Tendinopathies are chronic diseases of an unknown etiology and associated with *** stem cells(MSCs)have emerged as a viable therapeutic option to combat the pathological progression of tendinopathies,not only because of their potential for multidirectional differentiation and self-renewal,but also their excellent immunomodulatory *** immunomodulatory effects of MSCs are increasingly being recognized as playing a crucial role in the treatment of tendinopathies,with MSCs being pivotal in regulating the inflammatory microenvironment by modulating the immune response,ultimately contributing to improved tissue *** review will discuss the current knowledge regarding the application of MSCs in tendinopathy treatments through the modulation of the immune response.

近年来,财政部提出严格落实“过紧日子”的要求。地方财政面临“紧平衡”的约束,稳增长面临一定压力,“过紧日子”将成为地方财政当前及今后一段时间的“主旋律”。在此背景下,本文通过审计手段,发现地方财政存量资金存在的问题,分析了地方财政资金留存的原因,提出了清理、盘活留存的财政资金,并对其后续情况进行持续监管的建议,从而提高资金的使用效益,以期解决地方财政的收支矛盾问题,促进财政存量资金审计工作的发展。

To effectively estimate the unknown aerodynamic parameters from the aircraft’s flight data,this paper proposes a novel aerodynamic parameter estimation method incorporating a stacked Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)network model and the Levenberg-Marquardt(LM)*** stacked LSTM network model was designed to realize the aircraft dynamics modeling by utilizing a frame of nonlinear functional mapping based entirely on the measured input-output data of the aircraft system without requiring explicit postulation of the *** LM method combines the already-trained LSTM network model to optimize the unknown aerodynamic *** proposed method is applied by using the real flight data,generated by ATTAS aircraft and a bio-inspired morphing Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV).The investigation reveals that for the two different flight data,the designed stacked LSTM network structure can maintain the efficacy of the network prediction capability only by appropriately adjusting the dropout rates of its hidden layers without changing other network parameters(i.e.,the initial weights,initial biases,number of hidden cells,time-steps,learning rate,and number of training iterations).Besides,the proposed method’s effectiveness and potential are demonstrated by comparing the estimated results of the ATTAS aircraft or the bio-inspired morphing UAV with the corresponding reference values or wind-tunnel results.

针对传统基坑水平位移监测方法监测成本高、自动化程度低、数据时效性差等问题,提出了一种基于机器视觉测量的基坑水平位移监测方法。利用机器视觉采集基坑实时图像,通过灰度化、平滑降噪、图像增强等图像预处理步骤后,对图像进行特征提取与关键点匹配,确定标靶中心点坐标;再利用坐标转换和像素比例算法对连续图像的标靶像素中心点位置进行匹配计算,实现基坑水平位移测量。此外,通过实测模拟分析实验得出了影响机器视觉测量仪监测精度的因素,并拟合出对应关系式。通过实际工程应用分析,验证了机器视觉测量技术与传统监测技术在监测结果上具有高度的一致性,且自动化程度高,为机器视觉测量技术在基坑位移监测的应用上提供了新思路。

Inflammasomes are large protein complexes that play a major role in sensing inflammatory signals and triggering the innate immune *** inflammasome complex has three major components:an upstream sensor molecule that is connected to a downstream effector protein such as caspase-1 through the adapter protein *** formation typically occurs in response to infectious agents or cellular *** active inflammasome then triggers caspase-1 activation,followed by the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines and pyroptotic cell *** inflammasome activation and activity contribute to the development of diabetes,cancer,and several cardiovascular and neurodegenerative *** a result,recent research has increasingly focused on investigating the mechanisms that regulate inflammasome assembly and activation,as well as the potential of targeting inflammasomes to treat various *** clinical trials are currently underway to evaluate the therapeutic potential of several distinct inflammasome-targeting ***,understanding how different inflammasomes contribute to disease pathology may have significant implications for developing novel therapeutic *** this article,we provide a summary of the biological and pathological roles of inflammasomes in health and *** also highlight key evidence that suggests targeting inflammasomes could be a novel strategy for developing new disease-modifying therapies that may be effective in several conditions.

Prototype experiments were carried out on the explosion-proof performance of the RC blast *** mass of TNT detonated in the experiments is 5 kg and 20 kg *** shock wave overpressure was tested in different *** above experiments were numerically simulated,and the simulated shock wave overpressure waveforms were compared with that tested and given by CONWEP *** results show that the numerically simulated waveform is slightly different from the test waveform,but similar to CONWEP *** dimensional analysis and numerical simulation under different working conditions,the equation for the attenuation rate of the diffraction overpressure behind the blast wall was *** to the corresponding standards,the degree of casualties and the damage degree of the brick concrete building at a certain distance behind the wall can be determined when parameters are *** above results can provide a reference for the design and construction of the reinforced concrete blast wall.

Caffeine is an important functional component in tea,which has the effect of excitement and nerve stimulation,but excessive intake can cause insomnia and ***,the production of tea with low-caffeine content can meet the consumption needs of certain ***,in addition to the previous alleles of the tea caffeine synthase(TCS1)gene,a new allele(TCS1h)from tea germplasms was *** of in vitro activity analysis showed that TCS1h had both theobromine synthase(TS)and caffeine synthase(CS)***-directed mutagenesis experiments of TCS1a,TCS1c,and TCS1h demonstrated that apart from the 225th amino acid residue,the 269th amino acid also determined the CS *** histochemical analysis and dual-luciferase assay indicated the low promoter activity of TCS1e and *** parallel,insertion and deletion mutations in large fragments of alleles and experiments of site-directed mutagenesis identified a key cis-acting element(G-box).Furthermore,it was found that the contents of purine alkaloids were related to the expression of corresponding functional genes and alleles,and the absence or presence and level of gene expression determined the content of purine alkaloids in tea plants to a certain *** summary,we concluded TCS1 alleles into three types with different functions and proposed a strategy to effectively enhance low-caffeine tea germplasms in breeding *** research provided an applicable technical avenue for accelerating the cultivation of specific low-caffeine tea plants.
