Fault Classification for On-board Equipment of High-speed Railway Based on Attention Capsule Network

The conventional troubleshooting methods for high-speed railway on-board equipment, with over-reliance on personnel experience, is characterized by one-sidedness and low efficiency. In the process of high-speed train operation, numerous text-based onboard logs are recorded by on-board computers. Machine learning methods can help technicians make a correct judgment of fault types using the on-board log reasonably. Therefore, a fault classification model of on-board equipment based on attention capsule networks is proposed. This paper presents an empirical exploration of the application of a capsule network with dynamic routing in fault classification. A capsule network can encode the internal spatial part-whole relationship between various entities to identify the fault types. As the importance of each word in the on-board log and the dependencies between them have a significant impact on fault classification, an attention mechanism is incorporated into the capsule network to distill important information. Considering the imbalanced distribution of normal data and fault data in the on-board log, the focal loss function is introduced into the model to adjust the imbalanced data. The experiments are conducted on the on-board log of a railway bureau and compared with other baseline models. The experimental results demonstrate that our model outperforms the compared baseline methods, proving the superiority and competitiveness of our model.

Fault Information Recognition for On-board Equipment of High-speed Railway Based on Multi-neural Network Collaboration

It is of great significance to guarantee the efficient statistics of high-speed railway on-board equipment fault information,which also improves the efficiency of fault analysis. Considering this background, this paper presents an empirical exploration of named entity recognition(NER) of on-board equipment fault information. Based on the historical fault records of on-board equipment, a fault information recognition model based on multi-neural network collaboration is proposed. First, considering Chinese recorded data characteristics, a method of constructing semantic features and additional features based on character granularity is proposed. Then, the two feature representations are concatenated and passed into the gated convolutional layer to extract the dependencies from multiple different subspaces and adjacent characters in parallel. Next, the local features are transmitted to the bidirectional long short-term memory(BiLSTM) to learn long-term dependency information. On top of BiLSTM, the sequential conditional random field(CRF) is used to jointly decode the optimized tag sequence of the whole sentence. The model is tested and compared with other representative baseline models. The results show that the proposed model not only considers the language characteristics of on-board fault records, but also has obvious advantages on the performance of fault information recognition.

Role of detection of microsatellite instability in Chinese with hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer or ordinary hereditary colorectal cancer

AIM： To detect microsatellite instability （MSI） in patients with hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer or ordinary hereditary colorectal cancer and to provide criteria for screening the kindreds with hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer at molecular level.METHODS： MSI was detected in the specimens from 20 cases with HNPCC, 20 cases with ordinary hereditary colorectal cancer and 20 cases with sporadic colorectal cancer by means of polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism. RESULTS： The positive rate of MSI was 85% （17/20） in HNPCC group, 40% （8/20） in ordinary hereditary colorectal cancer group and 10% （2/20） in the sporadic colorectal cancer group respectively. The differences were significant. The mean ages of the three groups were 43.6, 52.2, and 61.8 years respectively, which increased gradually. The incidence of right hemicolon cancer was 64.7%, 37.5%, and 0% respectively, which decreased gradually and had significant difference. The expression ratio of BAT26 and BAT25 was 94.1% respectively, which was highest in the 5 gene sites studied. The incidence of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma was 70.6% in HNPCC group among high frequency microsatellite instability （MSI-H）, which was higher than the other two groups, which had 50% and 50% respectively. CONCLUSION： The incidence of MSI-H is higher in HNPCC group. The detection of MSI is simple and economical and has high correlation with the clinicopathologic feature of HNPCC and can be used as a screening method to detect the germ line mutation of the mismatch repair gene.

In the visual positioning of Unmanned Ground Vehicle(UGV),the visual odometer based on direct sparse method(DSO) has the advantages of small amount of calculation,high real-time performance and high robustness,so it is more widely used than the visual odometer based on feature point *** vision sensors have a narrower viewing angle than panoramic vision sensors,and there are fewer road signs in a single frame of image,resulting in poor road sign tracking and positioning capabilities,and severely restricting the development of visual *** on these considerations,this paper proposes a binocular stereo panoramic vision positioning algorithm based on extended DSO,which can solve these problems *** experimental results show that the binocular stereo panoramic vision positioning algorithm based on the extended DSO can directly obtain the panoramic depth image around the UGV,which greatly improves the accuracy and robustness of the visual positioning compared with other ordinary visual *** will have widely application prospects in the UGV field in the future.

Sphincter of Oddi hypomotility and its relationship with duodenal-biliary reflux,plasma motilin and serum gastrin

AIM: To detect whether patients with a T tube after cholecystectomy and choledochotomy have duodenal-biliary reflux by measuring the radioactivity of Tc99m-labeled diethylene triamine penta-acetic acid (DTPA) in the bile and whether the patients with duodenal-biliary reflux have sphincter of Oddi hypomotility, by mea-suring the level of plasma and serum gastrin of the patients. Finally to if there is close relationship among sphincter of Oddi hypomotility, duodenal-biliary reflux and gastrointestinal peptides. METHODS: Forty-five patients with a T tube after cholecystectomy and choledochotomy were divided into reflux group and control group. The level of plasma and serum gastrin of the patients and of 12 healthy volunteers were measured by radioimmunoas-say. Thirty-four were selected randomly to undergo choledochoscope manometry. Sphincter of Oddi basal pressure (SOBP), amplitude (SOCA), frequency of con-tractions (SOF), duration of contractions (SOD), duo-denal pressure (DP) and common bile duct pressure (CBDP) were scored and analyzed. RESULTS: Sixteen (35.6%) patients were detected to have duodenal-biliary reflux. SOBP, SOCA and CBDP in the reflux group were much lower than the controlgroup (t = 5.254, 3.438 and 3.527, P < 0.001). SOD of the reflux group was shorter than the control group (t = 2.049, P < 0.05). The level of serum gastrin and plasma motilin of the reflux group was much lower than the control group (t = -2.230 and -2.235, P < 0.05). There was positive correlation between the level of plasma motilin and SOBP and between the level of serum gastrin and SOBP and CBDP. CONCLUSION: About 35.9% of the patients with a T tube after cholecystectomy and choledochotomy have duodenal-biliary reflux. Most of them have sphincter of Oddi hypomotility and the decreased level of plasma motilin and serum gastrin. Effects of sphincter of Oddi motility on the formation of cholesterol gallstones

AIM: To investigate the mechanisms and effects of sphincter of Oddi(SO) motility on cholesterol gallbladder stone formation in guinea ***: Thirty-four adult male Hartley guinea pigs were divided randomly into two groups, the control group(n = 10) and the cholesterol gallstone group(n = 24), which was sequentially divided into four subgroups with six guinea pigs each according to time of sacrifice. The guinea pigs in the cholesterol gallstone group were fed a cholesterol lithogenic diet and sacrificed after 3, 6, 9, and 12 wk. SO manometry and recording of myoelectric activity were obtained by a multifunctional physiograph at each stage. Cholecystokinin-A receptor(CCKAR) expression levels in SO smooth muscle were detected by quantitative real-time PCR(q RT-PCR) and serum vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP), gastrin, and cholecystokinin octapeptide(CCK-8) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay at each stage in the process of cholesterol gallstone ***: The gallstone formation rate was 0%, 0%, 16.7%, and 83.3% in the 3, 6, 9, and 12 wk groups, respectively. The frequency of myoelectric activity in the 9 wk group, the amplitude of myoelectric activity in the 9 and 12 wk groups, and the amplitude and the frequency of SO in the 9 wk group were all significantly decreased compared to the control group. The SO basal pressure and common bile duct pressure increased markedly in the 12 wk group, and the CCKAR expression levels increased in the 6 and 12 wk groups compared to the control group. Serum VIP was elevated significantly in the 9 and 12 wk groups and gastrin decreased significantly in the 3 and 9 wk groups. There was no difference in serum CCK-8 between the ***: A cholesterol gallstone-causing diet can induce SO dysfunction. The increasing tension of the SO along with its decreasing activity may play an important role in cholesterol gallstone formation. AIM： To detect the expression of pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide receptor i （VPCAPrR） and VPCAP2-R mRNA in gallbladder tissues of patients with gallstone or gallbladder polyps. METHODS： The expression of VPCAP1-R and VPCAP2-R mRNA in gallbladder tissues was detected in 25 patients with gallstone, 8 patients with gallbladder polyps and 7 donors of liver transplantation by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. RESULTS： The VPCAP2-R mRNA expression level in the control group （1.09±0.58） was lower than that in the gallbladder polyp group （1.64±0.56） and the gallstone group （1.55±0.45）（P〈0.05） while the VPCAP1-R mRNA expression level in the control group （1.15 ±0.23） was not apparently different from that in the gallbladder polyp group （1.28±0.56） and the gallstone group （1.27± 0.38）. CONCLUSION： The abnormal expression of VPCAP2-R mRNA in gallbladder tissue may play a role in the formation of gallbladder stone and gallbladder polyps.

Role of intestinal barrier in pathogenesis of pigment gallstone in a guinea pig model

BACKGROUND: The function of the intestinal barrier has drawn more and more attention from researchers in recent years for its important role in many diseases such as burns, wounds, and pancreatitis. In our experimental studies on pigment gallstone, we found potential relationships between the function of the intestinal barrier and pigment gallstone formation. This study was undertaken to investigate the possible action and mechanism of the function of the intestinal barrier in the pathogenesis of pigment gallstone. METHODS: Eighty guinea pigs were divided into a normal group (CON), a pigment gallstone group (PS) and an intestinal mucosa protection group (GLN). Normal forage, pigment gallstone-forming forage and pigment gallstoneforming forage with supplemental intestinal mucosa protector (glutamine) were given to each group. In the gallstone-forming rate, morphology of intestinal mucosa, intestinal permeability, serum endotoxin and biliaryβ-glucuronidase were assessed after 8 weeks. RESULTS: The rate of gallstone-formation was 73.9% in the PS group. Damage of intestinal mucosa, endotoxemia (from 77±43×106 EU/L to 1367±525×l06 EU/L, P<0.01) and increased activity of biliaryβ-glucuronidase (endogenousβ-glucuromdase from 122.1±39.5 to 209.8±47.5 Fishman Unit, P<0.01, and exogenous p-glucuronidase from 573.5±476.9 to 2206.6±983.9 Fishman Unit, P<0.01) were observed in the PS group compared with the CON group. The rate gallstone-formation decreased significantly to 44.4% and the other indices except P-glucuronidase were lower in the GLN group than in the PS group. CONCLUSIONS: The function of the intestinal barrier is correlated with pigment gallstone formation. Dysfunction of the intestinal barrier function may promote pigment gallstone formation through bacterial translocation, endotoxemia, and biliaryβ-glucuronidase.

Severe acute cholangitis after endoscopic sphincterotomy induced by barium examination:A case report

Endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST) is considered as a possible etiological factor for severe cholangitis. We herein report a case of severe cholangitis after endo-scopic sphincterotomy induced by barium examination. An adult male patient presented with epigastric pain was diagnosed as having choledocholithiasis by ultra-sonography. EST was performed and the stone was completely cleaned. Barium examination was done 3 d after EST and severe cholangitis appeared 4 h later. The patient was recovered after treated with tienam for 4 d. Barium examination may induce severe cholangitis in patients after EST, although rare, barium examination should be chosen cautiously. Cautions should be also used when EST is performed in patients younger than 50 years to avoid the damage to the sphincter of Oddi.
