We previously demonstrated that serine protease inhibitor BmSPI could strongly inhibit subtilisin *** order to characterrize the localization of BmSPI,the recombinant protein was expressed in Escherichia coli BL21(DE3)*** recombinant BmSPI was injected into the hypodermis of New Zealand white rabbit for producing polyclonal antibody,after affinity purification combined with reversed-phase *** titer of the antibody was determined above 1:106000 by *** using the immunocytochemistry method,we found the BmSPI localized in clusters near the membrane and through out the cytoplasm,but not in the *** studies of the ice slices for the 5th-instar larva indicated that BmSPI localized in a broad rang of tissues,mainly in the *** result was confirmed by the Western Blotting analysis and the real-time fluorescent quantificational RT-PCR against the total RNA from different tissues of the 5th-instar larva and four developmental stages(ovum,larva,pupae,moth), and the results indicated the expression level was the highest in the epidermis,but in the fat body was the ***,the expression levels vary in the different stage,with the highest in the larva and the lowest in the *** results may facilitate further understanding of the physiological function of BmSPI inhibitor.

The extracts from human hair by the way of acid hydrolysis were used to treat damaged hair. Human hair extracts mostly consist of a great variety of peptides and amino acids which could afford nutrition to hair. The effect of human hair extracts on repairing damaged hair was studied. The results indicated that the extracts had a good adsorption affinity to hair and were good at moisture absorption and retention. They not only improved the tension fracture work but also the surface smoothness of hair filaments. They made damaged hair filaments a glossy surface and be easy to comb. Thus human hair extracts had a satisfactory effect on repairing damaged hair.

Objective image quality assessment（QA）,which automatically evaluates the image quality consistently with human perception,is essentially important for numerous image and video processing *** this paper,based on the characteristics of nonsubsampled contourlet coefficients of images and the correlativity indexes,a novel image quality assessment is ***,the reference image and the distorted images are decomposed into several levels by means of nonsubsampled contourlet transform *** nonsubsampled contourlet coefficients of the reference image（the distorted images）are as the reference sequences（the comparative sequences）.Secondly,calculate the correlativity indexes between the reference sequences and the comparative sequences ***,image quality assessment vector of every distorted image can be constructed based on the correlativity indexes and image quality can be *** algorithm makes full use of perfect integral comparison mechanism of the correlativity indexes and the well matching of nonsubsampled contourlet transform with multi-channel model of human visual *** results show that the proposed method improves accuracy and robustness of image quality prediction.

The previous researches on influencing factors of team performance mainly focus on its direct influencing factors such as personality traits,ability,team member role, mutual trust atmosphere,cooperation and conflict management but seldom on the mechanism among them. Using data from a nationwide survey of 238 team members of creative product development,we use teamwork quality（communication,coordination,balance of member contributions,mutual support,cohesion）as the mediator and quantificationally analyze the effects of personality traits （emotional stability,extraversion,agreeableness,openness to experience,and conscientiousness）on team performance（team efficiency,team effect）.The result shows that personality traits influence team performance by influencing teamwork quality and teamwork quality plays a completely mediator role between personality traits and team *** also discuss the implications of this study for research and practice and conclude with suggestions for future research directions.

A novel indirect co-culture system was established to support ex vivo expansion of hematopoietic progenitors in umbilical cord blood (UCB) by using thrombopoietin(TPO)/Flt-3 ligand (FL)-transduced marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (tfhMSCs) as a feeder. UCB CD34(+) cells were isolated and cultured by using five culture systems in serum-containing or serum-free medium. Suitable aliquots of cultured cells were taken to monitor cell production, clonogenic activity, and long-term culture-initiating culture (LTC-IC) output. Finally, the severe-combined immunodeficient mouse (sciD) repopulating cell (SRC) assay was performed to confirm the ability of the indirect cocultured cells from the tfhMSCs system to reconstitute long-term hematopoiesis. Results showed significant differences in the number of total nucleated cells (TNCs) among the culture systems with respect to serum-containing medium or serum-free medium during 14-day culture. In addition, on day 14, the outputs of CD34(+) cells, the colony-forming units (CFUs) in culture, and the CFUs in mixed colonies containing erythroid and myeloid cells and megakaryocytes in the tfhMSC indirect coculture system were significantly enhanced. The LTC-IC assay demonstrated that the tfhMSCs indirect co-culture system had the strongest activity. The sciD-SRC assay confirmed the extensive ability of the expanded cells from the tfhMSCs indirect co-culture systems to reconstitute long-term hematopoiesis. Furthermore, polymerase chain reaction analysis demonstrated the presence of human hematopoietic cells in the bone marrow and peripheral blood cells of non-obese diabetic/sciD mice. Thus, hMSCs transduced with TPO/FL, in combination with additive cytokines, can effectively expand hematopoietic progenitors from UCB in vitro. The tfhMSC indirect co-culture system may therefore be a suitable system for ex vivo manipulation of primitive progenitor cells under non-contact culture conditions.

According to the geometry of flow path and characteristic of flow field of Iow-ratio-rev open-impeller centrifugal pump impellers,S-A Turbulent flow model was adopted,and high quality of configurational sticking gridding was established. Combined with the Reynolds times averaging method and wall function,three-dimensional Turbulent flow calculation was done for inner flow field of impellers. According to the calculation results,the infection of flow velocity distribution,pressure distribution and pump performance of Iow-ratio-rev centrifugal pump caused by the number of impellers was analyzed and summarized,the flow law of Turbulent flow in impellers was developed,and theoretic foundation of optimization design for Iow-ratio-rev centrifugal pump was presented in this thesis.
