A new scheme is proposed for realizing entanglement swapping in cavity QED. The scheme is based on the resonant interaction of two-mode cavity with ∧-type three-level atom, and it involves only a single measurement. In the scheme, the output state after swapping is exactly the maximally entangled state in principle, thus it is prior to the previous one, in which the output state is just approximate. Calculations indicate that our scheme is less influenced by an error.

We present an alternative scheme for preparing the superpositions of coherent states along a straight line of a cavity field using degenerate atom-cavity field Raman interaction. In the scheme, a collection of A-type three-level atoms is orderly sent through the cavity to interact with the cavity field adjusted by a microwave source connected to it, followed by state-selective measurements. In this way, we can prepare the superpositions of several coherent states along a straight line with arbitrary weighting factors for the cavity field. In the scheme, the coherence of the atom-cavity system may be maintained and the second microwave field is unnecessary, which is prior to the previous scheme.

We have proposed an alternative scheme for teleportation of two-atom entangled state in cavity QED. It is based on the degenerate Raman interaction of a single-mode cavity field with a A-type three-level atom. The prominent feature of the scheme is that only one cavity is required, which is prior to the previous one. Moreover, the atoms need to be detected are reduced compared with the previous scheme. The experimental feasibility of the scheme is discussed. The scheme can easily be generalized for teleportation of N-atom GHZ entangled states. The number of the atoms needed to be detected does not increase as the number of the atoms in GHZ state increases.

An alternative scheme is proposed for preparing the superpositions of coherent states with controllable weighting factors along a straight line for a cavity field. The scheme is based on the interaction of a single-mode cavity field with a resonant two-level atom driven by a strong classical field. It is in contrast to the previous methods used in cavity QED of injecting a coherent state into a cavity via a microwave source. In the scheme, the interaction between the cavity mode and atoms is fully resonant, thus the required interaction time is greatly shortened. Moreover, the present scheme requires smaller numbers of operations. In view of decoherence, a reduction of interaction time and numbers of operations for the state preparation is very important for experimental implementation of quantum state engineering.

Ex vivo tissue culture of the human corpus cavernosum(cc)can be used to explore the tissue structural changes and complex signaling *** present,artificial Cc-like tissues based on acellular or three-dimensional(3D)-printed scaffolds are used to solve the scarcity of primary penis tissue ***,inconvenience and high costs limit the wide application of such ***,we describe a simple,fast,and economical method of constructing artificial CC-like *** Cc fibroblasts(FBs),endothelial cells(ECs),and smooth muscle cells(SMCs)were expanded in vitro and mixed with Matrigel in specific proportions.A large number of bubbles were formed in the mixture by vortexing combined with pipette blowing,creating a porous,spongy,and spatial *** Cc FBs produced a variety of signaling factors,showed multidirectional differentiation potential,and grew in a 3D grid in Matrigel,which is necessary for CC-like tissue to maintain a porous structure as a cell *** the C-like tissue,ECs covered the surface of the lumen,and SMCs were located inside the trabeculae,similar to the structure of the primary *** cell components remained stable for 3 days in vitro,but the EC content decreased on the 7th ***/integrated(WNT)signaling activation led to lumen atrophy and increased tissue fibrosis in CC-like tissue,inducing the same changes in characteristics as in the primary *** study describes a preparation method for human artificial cC-like tissue that may provide an improved experimental platform for exploring the function and structure of the cC and conducting drug screening for erectile dysfunction therapy.

目的运用癌症基因图谱(the cancer genome atlas,TCGA)基因组学数据挖掘潜在治疗胶质母细胞瘤的药物卤泛群(halofantrine),通过网络药理学方法探讨卤泛群防治胶质母细胞瘤的作用机制,并结合细胞实验对卤泛群防治胶质母细胞瘤的机制进行验证。方法通过癌症临床公开数据库TCGA挖掘胶质母细胞瘤发生发展的关键基因,利用CMAP数据库寻找潜在治疗胶质母细胞瘤的药物,借助STITCH、Drug bank、Binding DB、BATMAN-TCM、TargetNet、SwissTarget、PubChem检索药物靶点信息,利用Drug bank、DisGeNET、GeneCards,TDD筛选胶质母细胞瘤靶点。通过Cytoscape构建“药物-活性成分-靶点”可视化网络图,通过进行GO、KEGG和分子对接分析,预测其作用机制。利用CCK-8及qPCR等方法验证卤泛群对胶质母细胞瘤细胞及治疗靶点的作用。结果筛选出潜在治疗胶质母细胞瘤的药物卤泛群,卤泛群有150个作用靶点,胶质母细胞瘤治疗靶点有173个,和药物交集靶点有12个,获得3个核心靶点:EGFR、MAPK14、IGF1R。分子对接结果显示,卤泛群与核心靶点结合的潜能和活性良好。CCK-8和qPCR实验结果表明卤泛群可通过EGFR、MAPK14、IGF1R靶点抑制胶质母细胞瘤细胞增殖。结论卤泛群通过EGFR、MAPK14、IGF1R靶点发挥治疗胶质母细胞瘤的作用。

An alternative scheme is proposed to transfer quantum states and prepare a quantum network in cavity QED. It is based on the interaction of a two-mode cavity field with a three-level V-type atom. In the scheme, the atom-cavity field interaction is resonant, thus the time required to complete the quantum state transfer process is greatly shortened, which is very important in view of decoherence. Moreover, the present scheme does not require one mode of the cavities to be initially prepared in one-photon state, thus it is more experimentally feasible than the previous ones.

Abstract According to the protocol of Agrawal et al., we propose a cavity QED scheme for realization of teleportation and dense coding. Instead of using EPR states and GHZ states, our scheme is more insensitive to the loss of one particle by using a W-class state as a quantum channel. Besides, our scheme is immune to thermal field, and does not require the cavity to remain in the vacuum state throughout the procedure.

We propose to engineer qutrit-qutrit entanglement through resonant atom-cavity interaction assisted by moderate laser driving,study two parameter regimes,respectively,of asymmetric atom-laser coupling and of asymmetric atom-cavity coupling,and find that both the coupling regimes possess the advantage of short operation time,compared with the previous ones achieved by dispersive interaction,adiabatic passage,and even quantum Zeno *** check numerically the influences of the parameter fluctuations and dissipation on the scheme and show it to be *** scheme can also be generalized to other physical systems such as the ion trap.
