Magnetron sputtered nickel oxide with suppressed interfacial defect states for efficient inverted perovskite solar cells

Widely used spin-coated nickle oxide （NiOx） based perovskite solar cells often suffer from severe interfacial reactions between the NiOxand adjacent perovskite layers due to surface defect states,which inherently impair device performance in a long-term view,even with surface molecule *** this study,we developed high-quality magnetron-sputtered NiOxthin films through detailed process optimization,and compared systematically sputtered and spin-coated NiOxthin film surfaces from materials to *** sputtered NiOxfilms exhibit improved crystallinity,smoother surfaces,and significantly reduced Ni3+or Ni vacancies compared to their spin-coated ***,the interface between the perovskite and sputtered NiOxfilm shows a substantially reduced density of defect *** solar cells （PSCs） fabricated with our optimally sputtered NiOxfilms achieved a high power conversion efficiency （PCE） of up to 19.93%and demonstrated enhanced stability,maintaining 86.2% efficiency during 500 h of maximum power point tracking under one standard sun ***,with the surface modification using (4-(2,7-dibromo-9,9-dimethylacridin-10（9H）-yl)butyl)p hosphonic acid （DMAcPA）,the device PCE was further promoted to 23.07%,which is the highest value reported for sputtered NiOxbased PSCs so far.

An integrative synchronization and imaging algorithm for GNSS-based BSAR

In this paper, we develop an integrative synchronization and imaging algorithm for bistatic synthetic aperture radar(BSAR) using Global Navigation Satellite Systems as transmitters and a fixed receiver. Due to the lack of a dedicated synchronization link, the usage of navigation signals and the system complexity,traditional synchronization and imaging solutions are not applicable for GNSS-based BSAR. To resolve this problem, this paper focuses on the integrative signal processing algorithm for GNSS-based BSAR. Firstly, to remove the effect of navigation signals, synchronization pre-processing is developed. Then the principle of measuring errors neutralization is theoretically proved by considering the geometric peculiarity of the *** on this principle, an integrative synchronization and imaging algorithm is proposed. Finally, the validity of the developed algorithm is confirmed by experimentally obtained data.

Dynamics of Attractive Vesicles in Shear Flow

A nonequilibrium molecular dynamics（NEMD） method is employed to study the dynamics of two identical vesicles with attractive interactions immersed in shear flow. The dynamics behaviors of attractive vesicles depend on the attractive interactions and the shear rates simultaneously. There are four motion types for attractive vesicles in shear flow： a coupled-tumbling（CTB） motion, a coupled-trembling（CTR） motion, a collision/rotation mixture（CRM） motion and a separated-tank-treading（STT） motion, which are determined by the competition between the shear flow and the attractive interactions. Furthermore, the dynamics behavior of an individual vesicle shows three main motion types such as tumbling, trembling and tank-treading motions, and relies mainly on the shear rates. Meanwhile, comparisons with rigid vesicles for the dynamics behaviors are made, and the collision/rotation mixture（M） motion isn＇t observed for rigid vesicles.

L-band geosynchronous SAR imaging degradations imposed by ionospheric irregularities

It is well known that the ionospheric scintillation caused by small-scale ionospheric irregularities is a major distortion source for low-frequency spaceborne synthetic aperture radar(SAR) imaging. For L-band geosynchronous earth orbit(GEO) SAR, the orbit height is ultra-high and the integration time is ultra-long,thus ionospheric irregularities may cause more significant distortions on the imaging focusing. To evaluate this effect, the generalized ambiguity function(GAF) is employed to establish the analytical model. The imaging resolution can be studied by calculating the second moment of GAF. Furthermore, since the scanning velocity of the ionospheric penetration point(IPP) for GEO SAR is much slower than that of low earth orbit(LEO)SAR, the convection velocity of the ionospheric irregularities is no longer negligible. Taking this into account,we derive a more accurate expression of ionospheric irregularities' effect. The theoretical derivation is validated by numerical analyses and signal-level simulations.

1 Introduction Completely decomposed granite(CDG)is widely distributed in South China(Xu et al.,2022;Wang et al.,2023).The parent granite rock mass gradually loses features during the weathering process,and thus needs to be reinforced when used(Lan et al.,2003;Dassekpo et al.,2017;Alamanis et al.,2021).On the other hand,considering the huge demand for construction materials and limited natural resources,it is increasingly important to fully utilize solid waste(Gruhler et al.,2019;Anagnostopoulos et al.,2020;Jiang et al.,2022,2023a,2023b).With high strength and environment-friendly characteristics,incineration bottom ash(IBA)seems to be a suitable reinforcement material for CDG(Ahmed and Khalid,2011;Alhassan and Tankó,2012;Toraldo et al.,2013;Lynn et al.,2017;Xuan et al.,2018;Tang et al.,2020).

A New Nonmonotone Trust Region Barzilai-Borwein Method for Unconstrained Optimization Problems

In this paper,we propose a new nonmonotone trust region Barzilai-Borwein(BB for short)method for solving unconstrained optimization *** proposed method is given by a novel combination of a modified Metropolis criterion,BB-stepsize and trust region *** new method uses the reciprocal of BB-stepsize to approximate the Hessian matrix of the objective function in the trust region subproblems,and accepts some bad solutions according to the modified Metropolis criterion based on simulated annealing *** some suitable assumptions,the global convergence of the new method is *** preliminary numerical results indicate that,the new method is more efficient compared with the existing trust region BB method.

Static Recrystallization Behavior of SA508-III Steel during Hot Deformation

The static recrystallization behavior of SA508-III steel was investigated by isothermal double-hit hot compression tests at the deformation temperature of 950-1 250 ℃,the strain rate of 0. 01-1 s^（-1）,and the inter-pass time of 1-300 *** effects of deformation parameters,including forming temperature,strain rate,degree of deformation（ pre-strain） and initial austenite grain size,on the softening kinetics were analyzed. Experimental results show that static recrystallization kinetics is strongly dependent on deformation temperature and degree of deformation,while less affected by the strain rate and initial grain size. The kinetics and microstructural evolution equations of static recrystallization for SA508-III steel were developed to predict the softening behavior and the statically recrystallized grain size,respectively. Based on the comparison between the experimental and predicted results,it is found that the established equations can give a reasonable estimate of the static softening behavior for SA508-III steel.
