麻黄“先煮”“去沫”理论的历史演变规律与探讨

目的探索麻黄“先煮”“去沫”的历史演变规律,并探讨其机制。方法检索古代文献含麻黄的本草著作及方书,构建麻黄本草数据库及含麻黄内服汤剂数据库,并结合现代文献,探索古今医家对麻黄“先煮”“去沫”的要求及认识。结果古代文献中,不同朝代、不同本草、不同方书及方剂中对麻黄的煎煮要求及煎煮程度不尽相同。东汉至唐代时要求麻黄“先煮”“去沫”的占比急剧下降,唐至宋金元时期小幅度下降,金元至明清时期无太大变化。汉晋时期含麻黄汤剂中要求麻黄“先煮”的占58.33%、“去沫”占55.56%,唐代时分别占20.87%、20.08%,至清代时分别仅占12.50%、12.50%。麻黄日剂量在2.01~10.00 g时,要求麻黄“先煮”“去沫”的仅占8.41%和5.61%,而麻黄日剂量大于60 g时“先煮”“去沫”的占比均超过50.0%,相关性分析结果也显示麻黄日用剂量与“先煮”“去沫”之间存在弱的正相关关系,相关系数r1=0.259、r2=0.263,(P<0.001)。结论自汉唐至明清乃至现代都有麻黄“先煮”“去沫”的记载,但未形成统一的认识,现代医家多已不再沿用“先煮”“去沫”的特殊煎煮方法,临证用药时可结合自身诊疗经验及麻黄用量等选择煎煮方式。

Equal-channel angular pressing(ECAP) is considered to be one of the most effective processing procedures to produce ultrafine-grained(UFG) materials.A new AI-ZnMg-Cu-Zr alloy was subjected to ECAP experiment in Route B_(C)(i.e.,rotated 90° in the same sense between each pass).The effect of ECAP on the microstructural evolution and fracture mechanism of the alloy was analyzed by optical microscope(OM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),tensile test(at room temperature),and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the main strengthening phase of the alloy is MgZn_(2),whose content increases apparently after ECAP,the dislocation density increases by one order of magnitude,the hardness value of the 1 pass ECAPed sample increases by 53 %,the ultimate tensile strength(UTS)increases by 29 %,and the true strain increases by 15.4 %.But the further increase in the strength with the passes increasing would cost a slight drop in the true *** morphology of the tensile dimples is converted from elongated one to equiaxed one with a uniform distribution of size and depth after pressing.

Identification of a Group of Novel γ-Gliadin Genes

γ-Gliadins are an important component of wheat seed storage proteins. Four novel γ-gliadin genes （Gli-ngl to Gli-ng4） were cloned from wheat （Triticum aestivum） and Aegilops species. The novel γ-gliadins were much smaller in molecular size when compared to the typical γ-gliadins, which was caused by deletion of the non-repetitive domain, glutamine-rich region, 3＂ part of the repetitive domain, and 5＇ part of the C-terminal, possibly due to illegitimate recombination between the repetitive domain and the C-terminal. As a result, Gli-ngl and Gli-ng4 only contained two and three cysteine residues, respectively. Gli-ngl, as the representative of novel γ-gliadin genes, has been sub-cloned into an Escherichia coli expression system. SDS- PAGE indicated that the both cysteine residues of Gli-ngl could participate in the formation of intermolecular disulphide bonds in vitro. Successful cloning of Gli-ngl from seed cDNA of T. aestivum cv. Chinese Spring suggested that these novel γ-gliadin genes were normally transcribed during the development of seeds. Phylogenic analysis indicated that the four novel γ-gliadin genes had a closer relationship with those from the B （S） genome of wheat.

Loss of synchronization is one of the main issues for a grid-feeding converter in a weak grid after being subjected to a large *** synchronous transient is highly nonlinear due to phase movement and frequency ***,none of the previous research has considered the anti-windup PI in the phase-locked loop,which is commonly implemented in reality and introduced as an additional nonlinear *** work provides a taxonomy to evaluate and compare the effect of different anti-windup PI limiters on synchronization stability,including clamping,back-calculation and combined *** anti-windup PI limiters allocate zeros and poles differently and have different impacts on damping and stability enhancement.A case study implemented in Matlab/Simulink serves to compare the trajectory of the converter phase and frequency using different anti-windup PI in the scenario of both with and without equilibrium points during the *** results show that anti-windup PI limiters increase damping during the fault and thus improve the synchronization stability margin.

Thorium-229 possesses the lowest first nuclear excited state,with an energy of approximately 8 *** extremely narrow linewidth of the first nuclear excited state,with an uncertainty of 53 THz,prevents direct laser excitation and realization of the nuclear *** present a proposal using the Coulomb crystal of a linear chain formed by229Th^(3+)ions,where the nuclei of229Th3+ions in the ion trap are excited by the electronic bridge(EB)*** 7 P1∕2state of the thorium-229 nuclear ground state is chosen for EB *** the two-level optical Bloch equation under experimental conditions,we calculate that 2 out of 36 prepared thorium ions in the Coulomb crystal can be excited to the first nuclear excited state,and it takes approximately 2 h to scan over an uncertainty of 0.22 *** advantage of the transition enhancement of EB and the long stability of the Coulomb crystal,the energy uncertainty of the first excited state can be limited to the order of 1 GHz.

This study aims to investigate the influence of rapid economic development on pollution at the municipal level in *** constructs a Stochastic Impacts by Regression on Population,Affluence and Technology model(STIRPAT model) and uses comprehensive municipal data on industrial pollution and economic *** dataset contains 290 cities from2003 to 2016 as a sample for the panel data *** study further separates the cities into two groups by their levels of economic development for heterogeneity *** reveals that a low level of economic development would aggravate environmental pollution,and when the economy reaches a high level,this economic development will improve environmental *** also find that the relationships between foreign direct investment and industrial dust and sulfur dioxide(SO_2) discharge are significant,while the relationship between economic growth and effluent emission is *** more developed subsample cities present an inverted U-shaped curve between industrial pollutant emission,GDP per capita,and foreign direct investment,while the less developed subsamples show no such *** the shape of these curves differs among regions,their turning points vary *** on this finding,this study suggests that the governments of more developed cities should balance environmental pollution and economic development by enhancing environmental regulations and adjusting industrial structure.

目的探究滋阴明目丸对小鼠视网膜色素变性(RP)的改善作用及其可能机制。方法将RP转基因小鼠(rd10)随机分为模型组、乐盯组(0.15 g/kg)和滋阴明目丸低、高剂量组(4.50、9.00 g/kg),以C57BL/6小鼠为正常组,每组12只。HE染色检测小鼠视网膜组织病理改变,视网膜电图(ERG)检测视功能,光学相干断层扫描(OCT)观察小鼠眼底表现并检测视网膜厚度,激光散斑血流技术检测小鼠视网膜血液灌注量,数字PCR检测Shh信号通路信号分子Shh、Ptc、Smo、Gli1、N-myc、Cyclin mRNA表达,免疫荧光染色检测Shh、Ptc、Smo、Gli1、N-myc、Cyclin蛋白表达。结果与正常组比较,模型小鼠眼底和视网膜组织均发生病理性改变,ERG a波和b波振幅降低(P<0.01),视网膜厚度减少(P<0.01),视网膜血液灌注量降低(P<0.01),视网膜Shh、Ptc、Smo、Gli1、N-myc、Cyclin mRNA和蛋白表达均降低(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,滋阴明目丸各剂量组和乐盯组小鼠眼底和视网膜组织病理性改变均得到改善,视网膜厚度增加(P<0.01),视网膜血流量升高(P<0.01),ERG a波和b波振幅增加(P<0.01),视网膜Shh、Ptc、Smo、Gli1、N-myc、Cyclin mRNA和蛋白表达均升高(P<0.01)。结论滋阴明目丸可增加视网膜厚度和血流量,改善眼底病理改变和视功能,呈现出较好的延缓RP的作用,其机制可能与激活Shh信号通路有关。
