Fault Classification for On-board Equipment of High-speed Railway Based on Attention Capsule Network

The conventional troubleshooting methods for high-speed railway on-board equipment, with over-reliance on personnel experience, is characterized by one-sidedness and low efficiency. In the process of high-speed train operation, numerous text-based onboard logs are recorded by on-board computers. Machine learning methods can help technicians make a correct judgment of fault types using the on-board log reasonably. Therefore, a fault classification model of on-board equipment based on attention capsule networks is proposed. This paper presents an empirical exploration of the application of a capsule network with dynamic routing in fault classification. A capsule network can encode the internal spatial part-whole relationship between various entities to identify the fault types. As the importance of each word in the on-board log and the dependencies between them have a significant impact on fault classification, an attention mechanism is incorporated into the capsule network to distill important information. Considering the imbalanced distribution of normal data and fault data in the on-board log, the focal loss function is introduced into the model to adjust the imbalanced data. The experiments are conducted on the on-board log of a railway bureau and compared with other baseline models. The experimental results demonstrate that our model outperforms the compared baseline methods, proving the superiority and competitiveness of our model.

Fault Information Recognition for On-board Equipment of High-speed Railway Based on Multi-neural Network Collaboration

It is of great significance to guarantee the efficient statistics of high-speed railway on-board equipment fault information,which also improves the efficiency of fault analysis. Considering this background, this paper presents an empirical exploration of named entity recognition(NER) of on-board equipment fault information. Based on the historical fault records of on-board equipment, a fault information recognition model based on multi-neural network collaboration is proposed. First, considering Chinese recorded data characteristics, a method of constructing semantic features and additional features based on character granularity is proposed. Then, the two feature representations are concatenated and passed into the gated convolutional layer to extract the dependencies from multiple different subspaces and adjacent characters in parallel. Next, the local features are transmitted to the bidirectional long short-term memory(BiLSTM) to learn long-term dependency information. On top of BiLSTM, the sequential conditional random field(CRF) is used to jointly decode the optimized tag sequence of the whole sentence. The model is tested and compared with other representative baseline models. The results show that the proposed model not only considers the language characteristics of on-board fault records, but also has obvious advantages on the performance of fault information recognition.

Role of detection of microsatellite instability in Chinese with hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer or ordinary hereditary colorectal cancer

AIM： To detect microsatellite instability （MSI） in patients with hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer or ordinary hereditary colorectal cancer and to provide criteria for screening the kindreds with hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer at molecular level.METHODS： MSI was detected in the specimens from 20 cases with HNPCC, 20 cases with ordinary hereditary colorectal cancer and 20 cases with sporadic colorectal cancer by means of polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism. RESULTS： The positive rate of MSI was 85% （17/20） in HNPCC group, 40% （8/20） in ordinary hereditary colorectal cancer group and 10% （2/20） in the sporadic colorectal cancer group respectively. The differences were significant. The mean ages of the three groups were 43.6, 52.2, and 61.8 years respectively, which increased gradually. The incidence of right hemicolon cancer was 64.7%, 37.5%, and 0% respectively, which decreased gradually and had significant difference. The expression ratio of BAT26 and BAT25 was 94.1% respectively, which was highest in the 5 gene sites studied. The incidence of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma was 70.6% in HNPCC group among high frequency microsatellite instability （MSI-H）, which was higher than the other two groups, which had 50% and 50% respectively. CONCLUSION： The incidence of MSI-H is higher in HNPCC group. The detection of MSI is simple and economical and has high correlation with the clinicopathologic feature of HNPCC and can be used as a screening method to detect the germ line mutation of the mismatch repair gene.

In the visual positioning of Unmanned Ground Vehicle(UGV),the visual odometer based on direct sparse method(DSO) has the advantages of small amount of calculation,high real-time performance and high robustness,so it is more widely used than the visual odometer based on feature point *** vision sensors have a narrower viewing angle than panoramic vision sensors,and there are fewer road signs in a single frame of image,resulting in poor road sign tracking and positioning capabilities,and severely restricting the development of visual *** on these considerations,this paper proposes a binocular stereo panoramic vision positioning algorithm based on extended DSO,which can solve these problems *** experimental results show that the binocular stereo panoramic vision positioning algorithm based on the extended DSO can directly obtain the panoramic depth image around the UGV,which greatly improves the accuracy and robustness of the visual positioning compared with other ordinary visual *** will have widely application prospects in the UGV field in the future.

Sphincter of Oddi hypomotility and its relationship with duodenal-biliary reflux,plasma motilin and serum gastrin

AIM: To detect whether patients with a T tube after cholecystectomy and choledochotomy have duodenal-biliary reflux by measuring the radioactivity of Tc99m-labeled diethylene triamine penta-acetic acid (DTPA) in the bile and whether the patients with duodenal-biliary reflux have sphincter of Oddi hypomotility, by mea-suring the level of plasma and serum gastrin of the patients. Finally to if there is close relationship among sphincter of Oddi hypomotility, duodenal-biliary reflux and gastrointestinal peptides. METHODS: Forty-five patients with a T tube after cholecystectomy and choledochotomy were divided into reflux group and control group. The level of plasma and serum gastrin of the patients and of 12 healthy volunteers were measured by radioimmunoas-say. Thirty-four were selected randomly to undergo choledochoscope manometry. Sphincter of Oddi basal pressure (SOBP), amplitude (SOCA), frequency of con-tractions (SOF), duration of contractions (SOD), duo-denal pressure (DP) and common bile duct pressure (CBDP) were scored and analyzed. RESULTS: Sixteen (35.6%) patients were detected to have duodenal-biliary reflux. SOBP, SOCA and CBDP in the reflux group were much lower than the controlgroup (t = 5.254, 3.438 and 3.527, P < 0.001). SOD of the reflux group was shorter than the control group (t = 2.049, P < 0.05). The level of serum gastrin and plasma motilin of the reflux group was much lower than the control group (t = -2.230 and -2.235, P < 0.05). There was positive correlation between the level of plasma motilin and SOBP and between the level of serum gastrin and SOBP and CBDP. CONCLUSION: About 35.9% of the patients with a T tube after cholecystectomy and choledochotomy have duodenal-biliary reflux. Most of them have sphincter of Oddi hypomotility and the decreased level of plasma motilin and serum gastrin. AIM： To detect the expression of pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide receptor i （VPCAPrR） and VPCAP2-R mRNA in gallbladder tissues of patients with gallstone or gallbladder polyps. METHODS： The expression of VPCAP1-R and VPCAP2-R mRNA in gallbladder tissues was detected in 25 patients with gallstone, 8 patients with gallbladder polyps and 7 donors of liver transplantation by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. RESULTS： The VPCAP2-R mRNA expression level in the control group （1.09±0.58） was lower than that in the gallbladder polyp group （1.64±0.56） and the gallstone group （1.55±0.45）（P〈0.05） while the VPCAP1-R mRNA expression level in the control group （1.15 ±0.23） was not apparently different from that in the gallbladder polyp group （1.28±0.56） and the gallstone group （1.27± 0.38）. CONCLUSION： The abnormal expression of VPCAP2-R mRNA in gallbladder tissue may play a role in the formation of gallbladder stone and gallbladder polyps.

Alkene hydrosilylation is one of the most concise and atom-economical methods to synthesize organosilicon ***,we reported the precise immobilization of metal single atoms(M-SAs;M=Ru,Rh,Ir,Pd,Pt,and Au)into a porphyrinic metalorganic framework(MOF)of PCN-222(PCN=porous coordination network),and then applied the resultant MOF composites of M-SAs@PCN-222 to alkene *** solvent-free conditions,Pt-SAs@PCN-222 displayed an especially high catalytic efficiency with the turnover frequency up to 119 s−1 and the maximum turnover number of 906,250 at room *** and theoretical studies revealed that there existed strong interactions between Pt-SAs@PCN-222 and the substrates,which helped to condense the substrates in the cavities of the porous *** density functional theory calculations and molecular dynamics simulations disclosed that PCN-222 could transfer electrons to Pt-SAs to enhance the silane oxidative addition and drive the reaction to proceed smoothly via Chalk–Harrod pathway.

Severe acute cholangitis after endoscopic sphincterotomy induced by barium examination:A case report

Endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST) is considered as a possible etiological factor for severe cholangitis. We herein report a case of severe cholangitis after endo-scopic sphincterotomy induced by barium examination. An adult male patient presented with epigastric pain was diagnosed as having choledocholithiasis by ultra-sonography. EST was performed and the stone was completely cleaned. Barium examination was done 3 d after EST and severe cholangitis appeared 4 h later. The patient was recovered after treated with tienam for 4 d. Barium examination may induce severe cholangitis in patients after EST, although rare, barium examination should be chosen cautiously. Cautions should be also used when EST is performed in patients younger than 50 years to avoid the damage to the sphincter of Oddi.

Effect of thermo-mechanical treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of wire-arc additively manufactured Al-Cu alloy

Wire-arc additive manufacture(WAAM)has great potential for manufacturing of Al-Cu ***,inferior mechanical properties of WAAM deposited material restrict its industrial ***-layer cold rolling and thermo-mechanical heat treatment(T8)with pre-stretching deformation between solution and aging treatment were adopted in this *** effects on hardness,mechanical properties and microstructure were analyzed and compared to the conventional heat treatment(T6).The results show that cold rolling increases the hardness and strengths,which further increase with T8 *** ultimate tensile strength(UTS)of 513 MPa and yield stress(YS)of 413 MPa can be obtained in the inter-layer cold-rolled sample with T8 treatment,which is much higher than that in the as-deposited *** cold-rolled samples show higher elongation than that of as-deposited ones due to significant elimination of porosity in cold rolling;while both the T6 and T8 treatments decrease the *** cold rolling and pre-stretching deformation both contribute to the formation of dense and dispersive precipitatedθ′phases,which inhibits the dislocation movement and enhances the strengths;as a result,T8 treatment shows better strengthening effect than the T6 *** strengthening mechanism was analyzed and it was mainly related to work hardening and precipitation strengthening.

The urgent demand of extreme(ultra-high/low)thermal conductivity materials is triggered by the high-power device,where exploring the theories and mechanisms of regulating thermal transport properties plays a key ***,we elaborately investigate the effect of vertical(out-of-plane)piezoelectric characteristics on thermal transport,which is historically *** different stacking-order(AA and AB)bilayer boron nitride(Bi-BN)in two-dimensional(2D)materials are selected as study *** performing state-of-the-art first-principles calculations,it is found that the polarization charge along the out-of-plane orientation ascends significantly with the increasing piezoelectric response in AB stacked Bi-BN(Bi-BN-AB)followed by the enhanced interlayer B–N atomic ***,the amplitude of phonon anharmonicity in Bi-BN-AB increases larger than that in the AA stacked Bi-BN(Bi-BN-AA),resulting in the dramatic weakening of the thermal conductivity by 20.34%under 18%*** research reveals the significant role of the vertical(out-of-plane)piezoelectric characteristic in regulating thermal transport and provides new insight into accurately exploring the thermal transport performance of 2D van der Waals materials.
