High-density uniform microstructure nanocrystalline W-10wt.% Cr-5wt.% Y（W-10Cr-5Y） alloy with an average grain size of 85 nm and a relative density of 99.8% was successfully prepared.W-Cr-Y alloys with different amounts of second-phase particles were prepared by high-energy ball milling and hot isostatic pressing *** effects of composition design,ball milling parameters,and sintering parameters on the microstructure of W-Cr-Y alloys were studied.A feasible technology for controlling the synthesis of high-density nanocrystalline W-based alloys has been *** microstructure analysis of nanocrystalline W-10Cr-5Y alloy shows that there are two types of doping in the second phase:intergranular doping and intragranular *** "uniform distribution YOx-rich particles" effectively suppresses the grain growth of W and leads to the formation of nanocrystalline W-10Cr-5Y alloy.W-10Cr-5Y has an ultra-high hardness,with a Vickers hardness of 1312±12 kgf·***-temperature annealing treatment shows that W-10Cr-5Y has good thermal stability at 1000 and1100℃,as demonstrated by the comparison of Vickers hardness and grain size between annealed and unannealed alloys.

Auroral Kilometric Radiation (AKR) is a common radio emission,which can contribute to the magnetosphere-ionosphereatmosphere co u *** emissions have been observed in all magnetic planet magnetospheres of the solar *** this study,using observations from the FAST satellite from 30 August 1996 to 9 September 2001,the distribution of AKR in altitude=500-4500 km and invariant latitude (|ILAT|)=60°-80°has been analyzed.63045 AKR samples have been identified with~48%(52%) samples on the dayside (nightside).Of considerable interest,there is a distinct MLT asymmetry with the high occurrence rate in MLT=05-08 and 18-22(02-05 and 12-17) in the northern (southern) *** distinct MLT asymmetry is associated with the direction of Bxof the interplaneta ry magnetic *** addition,the occurrence rate on the nightside clearly increases as the AE^(*) index *** study further enriches the information and understanding of AKR in the magnetosphere as well as other similar radio emissions.

Porosity is the one of the most fundamental and critical parameters for reservoir characterization and is closely related to the hydrocarbon storage capacity. The interpretation methods of conventional well logs have poor generalization capabilities to achieve the desired accuracy in porosity prediction. The increasing adoption of machine learning has ameliorated this predicament to some extent， but it remains difficult to reconstruct the complex and nonlinear relationship between logging responses and porosity by relying on individual machine learning models alone. This work proposes a two-layer model ensemble framework to predicte porosity， which includes base regressors in the first layer and meta regressor in the second layer. The results indicate that the Light Gradient Boosting Machine (LightGBM) - Categorical-Features Gradient Boosting (CatBoost) ensemble model provides the highest prediction accuracy for the given dataset and is applied for porosity evaluation at other logged depths. This work also points out that the base regressor should be accurate and complex， while the structure of the meta-regressor should be simple in order to achieve the desired performance. Furthermore， the proposed model ensemble framework is versatile and applicable to reservoir evaluation， engineering development， and other potential fields due to its effectiveness and convenience.

In this study, a friction piezoelectric hybrid nanogenerator （HNG） with a sponge-like structure was developed. A novel temporary solution template process was proposed to create smaller, uniformly distributed pores within the sponge structure, allowing for the complete volatilization of the porous agent without causing structural defects. The output voltage of the porous HNG structure was nearly twice that of its solid structure, demonstrating superior electrical output performance. A peak-to-peak open circuit voltage of 168 V, a short circuit current density of 36.41μA cm-2, and a maximum power density of 32 W m-2were obtained at a load resistance of 200 MΩby periodically compressing an HNG with a dimension of 0.8 cm×0.8 cm. The generated electricity was sufficient to directly illuminate 180 tandem white LEDs and power small electronic devices. In addition, this study shows that the HNG could detect electrical signals from different parts of the human body during movement, suggesting significant potential for applications in energy harvesting and motion sensing.

目的了解托幼机构内环境卫生与儿童传染病发病状况,为作好托幼机构传染病预防提供参考。方法通过采样监测和问卷调查方法,对天津市津南区33家托幼机构内环境卫生状况进行监测,了解儿童传染病发病状况。结果 2014年从该区33所托幼机构共采集各种对象标本330份,合格272份,卫生质量总合格率为82.42%,其中室内空气卫生和紫外线灯辐射强度合格率均偏低,仅为77.27%和36.36%。全年在园幼儿共计6 700名,259名幼儿发生传染病,以手足口病发病居首位,占72.2%。结论该区托幼机构卫生质量合格率总体较好,手足口病为托幼机构主要传染病,应根据薄弱环节加强室内环境卫生管理和民营托幼机构的监管。

All-safe liquid-state lithium-ion batteries(ASLS-LIBs) is of great interest as they can potentially combine the safety of all-solid-state batteries with the high performance and low manufacturing cost of traditional liquid-state LIBs. However, the practical success of ASLS-LIBs is bottlenecked by the lack of advanced separator technology that can simultaneously realize high performances in puncturing-tolerability,fire-resistance, and importantly, wetting-capability with non-flammable liquid-electrolytes. here, we propose a concept of inorganic in-situ separator(IISS) by hybrid-sol physical crosslinking directly onto the electrode surface to address the above challenges. Particularly, the hybrid-sol is designed with silica nanoparticles as the building block and poly(vinylidene difluoride) nanoparticles as the crosslinking agent. The critical factors for controlling the IISS microstructures and properties have been systematically investigated. The advantages of the IISS have been confirmed by its fast wetting with various fireresistant liquid-electrolytes, customizable thickness and porous structures, robust interface with planar or three-dimensional(3D)-structured electrodes, and importantly, unexpected self-adaptability against puncturing. Enabled by the above merits, a fire-resistant ASLS-LIB is successfully assembled and demonstrated with stable electrochemical performance. This sol-crosslinked IISS may open an avenue for the studies on the next-generation separator technology, cell assembling, solid electrolyte processing as well as non-flammable secondary batteries.

由于各种误差的影响,民用传统单点定位精度只有数十米量级,为了提高其定位精度,采用局域差分GNSS定位技术,用户站接收来自基准站提供的坐标改正数,进行改正可以消除大部分误差,精度可以得到一定的提高。根据某GNSS网中1个点的观测数据来模拟用户站,其他3个点模拟基准站进行定位解算。研究结果表明,局域差分单点定位精度可以提高到亚米级,在矿区定位和测量中有重要作用。

Dear Editor, Phenotypic drug discovery, which observes compound effects on physiology,has given way to targeting specific molecules, but has revived by using modern methods to find drugs based on therapeutic outcomes in disease models(Vincent et al., 2022). Osteoarthritis(OA) is a prevalent chronic joint disorder, primarily affecting knee joints, with osteoclast activation due to low-grade inflammation resulting in increased bone resorption and structural changes in the joint(Katz et al.,2021).

Malignant neoplasms consistently pose a significant threat to global public health [1,2]. In recent years, immunotherapy has demonstrated remarkable clinical success; however, its efficacy is limited by the scarcity of immune cell infiltration within tumor microenvironments. Cell pyroptosis, a gasdermin-mediated process characterized by cellular swelling,rupture, and the release of intracellular contents such as IL-1β, IL-18, ATP, HMGB1, plays a crucial role in this context[3,4].
