCOF-modified Li-S batteries demonstrate low self-discharge（4.0% decay over a 7-day rest）,excellent wide-temperature performance（stable from-10 to+60℃）,and high-rate cycling stability（94% capacity retention over 500 cycles at 5.0 C）.This work offers valuable insights for designing COF structures aimed at achieving temperature-adaptive performance in rechargeable batteries.
