The aim of the present work was to evaluate the anaerobic ammonium oxidation （anammox） activity of simultaneous partial nitrification, anammox and denitrification （SNAD） biofilm with different substrate concentrations and pH values. Kaldnes rings taken from the SNAD biofilm reactor were incubated in batch tests to determine the anammox activity. Haldane model was applied to investigate the ammonium inhibition on anammox process. As for nitrite inhibition, the NH4-N removal rate of anammox process remained 87.4% of the maximum rate with the NO2-N concentration of 100 mg/L. Based on the results of Haldane model, no obvious difference in kinetic coefficients was observed under high or low free ammonia （FA） conditions, indicating that ammonium rather than FA was the true inhibitor for anammox process of SNAD biofilm. With the pH value of 7.0, the rmax, KS and K of ammonium were 0.209 kg NO2-N/kg VSS/day, 9.5 mg/L and 422 rag/L, respectively. The suitable pH ranges for anammox process were B.0 to 9.0. These results indicate that the SNAD biofilm performs excellent tolerance to adverse conditions.

南海北部陆缘深水区始新世多发育单向拆离断层,而珠二坳陷中部处于珠江口盆地珠二与珠一、珠三坳陷衔接带的南倾单一拆离断裂与北倾多级拆离断裂系交汇区,形成特有的“对向拆离型复合洼陷”,然而其结构特征及成因机制有待深入研究.基于最新高精度全覆盖三维地震数据和始新世全序列钻井数据,恢复始新世关键地质时期(T80/T83)洼陷构造地貌为窄深分隔型至宽浅汇聚型转换格局,沉积中心从两侧近源陡坡带向中央带拆离迁移,对向断裂交汇区隆升断块沿东西向长轴展布;构造演化序列揭示出对向拆离断裂系启动于始新世关键构造变革期(T83~43 Ma),响应远程太平洋板块俯冲方向的变化,区内地壳在伸展应力的作用下拆离减薄,拆离断面之上广泛发生断块翘倾与差异隆升现象,从而接受剥蚀成为动态源区,同时伴生强烈岩浆活动,重塑了对向分布的箕状断陷结构,形成对向拆离区内长轴动态供给模型.厘定对向拆离型复合洼陷长轴动态源区与沉积中心时空配置,可为深水区始新世裂陷期优质烃-储组合预测提供有力支撑.

Regarding the as-cast Mg-9.5Gd-4Y-2.2Zn-0.5Zr alloy,the effect of heat treatment on its properties at room temperature(RT),as well as the mechanical properties and microstructure evolution of various peak-aging samples at different tensile temperatures were discussed in this article.The results indicated that the optimal heat treatment process of the alloy was:520℃×24 h+200℃×112 h.Under this condition,the yield strength(YS),ultimate tensile strength(UTS)and elongation(EL)at RT were:238 MPa,327 MPa and 2.5%,respectively.As the tensile temperature increases,the strength increases firstly and then decreases,but the ductility increases monotonously.The microstructures evolution of 200℃ peak-aging(200PA)and 250℃ peak-aging(250PA)samples were different with the increasing tensile tenperature.When tensile test processed at 150℃,the denseβ’phase and rod-shaped basalγ’phase will be formed in the 200PA sample.However,at 300℃,theβ’phases disappeared.Theβ’and LPSO phases in the 250PA sample coarsened gradually as the tensile temperature increased,and 14H-LPSO phases were formed during tensile at 300℃.The 200PA sample reached the highest strength when tensile at 150℃,which was attributed to the hindrance of the basal dislocation and non-basal dislocation slip by the prismaticβ’phases and the newly formed basalγ’precipitates.

Real-time polarization imaging plays a vital role in target detection, recognition, and tracking in complex scenes. However, large optical crosstalk and the integration technology are difficult problems in the development of polarization-integrated infrared detectors. We demonstrate a monolithic long wavelength infrared(LWIR) In As/Ga Sb superlattice focal plane array(FPA) integrated with the polarizer. To obtain high performance and real-time polarization imaging devices, the parameters of the grating were optimized and the optical crosstalk between adjacent polarization bands was studied. We analyze the light diffraction depending on the distance between the polarizer and photosensitive elements and the coupling between oblique incident light and device. The fabrication process of the antireflective polarizer, the integration technology of the polarizer and the FPA composed of 512×4×3 pixels were explored. Finally, a polarization integrated focal plane array(PI-FPA) was fabricated to detect polarized light with different oscillating directions. The large response extinction ratio of corresponding polarization bands was measured as 50:1,49:1, and 44:1 of 0?, 60?, and 120?, respectively.

【目的】研究有机酸与精油、单宁酸、复合酶制剂复配对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标和肠道健康的影响,为其在仔猪中的生产应用提供理论依据。【方法】选用健康、体重相近(6.48 kg±0.68 kg)的25日龄断奶仔猪(杜×长×大)240头,随机分为5个组,每组6个重复,每个重复8头。饲粮处理如下:基础饲粮(CON);CON+5 kg/t有机酸(OA);CON+5 kg/t OA+800 g/t精油(OAEO);CON+5 kg/t OA+500 g/t单宁酸(OATA);CON+5 kg/t OA+500 g/t复合酶(OACE)。预试期3 d,正试期28 d。分别于第1和29天以重复为单位对仔猪空腹称重并统计采食量,计算生长性能;收集饲料样品和粪便样品,测定养分表观消化率;收集血液样品,测定血清抗氧化性能和免疫性能指标;分离胃和各肠段(十二指肠、空肠、回肠和盲肠),测定胃肠道pH;收集空肠黏膜,测定消化酶活性;取空肠和回肠中段,用于肠道形态的测定;收集盲肠内容物,用于短链脂肪酸测定。【结果】(1)与CON和OA组相比,OAEO组断奶仔猪料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05)。(2)与CON组相比,OA和OAEO组仔猪血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05),OATA组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提高(P<0.05),OA、OAEO、OATA和OACE组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。(3)与CON和OA组相比,OATA组仔猪血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、白介素-2(IL-2)和IL-22含量均显著提高(P<0.05),OAEO、OATA和OACE组血清D-乳酸(D-LA)含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。(4)与CON组相比,OAEO和OACE组仔猪胃、十二指肠和空肠pH均显著降低(P<0.05),OA、OAEO、OATA和OACE组空肠和回肠绒毛高度均显著提高(P<0.05)。与CON和OA组相比,OACE组空肠α-淀粉酶、蔗糖酶和乳糖酶活性均显著提高(P<0.05),OATA和OACE组干物质(DM)、粗灰分(Ash)、粗脂肪(EE)和磷(P)表观消化率均显著提高(P<0.05)。(5)与CON和OA组相比,OAEO组仔猪盲肠乙酸浓度显著提高(P<0.05),OAEO、OATA和OACE组盲肠异丁酸浓度均显著降低(P<0.05)。【结论】有机酸与精油复配在提高断奶仔猪生长性能方面效果较好;与单宁酸复配在提高仔猪抗氧化和免疫性能方面效果较好;与酶制剂复配在改善仔猪消化功能和提高养分表观消化率方面效果较好。

Memory effect has been studied in the system using magnetic nanoparticles with Ni nanocore encapsulated by non-magnetic and oxidation-resistant Ni2P nanoshell acquired through surface-phosphatizing Ni nanoparticles. The self-assembled array with interparticle spacing of about 6 nm shows memory effect up to 200 K below its average blocking temperature of 260 K. And reducing the interparticle spacing of the self-assembled array via annealing can further enlarge the temperature range of memory effect up to room-temperature. The memory effect can be understood based on the thermal relaxation theory of single-domain magnetic nanoparticles. Furthermore, the read-write magnetic coding is realized based on the temperature changes, using the memory effect up to room-temperature, which may be useful for future memory devices.

A joint hybrid beamforming and power splitting(JHBPS) design problem for simultaneous wireless information and power transfer(SWIPT) in millimeter-wave(mmWave) system is studied.The considered scenario is a multi-antenna base station(BS) transfers information and energy simultaneously to multiple single-antenna receivers.BS adopts hybrid digital and analog beamforming architecture to reduce hardware costs.Receivers separate acquired signals with power splitters either for information decoding(ID) or energy harvesting(EH).The aim is minimizing total transmission power by joint design of hybrid beamforming and PS under ID and EH requirements.It is difficult to obtain the optimal hybrid beamformer directly since the analog beamformer and digital beamformer are multiplied.Therefore,a two-stage algorithm is proposed to solve the problem.In the first stage,the optimal beamformer and PS ratios are obtained by solving the joint transmission beamforming and PS design problem.In the second stage,the optimal beamformer is approximated with the product of analog beamformer and digital beamformer.The superiority of proposed algorithm over the existing algorithms is demonstrated through simulations.Moreover,the effectiveness of approximation algorithm is testified.

The objective of the study is to evaluate and compare the effects of betaine or glycine on carcass trait,meat quality and lipid metabolism of finishing Huan Jiang mini-pigs.Betaine called trimethylglycine is a methyl derivative of glycine,but few researches were conducted to compare the impact of dietary betaine and glycine on pigs.One hundred and forty-four Huan Jiang mini-pigs(body weight=10.55±0.15 kg;70 d)were randomly divided to 3 treatment groups(basal diet,glycine or betaine).Results indicated that dietary betaine increased the average daily gain(ADG)and final weight(P<0.05).Dietary glycine or betaine markedly reduced average backfat thickness(P<0.05)and heightened lean percentage(P<0.01)compared to the control group.Moreover,in comparison with the control group,betaine significantly improved the redness(a*)and tenderness(shear force)of the longissimus dorsi(LD)muscle(P<0.05),whereas glycine only raised the value of a*of the LD muscle(P<0.05).These results showed that diet supplemented with 0.25%betaine and equimolar amounts of glycine could regulate cascass trait and meat quality of finishing Huan Jiang mini-pigs,and the effect of betaine was superior to that of glycine.

Osteoarthritis(OA)is the most common chronic disease,characterized by progressive cartilage breakdown,subchondral bone sclerosis,and aberrant bone outgrowth(Yucesoy et al.,2015;Hussain et al.,2016).OA is one of the leading causes of cartilage damage.Patients with severe cartilage damage require transplantation of articular cartilage to improve their quality of life.Type Ⅱ collagen is a major component of articular cartilage and intervertebral discs and plays an important role in the structure and strength of connective tissues that support muscles and joints(Byers,1994).
