This paper will introduce the clinical experiences of Professor zheng-pingBai in treating gastric *** his diagnosis and treatment of this disease,Professor Bai advocates the integration of disease,symptom,and syndrome differentiation,pointing out that gastric cancer is caused by the accumulation of phlegm-dampness and blood stasis in the stomach due to qi ***,the basic pathogenic mechanism involves the loss of harmonious descent in the *** implies that treatment should prioritize qi activity by calming the stomach and suppressing the abnormal ascent of qi,as well as emphasizing the elimination of phlegm and stasis,and this has achieved significant therapeutic efficacy.

Prostate cancer(PCa)is the second most common malignancy among men *** Fu-zheng-Yi-Liu(FZYL)Formula has been widely utilized in the treatment of *** study investigates whether the FZYL Formula can inhibit PCa by tar-geting the TAMs/CCL5 *** conducted in vitro co-cultures and in vivo co-injections of PCa cells and TAMs to mimic their *** showed that the FZYL Formula significantly reduced the proliferation,colony formation,subpopulations of PCSCs,and sphere-formation efficacy of PCa cells,even in the presence of TAM ***,the Formula markedly decreased the migration,invasion,and epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)of PCa cells induced by *** FZYL Formula also reversed M2 phenotype polarization in TAMs and dose-dependently reduced their CCL5 expression and secretion,with minimal cytotoxicity *** studies confirmed that the TAMs/CCL5 axis is a critical target of the FZYL Formula,as the addition of exogen-ous CCL5 partially reversed the formula’s inhibitory effects on PCSCs self-renewal in the co-culture ***,the Formula also significantly inhibited the growth of PCa xenografts,bone metastasis,and PCSCs activity in vivo by targeting the TAMs/CCL5 ***,this study not only elucidates the immunomodulatory mechanism of the FZYL Formula in PCa therapy but also highlights the TAMs/CCL5 axis as a promising therapeutic target.

Objective:To analyze the medication rules of zheng Yuling in the treatment of cervical cancer,and provide a basis for the clinical practice of Chinese medicine for the treatment of cervical ***:The data of patients with cervical cancer treated by zheng Yuling in the First Hospital Affliated to Henan Univer-sity of Chinese Medicine from March 26,2017 to January 5,2021 were collected and the medication rules were ***:Totally 143 cases were included,and the most frequently used prescriptions were Wuling Powder(五苓散),Simiao Powder(四妙散),Danggui Shaoyao Powder(当归芍药散),Shuyu Pill(薯损丸),Qingxin Lianzi Decoetion(清心莲子饮),Bazhen Decoction(八珍汤),*** statistics of the efficacy,all Chinese materia medica were divided into 19 categories,and their properties were mainly warm,mild and cold;the flavors of medicine were mainly sweet,pungent and bitter;the meridian tropism mainly ineludes the lung,liver,spleen and *** cluster analysis and factor analysis,15 common factors were extracted;through the analysis of association rules,14 groups of Chinese materia medica combinations with high frequency associ-ation strength were obtai ***:zheng Yuling believes that the pathogenesis of cervical cancer is not only related to disorder between Chong and conception Channels due to the intermingling of dampness,tox-icity,blood stasis,and phlegm but also retention of urine due to qi stagnation and water *** direct disease location is in the uterus and indirect location may involve the lung,liver,spleen and kidney according to the development of disease,accompanying symptoms and the different constitutions of the *** is advo-cated that attention should be paid to not only removing dampness,detoxification,removing blood stasis,and re-ducing phlegm,but also regulating qi,opening the blockage,promoting water *** the same time,the spleen and stomach should be protected,and tonification and purgation should be applied in combination.

One new species of the genus Tetrix Latreille, Tetrix xiangzhouensis sp. nov. is described, and the male of Bolivaritettix luochengensis Deng, zheng et Wei is reported for the first time, New species is similar to Tetrifuchuanensis zheng, 1998, but differs in a number of ways, Width of vertex equal to or slightly narrower than width of an eye, anterior margin of vertex not protruding beyond eyes, length of a segment in middle of antenna about 7-8 times longer than width, lateral keels of prozona constricted backward, hind process of pronotum reaching two thirds of hind tibia, lower margins of anterior and middle femora ornate with sparse hairs,
