In this paper, pod-like supramicelles with multicompartment hydrophobic cores were prepared by selfassembly of amphiphilic N-phthaloylchitosan-g-poly(N-vinylcaprolactam)(PHCS-g-PNVCL) in aqueous medium. The employed biocompatible amphiphilic polymer was synthesized by grafting the carboxyl terminated poly(N-vinylcaprolactam)(PNVCL-COOH) chains onto N-phthaloylchitosan(PHCS) backbone.~1H NMR and FTIR results confirmed the molecular structure of the copolymers. The morphology of the supramicelles assembled by PHCS-g-PNVCL was revealed by means of TEM and polarized light microscope. In solution, the supramicelles were very stable as monitored by DLS and zeta potential measurements. Temperature and p H presented significant influences on the size and size distribution of the supramicelles. These supramicelles with multicompartment hydrophobic cores should be ideal biomimetic systems with promising applications in drug delivery.

In the current extensive studies of layered two-dimensional （2D） materials, compared to hexagonal structures such as graphene, hBN, and MoS2, low- symmetry 2D materials have shown great potential for applications in anisotropic devices. Rhenium diselenide （ReSe2） possesses the bulk space group P1 and belongs to the triclinic crystal system with a deformed cadmium-iodide-type structure. Here, we propose an electron diffraction-based method to distinguish the monolayer ReSe2 membrane from multilayer ReSe2 and its two different vertical orientations. Our method is also applicable to other low-symmetry crystal systems, including both triclinic and monoclinic lattices, as long as their third unit-cell basis vectors are not perpendicular to the basal plane. Our experimental results are well explained by kinematical electron diffraction theory and the corresponding simulations. Generalization of our method to other 2D materials, such as ~：raphene, is also discussed.

Chemical oxygen generators(COGs)have been used worldwide in confined spaces as an emergency oxygen supply technology,mainly because they are independent and have a long shelf ***,a number of challenges related to COGs remain unsolved,and a literature review of the current state of the technology is ***,the present article summarizes the basic information and applications of COGs,including their oxygen production mechanism,components,forming technology,and ignition *** current challenges encountered in applying COGs are discussed,along with the strategies adopted thus far to solve these problems,as found in the published *** literature survey reveals that,although much effort has been devoted to controlling the oxygen production rate and the heat output of COGs,the mechanism of producing toxic gases remains unclear and a reliable and safe ignition system has not been fully ***,future opportunities in the development of COGs are briefly listed.

The hot compression tests of Super304H austenitic heat resistant steel were carried out at 800-1200℃and 0.005-5 s^-1 using a Gleeble 3500 thermal-mechanical simulator,and its deformation behavior was *** results show that the flow stress of Super304H steel decreases with the decrease of strain rate and the increase of deformation temperature; the hot deformation activation energy of the steel is 485 kJ/*** hot deformation equation and the relationship between the peak stress and the deformation temperature and strain rate is *** softening caused by deformation heating cannot be neglected when both the deformation temperature and strain rate are higher.

Objective:To investigate effect and possible mechanisms of silencing human WFDC2（HE4） gene on biological behavior changes as cell proliferation,apoplosis,movement and invasion of human serous ovarian cancer cell line ***:Lentiviral WFDC2 gene sequence of small interfering siRNA was stablely transfected into SKOV3 identified by Q-PCR and western-blot. Obtained SKOV3 stable strains with silenced HE4 were measured by proliferation,apoplosis, migration,and ***:Gene sequencing showed that the oligonucleotides were successfully inserted into the expected *** silencing HE4 in the SKOV3,proliferation was significandy inhibited（P0/G1 phase was arrested by the cell cycle（P<0.01） and capacity of the migration and invasion decreased significandy（P<0.01）.Slight early apoptosis ratio and no change of late apoplosis were found without change of Caspase-3 or Bcl-2 *** involed in ERK pathway as phosphorylated protein as p-EGFR,p- ERK decreased and protease protein involved in tissue remoding as matrix metalloproteinases MMP-9,MMP-2 and cathepsin B decreased compared with control ***:HE4 gene plays an important role in regulating proliferation,apoptosis,migration,invasion of serous ovarian cancer cells by ERK pathway and protease *** role in apoptosis needs to be further explored,and it may be a potential target for serous ovarian cancer.

The staggered distribution of joints and fissures in space constitutes the weak part of any rock *** identification of rock mass structural planes and the extraction of characteristic parameters are the basis of rock-mass integrity evaluation,which is very important for analysis of slope *** laser scanning technique can be used to acquire the coordinate information pertaining to each point of the structural plane,but large amount of point cloud data,uneven density distribution,and noise point interference make the identification efficiency and accuracy of different types of structural planes limited by point cloud data analysis technology.A new point cloud identification and segmentation algorithm for rock mass structural surfaces is *** on the distribution states of the original point cloud in different neighborhoods in space,the point clouds are characterized by multi-dimensional eigenvalues and calculated by the robust randomized Hough transform(RRHT).The normal vector difference and the final eigenvalue are proposed for characteristic distinction,and the identification of rock mass structural surfaces is completed through regional growth,which strengthens the difference expression of point *** addition,nearest Voxel downsampling is also introduced in the RRHT calculation,which further reduces the number of sources of neighborhood noises,thereby improving the accuracy and stability of the *** advantages of the method have been verified by laboratory *** results showed that the proposed method can better achieve the segmentation and statistics of structural planes with interfaces and sharp *** method works well in the identification of joints,fissures,and other structural planes on Mangshezhai slope in the Three Gorges Reservoir area,*** can provide a stable and effective technique for the identification and segmentation of rock mass structural planes,which is beneficial in engineering practice.

The Early Permian bauxite in the Sichuan Basin is an important part of karst-type bauxite deposits in South China Block and its provenance is poorly *** we present results of mineralogy,wholerock geochemistry,detrital zircon U-Pb ages and trace element compositions of the bauxitic claystone from the Lower Permian Dazhuyuan Formation and those of the siltstone from the underlying Lower Silurian Hanjiadian Formation in Huayingshan region,Sichuan Basin,South China Block to constrain the provenance of the bauxitic *** zircons from bauxitic claystone and siltstone have similar age spectra,and the ages of bauxitic claystone are classified into five groups of 2600-2200 Ma,1800-1600 Ma,1200-900 Ma,900-650 Ma,and 650-400 Ma *** of the siltstone are classified into four groups of 2600-2200 Ma,1200-900 Ma,900-650 Ma,and 650-400 Ma *** propose that the bauxitic claystone in the study region has mixed sources:the siltstone of the Lower Silurian Hanjiadian Formation probably constitutes the dominant source,and the Late Paleoproterozoic magmatic rocks along the western margin of the Yangtze Block are probably the secondary ***,the source materials of the Hanjiadian Formation siltstone are mainly sourced from Grenville-aged magmatic rocks in the Cathaysia Block and Neoproterozoic magmatic rocks in the Jiangnan orogen,with minor contributions from the underlying clastic sediments in the Cathaysia Block and Pan-African magmatic rocks in the orogen in eastern Gondwana.

The structural optimization of electric vehicles involves numerous design variables and constraints,making it a complex engineering optimization task over the past *** population-based evolutionary algorithms encounter issues such as converging to local optima and lacking population diversity when tackling such optimization ***,the solutions obtained for the optimization may be flawed or *** address these problems,an improved genetic algorithm(GA)based on reinforcement learning is proposed in this *** proposed method introduces a population delimitation method based on individual fitness *** population is divided into two parts:the excellent population and the ordinary population,and different selection and cross-mutation methods are applied to each part *** efficient crossover and mutation methods are then applied to the ordinary population to enhance the generation of excellent ***,the proposed approach replaces the traditional fixed crossover and mutation rates with a dynamic selection method based on reinforcement learning to enhance optimization efficiency.A markov decision process model is constructed based on GA environment in this *** population state determination method and reward method are designed for reinforcement learning in the GA environment,dynamically selecting the most appropriate genetic parameters based on the current state of the ***,the uncertainty in the manufacturing process is introduced into the optimization problem and the case study results demonstrate that the proposed reinforcement learning-based GA significantly outperforms other evolutionary algorithms when applied to solving the structural optimization of electric vehicles.
