The mucus produced by the outbreak of Phaeocystis globosa in the adjacent waters of the Fangchenggang Nuclear Power Plant(FCGNPP) in China has blocked the entrance of the cooling water filtration system of the FCGNPP, and posed a threat to the safe operation of the FCGNPP. At present, there is no related research on whether the changes in seawater viscosity could be used as a new method for monitoring and providing early warning of P. globosa tide. During a complete red tide cycle, the temporal and spatial changes in the hydrological conditions(temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen), chlorophyll-a(Chl-a), composition and abundance of phytoplankton, number and size of P. globose colonies, concentration of transparent exopolymer particles(TEP) and the seawater viscosity were measured in this study. The results indicate that there was an extremely significant negative correlation between the physical seawater viscosity η_(T,S) and temperature, and the correlation coefficient reached-0.998. The biological seawater viscosity η_(Bio) was positively correlated with the number of P. globosa colonies, and the correlation coefficients is 0.747. Because the increase in phytoplankton abundance, especially during the outbreak of P. globosa and a large amount of mucus produced by the colonies could significantly increase seawater viscosity, we suggest that biological factors were the main reasons for the increase in seawater viscosity. The η_(Bio) was completely consistent with the occurrence process of P. globosa bloom and could be used as a valuable index for P. globosa bloom monitoring.

目的完善医院门诊药房中成药药品说明书的信息标注,促进临床合理用药。方法通过医院信息系统收集某三级甲等(简称三甲)综合医院门诊药房83种中成药的药品说明书,参照相关法规、指南等分析各项目信息标注情况。结果83份药品说明书中,非处方药中除11份未标注警示语外,其余各项目均标注完整;处方药药品说明书【药品名称】【成分】【性状】【功能主治】【规格】等17项内容均标注完整,【药代动力学】【老年患者用药】【儿童用药】【孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药】【药物相互作用】等7项有缺项。结论该院门诊药房使用的中成药药品说明书信息标注存在缺项严重、表述模糊、界定不清的情况,建议相关部门加强对中成药药品说明书的管理,督促药品上市许可持有人进行修改和完善,以保障临床用药安全。

AIM： To study the levels of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 （sICAM-1）, plasma D-lactate and diamine oxidase （DAO） in patients with inflammatory bowel disease （IBD）, and the potential clinical significance. METHODS： Sixty-nine patients with IBD and 30 healthy controls were included in this study. The concentration of sICAM-1 was detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, the level of D-lactate and DAO was measured by spectroscopic analysis, and the number of white blood cells （WBC） was determined by routine procedure. RESULTS： The levels of sICAM-I, DAO, and WBC in IBD patients were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0,01）, sICAM-I in IBD patients was found to be closely related to the levels of DAO and D-lactate （212.94 ± 69.89 vs 6.35 ± 2.35, P = 0.000）, DAO 212.94 ± 69.89 vs 8.65 ± 3.54, P = 0.000） and WBC （212.94 ± 69.89 vs 7.40 ± 2.61, P = 0.000）, but no significant difference was observed between patients with ulcerative colitis and patients with Crohn＇s disease. The post-treatment levels of sICAM-I, D-lactate and WBC were significantly lower than before treatment （sICAM-I 206.57 ± 79.21 vs 146.21 ± 64.43, P = 0.000）, （D-lactate 1.46 ± 0.94 vs 0.52± 0.32, P = 0.000） and （WBC 7.24 ± 0.2.33 vs 5.21 ± 3.21, P = 0.000）. CONCLUSION： sICAM-1, D-lactate and DAO are closely related to the specific conditions of IBD, and thus could be used as a major diagnostic index.

AIM:To analyze risk factors for refractoriness to proton pump inhibitors(PPIs) in patients with non-erosive reflux disease(NERD).METHODS:A total of 256 NERD patients treated with the PPI esomeprazole were *** were classified into symptom-free and residual symptoms groups according to Quality of Life in Reflux and Dyspepsia(QolRad) *** subjects completed questionnaires on psychological status(self-rating anxiety scale;selfrating depression scale) and quality of life scale(Short Form 36).Multivariate analysis was used to determine the predictive factors for PPI ***:According to QolRad,97 patients were confirmed to have residual reflux symptoms,and the remaining 159 patients were considered symptom *** were no significant differences between the two groups in lifestyle factors(smoking and alcohol consumption),age,Helicobacter pylori infection,and hiatal *** were significant differences between the two groups in relation to sex,psychological distress including anxiety and depression,body mass index(BMI),and irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)(P < 0.05).Logistic regression analysis found that BMI < 23,comorbid IBS,anxiety,and depression were major risk factors for PPI *** patients had a lower quality of life compared with symptom-free ***:Some NERD patients are refractory to PPIs and have lower quality of *** symptoms are associated with psychological distress,intestinal disorders,and low BMI.

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder with considerable clinical and genetic *** this study,we identified all classes of genomic variants from whole-genome sequencing (WGS) dataset of 32 Chinese trios with ASD,including de novo mutations,inherited variants,copy number variants (CNVs) and genomic structural variants.A higher mutation rate (Poisson test,Pying that the disorders may be in favor to *** particular,frequent rare inherited mutations of several microcephaly-associated genes (ASPM,WDR62,and ZNF335)were found in *** chromosomal structure analyses,we found four de novo CNVs and one de novo chromosomal rearrangement event,including a de novo duplication of UBE3A-containing region at 15q11.2-q13.1,which causes Angelman syndrome and microcephaly,and a disrupted TNR due to de novo chromosomal translocation t (1;5) (q25.1;q33.2).Taken together,our results suggest that abnormalities of centrosomal function and chromatin remodeling of the microcephaly-associated genes may be implicated in pathogenesis of *** of WGS as a new yet efficient technique to illustrate the full genetic spectrum in complex disorders,such as ASD,could provide novel insights into pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment.
