Fiberoptic bronchoscope （FOB） is an important instrument for respiratory, disorder examination and difficult airway can avoid management. The fiberoptic intubation the mechanical stimulus to oropharyngolaryngeal structures thereby it is likely to attenuate hemodynamic responses during orotracheal intubation. However, the relevant studies showed conflicting results. In this study, we observed the hemodynamic responses to orotracheal intubation using an FOB and a direct laryngoscope （DLS） in healthy adults under general anesthesia to examine the efficacy of the FOB in attenuating the hemodynamic responses to orotracheal intubation.

To the Editor:A 39-year-old man presented with progressive limb atrophy and *** patient had generalized muscular hypotonia at birth;he could not run well in elementary *** examination revealed atrophy of the facial muscles and limited left eye *** the upper limbs,the patients showed proximal muscle atrophy and weakness[Figure 1A],while in the lower extremities,the weakness was more prominent distally than *** spontaneous or percussion myotonia nor muscle hypertrophy was observed.

The HPLC-MS/MS method was developed to profile the dynamics of abscisic acid （ABA） and ABA-glucose ester （ABA-GE） after cloning glycosyltransferase enzyme family gene AtUGT71C5 into Arabidopsis thaliana. By constructing over-expression lines （OE） and down-expression lines （DN）, we acquired mutant strains to analyze the function of AtUGT71C5. The multiple-reaction monitoring （MRM） was used for quantitative determination in negative mode. The transition was m/z 263.1→153.0 for ABA （[M-H]^＋）, m/z 425.1→263.0 for ABA-GE （[M-H]^＋）, and m/z 321.0-152.0 for chloramphenicol. The linear range was 0.8684-217.1 ng/mL for ABA and 0.3920-196.0 ng/mL for ABA-GE. The accuracy was 88.0-109.0% for ABA and 86.6-113.0% for ABA-GE; the inter-day and intra-day precisions were less than 5.4%for ABA and 8.9%for ABA-GE, respectively. This method is simple and sensitive enough for determination of ABA and ABA-GE in A. thaliana leaves. All the evidence confirmed the speculation that AtUGT71C5 can mediate abscisic acid homeostasis.

为保证进口再生橡胶原料质量,防止硫化橡胶废碎料等属于我国禁止进口的固体废物以再生橡胶原料名义进口,因此需对进口再生橡胶原料实施固体废物属性鉴别。目前针对进口再生橡胶的固体废物属性鉴别尚无统一的标准方法。本文通过外观检查、红外光谱分析、裂解气相色谱-质谱和再生橡胶的性能指标测试等手段,考察进口再生橡胶原料的均匀程度,确定回收橡胶的种类,测试其性能参数,结合生产工艺和原料来源等因素进行综合判断,为准确鉴别再生橡胶固体废物属性提供了参考依据。

In this paper,a simple method based on ion chromatography（IC） with conductivity detection was developed for the determination of iminodiacetic acid（IDA） in the herbicide of *** optimized chromatographic conditions,good linear relationship,sensitivity and reproducibility were *** detection limit（LOD） for IDA obtained by injecting 25 μL of sample was 31.8 μg/L（S/N = 3）.Relative standard deviation（RSD） of repeated analysis for the peak areas was less than 1.53%（n = 6）.A spiking study was performed with satisfactory recoveries between 92.8%and 103.6%.It was confirmed that this method could be applied in glyphosate products.

The degree and scale of underground space development are growing with the continuous advancement of urbanization in *** lack of research on the change of the groundwater flow field before and after the development of underground space has led to various problems in the process of underground space development and *** paper took the key development zone of the Xiong’an New Area as the study area,and used the Groundwater modeling system software(GMS)to analyse the influence on the groundwater flow field under the point,line,and surface development *** main results showed that the underground space development would lead to the expansion and deepening of the cone of depression in the *** groundwater level on the upstream face of the underground structure would rise,while the water level on the downstream face would ***“line”concurrent development has the least impact on the groundwater flow field,and the maximum rise of water level on the upstream side of the underground structure is expected to be approximately 3.05 ***“surface”development has the greatest impact on the groundwater flow field,and the maximum rise of water level is expected to be 7.17 m.

Semen cryopreservation is widely used in assisted reproductive technologies, but it reduces sperm quality dramatically. The aim of this study was to develop a model using basal semen quality to predict the outcome of postthaw semen parameters and improve the efficiency of cryopreservation in a human sperm bank. Basal semen parameters of 180 samples were evaluated in the first stage, and a multiple logistic regression analysis involving a backward elimination selection procedure was applied to select independent predictors. After a comprehensive analysis of all results, we developed a new model to assess the freezability of sperm. Progressive motility （PR）, straight-line velocity （VSL） and average path velocity （VAP） were included in our model. A greater area under the receiver operating characteristic curve was obtained in our model when compared with other indicators. In the second stage of our study, samples that satisfied the new model were selected to undergo freeze-thawing. Compared with the first stage, the rate of good freezability was increased significantly （94% vs 67%, P = 0.003）. By determining basal semen quality, we have developed a new model to improve the efficiency of cryopreservation in a human sperm bank.
